They are not too bad, except during summer time. I am not sure if they have doubled their prices, but there are rumors in the area that they double the price during summertime. I know my bill doubles during that season. I do not have any gas at all; I have all electric. Their billing system is really weird. My husband gets paid on the 1st and the 15th of a month. Our due date is not the same every single month. It changes from the 10th to the 15th. I have to pay it 15 days early because if I do not pay it on time, they will charge a late fee and disconnect the line. Then, I have to pay a deposit to get the supply back on; this is what they have told me. They charge you 10% of the bill amount if you do not pay the amount with 24 hours of the bill date. I have to call them to pay the bill because their website does not work. I spend about $150 in a month, but I pay $350 in the summer. I have not had a great experience because of their price. Also, there are no other electric companies in the area. They have had my name spelt wrong since the time I started using them. Every single month I call them and tell them to get the same corrected, but they still do not do it. In my area, a lot of pine trees fall. I did not have power twice in a month. However, they are always on top of it. I have to continue to use them in the future.
