 + -1 moreSince I have worked with Family Mortgage in the past they had a lot of my information. It just required some updates. Then it was an 30 minutes of paper signing later and I was out the door with a new mortgage. They do all the heavy lifting for you and are very easy to work with. I would recommend them every time.
Description of Work: Scott and the team found a new mortgage for me that allowed me to go from 30 to 15 months and save thousands in interest. I have worked with Scott a couple of times and the process is quick, easy and complete.

 + -1 moreSince we were relocating to GA from CT, most of our contact with Scott was over the phone or via e-mail. He answered all of our questions quickly, professionally, and got us approved for the refinance and the new home purchase in no time at all. The staff at Family Mortgage was always available to answer questions. They were very flexible, working around our moving dates, and builder's delays. From a financial perspective, the transactions were seamless. They gave us up front closing costs estimates that were right on target.
Description of Work: Scott collected all of our financial information and got us approved for a mortgage on our new home. He also helped us to refinance an investment property that we own as well. (The 260,000 represents the price of the house, not the cost of using Family Mortgage.)
