Got the job done quickly

Excellent work once they arrived. Professional. My only issue is they is they were scheduled for 11 am and called at 11am to say it would be 2:30pm before they could get to my home to do the repair. I scheduled work around that original 11am time and had to juggle my schedule to accommodate the 2:30pm time for repair to be done.

On time, very knowledgeable about his work, fair price. Would recommend him to others.

We had a serious water leak occur in our front yard yesterday morning (7/27/2022), and we had no idea who to hire until we entered our information at this web site. In the early afternoon, I got a contact from Arturo of Blue Drops Irrigation and he and his crew of three other employees showed up at our house BEFORE 8 AM this morning. It took them a little over an hour to fix the problem (a major underground pipe had broken). They did a great job. I would definitely use this company again and certainly recommend them to anyone needing this kind of work done.

Arturo quickly contacted me after asking for help with my irrigation system on Homeadvisor. He was able to come by within 24 hours and quickly diagnosed the bad valve causing my system to leak. He and his team replaced the valve and replaced several bad sprinkler heads at a reasonable price. I was happy with the quality of his service.

After the severe freeze 2 winters ago, Arturo came to my home today and provided me with an estimate to replace all 3 cracked zone control valves, replace several sprinkler heads, and installed 2 extended tall spray nozzles in my front flower area (Replaced 2 popups that were too low to be of any use). I approved his estimate because the cost was fair and he provides a 1 year Warrantee. The repairs were done immediately after I got his estimate. He assessed the situation we had and was available to do the work right then and there. So I proceeded with his company for the work. At the end, I paid less than what he estimated because he found a problem that belonged to the city instead of us. I really appreciated his honesty and fair pricing as well. Blue drops contacted me on the same day I requested the service. Arturo came with his crew today and fixed it. They added one sprinkler in zone 1 and adjusted the watering spread of 2 other sprinklers. Cost is reasonable too.
