Very prompt and professional. Solved our problem, pointed out some potential issues for the future, and serviced the door mechanism for us. I would certainly use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Great service. Rockey was our service guy and he was great. Was on-time each time and understood what our financial limitations were and didn't try to push to sell us more.

This was an after hour emergency repair. Husband came home from work and while garage door was shutting something went wrong. Door came off rails. The door was stuck and half of it was precariously hanging over the cars. Checked Angie's list. Called Precision after reading positive reviews and they also offered emergency service. Their repair man, G****, arrived quickly ....within the hour. My husband said G**** was very professional, knew what he was doing and worked very hard for over 3 hours fixing the door. (3 hours while it was raining and thundering) They do charge a small flat fee for an after hour call which fair....well worth it in our case. All other pricing was fair. Would recommend this company. A+

My garage door was opening/closing in a jerky manner so I thought it had to do with the rollers. They came to do a tuneup and replace rollers. Found out a bigger issue was the springs were oversized for my door which was putting stress on the motor. Decided to use the money for new rollers towards new springs.

We decided not to go with this company since we had experience with broken springs and knew they cost around $350 to replace. We've actually since replaced the springs in both our garage doors and have spent less in total than the original quote for one garage door.

Very nice, thorough and professional. I was a little surprised at the price given some of the promo offers on here but I forgot to mention I was a member of Angie's List.

It went well. The service person explained in detail why my garage door was opening spontaneously and gave his solution to the problem. He gave me three different options for repairing the problem as well as the prices involved. He didn't pressure me in any way and waited until I thought about it before proceeding. The work was done in a timely manner. This was approximately two months ago and I haven't had any problems since.

I was expecting more for $49.00. The guy came out and he took the garage up and down and then he just sprayed it and he said that I need new garage door opener. I wasn't too happy with how things went there. I just don't feel like I really got a tuneup.

Rocky came in and did exactly what we needed i.e. installed a new, quieter garage door opener. He got the job done quickly and well. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service to everyone!

They were great! They were always very courteous and called me several times to check in. Took me a couple of months to save the money, but they were readily available. DO NOT WAIT TO GET YOUR GARAGE FIXED IF IT IS COLLAPSING IN ON ITSELF. The more you wait, the worse.

Not too bad. They came out the same day. There were additional charges. They said that they needed something else so probably around $250 more on top of the deal. With price I really didn't check anywhere else to compare the pricing. I didn't have a problem at all. He did show up on time. The door wasn't coming down all the way and he said, well that's the best that we can do and he played with it a little bit and now I have the same problem. So I don't know if that was the best or not. I haven't had a change to call anybody yet. They could have fixed it to where it would go all the way down. I would use them again, probably yes but not that particular person because I had an experience with them before and they were great at the other house, it was very good. This guy is kind of, he was in a hurry or something.

He was helpful and informative of other items that needed to be addressed. We only wanted the minimum service required, and we will be replacing the doors this upcoming year. We will definitely utilize their services!

It's doing well so far. I've had no problems with them. It was a big help to know what the problem really was. I think the price was really good. I think it was excellent. He was on time. They were proficient. They had good quality of work.

I used them twice. They were great. They came out and were prompt and professional.

Provider came out and suggested that just replacing the rollers would not fix the problem. We needed new pulleys and a spring. When I asked the service representative to quote what that would cost (in addition to the $89 we already paid) he said costs can vary based on the quality (years warranted) for the pulleys. I told him the garage doors actually need replacing so the cheapest would be fine. He came back with a handwritten quote on a yellow legal pad in the amount of $340. When I suggested that I needed to speak with my husband and then told him I could not get hold of my husband but we could not afford the $340 currently he asked me what my budget was. I found this really out of line - I had already told him we wanted to the least expensive option and clearly there was room in his quote if he now was going to be able to adjust it to fit "our budget". We declined the service and my husband fixed it himself - parts cost about $30 and took him (an unskilled laborer) about an hour to do the job. This made the $340 seem even more outrageous.

It was okay. They did alright but I'm not sure they did an excellent job. The price was excellent. The responsiveness was good. I think they didn't call me, I had to call them. They didn't impress me.

It was great. They're just professional all the way around. They did some additional work at no extra charge. It functions properly. They were efficient and the cost was good. It was a good deal.

It went well. They just tuned it up and they were gone within 20 minutes or half an hour and it worked at the time and it has worked since. They were there timely. They were always professional.

Had my garage door serviced today by Marcus Stephens from Precision Garage. Marcus arrived right on time and was very professional. I received a special here on Angie's List. There were no hidden costs or fees which I really appreciated. Marcus was very thorough and honest taking the time to answer any questions that I may have. After having a slew of poor/shady contract work, I found Angie's list. Today was my first experience, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Finding good contract work is so important. If I should need a future tune up or any future garage work, I will not hesitate to contact this company. Thank you to both Angie's list and Precision garage.

They were prompt and fixed the problem professionally. I can't remember the actual cost, but it was a few hundred to replace the spring for a heavy wood door and tune it up/

Shawn provided excellent service. Told us what to watch out for in the near future. Will be using them again.
