They were very fast and professional. However this was a flat rate job or was supposed to be I had it in writing that there would be no additional charges and they hit me up for an additional fee after the move. This disappointed us greatly. They then agreed to reimburse us this extra fee but only sent half of the money. We had budgeted carefully for this move and the extra fee put us in a tight position. The actual moving staff was very professional and very helpful they were great with our kids and nothing went missing in the move.

The gentlemen that did my move were fast, efficient, careful and courteous. They didn't waste any time and were open to my questions. Their care of my belongings was superior compared to past experiences. They were on time and started working right away. No time wasted. If you need excellent movers, these are the guys to call!

The Guys with Eddy's Movers were on time (actually 15 mins before), secured everything and moved each item carefully. I would hire and recommend them. Thanks Guys!

There should be a 10 star rating for Eddy's Movers! I could not be more pleased with their professionalism and outstanding customers service. The entire team went beyond expectations and at all times they were very courteous and professional. We ended up needing an additional truck at the last minute and Yolanda was very quick to organize, find another driver and complete the entire packing process on time. Yolanda is a true professional and it is evident that she loves her job and crew. She even volunteered at the last minute to drive my mom down to Jacksonville from Atlanta. Great Company!

Liz was very professional, she answered every single question that I had. Liz also made me feel very secure with my choice. Yolanda was also very polite and very professional. overall the movers did an amazing job and I will hire them again. Another job well done!

We had Patricio, Mike, Hiladio and Enricke help us move and liked them all very much! They were very nice, listened to what we wanted and worked very hard. I would definitely recommend them and will use them in the future.

This move was for my employer. I contacted three companies for quotes to pack, move and unpack , we decided to go with Eddy's. I initially spoke with Liz she was very professional and provided an estimate via phone but recommended that Yolanda come out to provide a more accurate quote. After completing the move I checked with my boss, she was very happy with the Eddy's. She said the movers were on time, very professional and patient with the them. I would definitely contact them again for moving needs. Another Job Well Done!!

They were two hours late and had already worked an 8 hour shift and were tired, The quote include Wadrobe boxes which they did not have. They also didn't have tools to take beds apart which was also part of the quot. The owner came out five hours into the move to assist and said he would give me a good discount.. The discount was his not charging me for his own personal labor to help correct his mistakes. In addition they broke one of my blinds and did not bring it to my attention until I asked. I would recommend sticking with the real professionals.

They were very professional, they worked very fast and the sales agent Yolanda and phone operator Liz were also very professional and very helpful. You could tell they all genuinely wanted to help you. Would definitely use them again and would recommend to my family and friends. Thank you Eddy and God bless.
