We have been very pleased. They have done a very good job. They are very responsive; that's one of the best things about them.

The repair was done outside the house so I did not need to be present. They discussed the details with my husband over the phone and also put the details on our invoice. We will definately use them in the future for all of our hot tub needs.

The work has been good as has the experience with them and are currently talking to them about installing a lop lock pool cover. The only thing I don't like is that they require a credit card up front so I don't feel I have the control over releasing a final payment for contracted work that I would prefer to have. So, I always use a credit card that allows me to put a hold on the payment should I be dissatisfied with the work. So far, I haven't had to do that with TLC.
