Description of Work: Punctual. Professional. Put new cords on garage door at no added cost and replaced rollers as planned. Really great to deal with and my actually broken door worked perfectly after he left. I thought I would be charged more because the door was inoperable - but he fixed everything. I will absolutely use them again.

Description of Work: Replaced 2 garage doors and in addition to leaving old bolt and nuts in the driveway an dgarage forgot to add the hardware trim and handels. I called many time without a response. Finally got the manager and was told that they were having a problem with their phone messaging system. He came out and installed the items but mis-drilled a hole in one of the panels. He did call me after making the mistake a said he would come back a replace the panel. He has yet to follow-up.

Description of Work: They did the tune up and all details in the offer, but due to damage on the top cleat of the door, we had to replace the top panel of the door, not a surprise to us. The technician was very knowledgeable, polite and worked quickly once the door panel came in.
