Description of Work: Remodeled master bath. Great tramsformation of the space,it looks better than expected.

Description of Work: WGDB Inc. salvaged a bad deal gone wrong (the original contractor absconded with the funds used to purchase the original Big Deal)which was a bathroom / vanity area remodel. In a nutshell, the tile work completed by these folks was beyond exemplary...truly first class...secondly, the distances West Georgia and crew travelled to complete this project left me speehless. Truly an exceptional company...in hindsight I realized that I was so fortunate that the original contractor's lack of moral values opened another door (literally) for these guys to enter my life, home and creative vision that became a very positive experience on so many levels. I cannot say enough to thoroughly describe the outstanding service this company provides. It is simply a rarity in today's world...

Description of Work: When we signed up for the deal we were told one thing and it sounded great in terms of what was included and upgrade options. Afterwards when the estimator came to the house, the details seemed to change on the deal. The two different individuals gave us different information. Then when we were told that the estimate would come in a week, no correspondence until we called them back occurred for a month. I spoke with the original person and he explained they possibly took on too much work in the timeframe and that his other rep could not handle all the jobs he had going. I think this is a classic case of a company taking on too much and growing because of good work and popularity and the customer service suffering because of that. The person I spoke to agreed and would try to no repeat that with future customers. I think the company meant well but took on too much. I request a refund because the timeframe to deliver on this after all the bad experiences does not work.

Description of Work: Dwight and his team did a great job with our bathroom on a fairly quick schedule. It took a little longer than expected (maybe a week on a 3 week schedule) but we were very happy with the finished product. Dwight was flexible with our changes and able to adept to unforeseen circumstances (ants in our wall!). Overall, it was an enjoyable experience and I would use West Georgia Design Build again.
