Great. Installer was punctual and completed the job in an hour and a half. He mounted a 55" and 75" TV, installed outlets for each TV and cleaned up. I would use 1080 again.

Tanner was quick to return phone calls, very professional, and easy to communicate with. The service price is just higher than standard market value.

Great experience all around. Was able to schedule an appt within 2 days. The tech who came out (Chad) did a fantastic job with everything. He was very fast, and everything looked great when he was finished. Price was very reasonable. Will absolutely use them again.

Chad called to let me know what time he would be arriving. Arrived on time and went straight at it. 40 minutes later work was completed and he vacuumed up the drywall powder from the cuts he made in the wall.

Chad did the installation and was friendly and professional. He explained all he was going to do in detail and communicated with me during the job when he ran into a couple snags along the way. (50 year old house=snags along the way) Tanner was my contact person for scheduling, questions, and so forth. He was also great to work with--quick to respond with thorough information.

Excuse me if I have the name wrong, but I think he said Chad. He gave me a phone call 45 minutes to an hour before, to let me know that he was on his way. Arrived on time, came in & went to work. Very professional and courteous. He respected my home & cleaned up when he was done. He had to work in the middle of the painters & didn't mess up any work that they'd completed. The entire install looks awesome. I'm very pleased with the job he did!!

I opted to use someone else who was more reasonable in prices.

Completed online estimate form and received a call within just a few minutes. I was worried about the project since it's a stacked stone fireplace. Sent a few pictures of the fireplace via text message and got another quick call confirming they could perform the job along with an estimate. I had to change the appointment a time ot two due to not being able to get the tv I wanted... Finally got tv and confirmed a 1pm appointment on Saturday. Installer was on time, explained everything and completed a clean installation. Very pleased with the entire process.

The coupon did not explain the additional charges related to the install.

Excellent. I filled out their online estimate request. Received a call back in under 2 hours to get more information. I described the work in detail and we agreed on a price, which included a special they had on HDMI cables, and set a date and time. The technician called in advance to confirm his arrival time and was prompt. He had to run power from the garage into the basement ceiling. This went flawlessly and the installation was done in under 2 hours for the agreed upon price. The tech had everything he needed to do the job correctly. I was extremely pleased with the responsiveness of the company, the professionalism of the tech, and the product of the work. Highly recommend.

Perfect job. Professional and very pleasant technician. The process went smooth from start to finish and he was able to help us with another TV as well.

The technician that arrived was not communicative. Assumed what we wanted done, instead of listening to get a clear understanding. We decided we did not want him to complete the work. After he left, we found that he had taken MY HDMI cables and our custom cut coaxial cables. I called the provider and asked that he have the technician bring the cables back. The person on the phone said he would be back the next day. He has never shown up. UPDATE 3/11 Well, it's been almost 2 weeks since I posted this review and received the response from the vendor, however I have received no phone call nor any follow up. Further, I still do not have the cables the technician 'misplaced'.

I called them in the past to install my tvs and home theater, They are great. I just moved and needed them remounted. They came out in a couple of days and once again they were nice and neat. I still have a couple of TVs I still need mounted but I have to wait for my house to be painted before they can install them, I also have my home theater that was left with the old house so now we can install a new one bcs I was so happy with the old one. I was very happy with my install they were very fast! I would recommend this company to anyone. They can be a little pricey but I never want to be a situation were some one is working at on my house and picking the cheapest person normally means you get the worst work. These guys were right in the middle of the other prices I got. They had installed some TVs for me in the past and knew they were good at what they do.

I spent $4500 with Tanner who is the owner of 1080 connect. I was told a technician would hang a projector and projector screen and configure it for me. The installation went well, however the technician admitted that he the picture was not exactly configured correct and I could call back a later date. I called 6 months afterwards and talked to Tanner directly who said that he would not honor that agreement because I waited too long. He then wanted to charge me $125 to have someone come back out to fix what they (his employee) initially caused. I told him that after spending $4500, they should do whatever is necessary to come out and fix it. He simply told me that it was my problem because I hooked something else up to it and that was not covered within the initial install and that their was a resolution problem. That is a false statement as the resolution has nothing to do with the projector not being set up correctly from the get go. On his website he claims to have integrity. I feel he has none as his own employee admitted to both myself and my wife that they would have to come out at a later time to fix. Regardless if it takes 1 day or 6 months, I called back and my schedule now allows me to do this. There is nothing on his web site that says you are required to contact them immediately. I wrote to the BBB in Atlanta and Tanner didn't even respond to the letter, nor did he even talk to BBB about the situation. He is money hungry and it shows by the way he treats his customers. I would stay away!

1080 Connect had installed my TVs and a large home theater for me. They did such a good job that I called and asked them if they would come and hang my xmas lights at my house. At first I figured I could call a handy man. After calling around I had made 2 appointments with other people and they didn't even show up.....I do know in this world you do get what you pay for when it comes to Customer service. If it was some one to just come and take my trash out I just wouldn't care who did it. When it comes to my home projects I care about who is in my house, and their attitude of the company. I called 1080 connect and asked if they did stuff like this, they said they would install anything for a customer that requested our services. They came by in a couple of days and got out their ladders and got to work. Once again everything was perfect and they even helped me with bringing my tree in the front door. I just cant say enough good things about this company!

I called 1080 to schedule an appointment to quote a home theatre, low voltage wire run and network set up. The gentleman that answered was well spoken and friendly. He did tell me however that he charges a non-refundable fee of $125.00 to just come over to our property to quote the job. He did say this will be applied to the overarching fee if I hired him to do the job. Like anyone with any sense, I triple bid jobs that I know I'll spend over $2000.00. I expect when all is said and done my project will fall somewhere between 2K-8K depending on what we decide to do. No other company I am talking to requires an upfront "consultation fee." I passed on 1080 for this reason alone. Clearly by the other reviews they do quality work but there is no reason to pay an upfront fee when there are a number of other companies in our area also have amazing reviews.

After they installed the TVs for me in the past, I was very happy with the service and quality of work provided. I knew that this was the company for me when it came to my home theater project. They installed a 120 inch screen with a projector. 5.1 surround sound system with flush mount speakers. Basically they provided all the equipment that I needed. I did do some shopping on most of the stuff and found that it was better to get the equipment through 1080 Connect, I was offered a warranty with each product and didn't have to run around the world to get anything at all. These guys make it easy. After they were done they showed me how to use everything and cleaned up after themselves. I am super happy about how may install went.

I called 1080 Connect and at they were able to give me a price on the spot with asking a couple of questions. I needed 3 TVS mounted, 2 over fire places. I went to best buy and looked at their prices on brackets and cables, 1080 Connect was much cheaper and saved me the hassle of getting the wrong stuff and delaying my install. The Tech showed up on time and very professional. We walked through the job and he got right to work. I was very happy with the work all the cables were hidden nice and neat. I would use them again, a good company to work with. I also wanted to install a home theater in my basement for a future project. I was very surprised to know I could get a 5 star system installed for about $6500.00, other companies I contacted were much more expensive. I will defiantly will be going with 1080 Connect for this project in the next week .

They were fine, but we did not use them again. The service did not seem very friendly. Customer service did not seem to be top priority. I had a second contractor come in to finish it.

I paid extra to RF remote option and the installer did not bother to verify it was working prior to leaving. After many phone calls with the contractor and my cable provider COMCAST, i was told the RF remote option would not work with comcast. Comcast is a major major cable provider so why would you charge me for a service that was not possible. Also, why would leave the job site and not verify everything was working correctly. After a two months and back and forth with comcast and the contractor, i had to buy a $300 remote control to be able to change my the channels on the my tv without having to walk across the room. Very disappointed overall.
