They’ve done fantastic jobs on both counts. Their prices are very, very competitive and they did real quality work. There is nothing for them to improve upon.

Overall, the job was satisfactory. We have used Sunshine Window Cleaning in the past to clean our windows and were very satisfied with the work done. We will most likely use them again.

They called to see if they could arrive early--when does that ever happen?? Showed up exactly when they said they would. Surveyed the work requested and reviewed final estimate with us. They promptly got to work, and worked quietly and efficiently. No mess, spotless perfection! My house is gleaming! I would recommend them to anyone looking for this type of service provider.

They came out when they were supposed to and did very good work. The crew was professional. They cleaned up after themselves well. I liked their professionalism and timeliness. They were better than other window cleaners.

I spend $500 on that work. We have a neighbor who has a cat and this cat had once climbed a tree in our house and these guys climbed up the tree and got the cat down. They just go above and beyond. They always send the same crew and they know us. They are very professional and very nice. They do a really good job. Their quality is excellent. I call and they are here so their responsiveness is great.

They showed up on time (actually a little early) and called when they were on their way. The two workers thoroughly cleaned our gutters and cleaned up all the debris that falls down during the job. There was no mess or leaves laying around when they finished.

They were on time and very professional. They asked questions when they weren't sure and even helped me move some stuff out of the way. This was a day long project and they worked continually and efficiently. Everything looks wonderful. I would definitely use them again.

I had used Sunshine Window Cleaning for the second time. The representatives showed up on time and they did a good job. They were very pleasant.

The first time it went well. After they came the second time I noticed a problem with broken shingles and called them. They called back and kind of blew me off about how it wasn't their problem. At the same time I was having a roofer fill up the space between the roof line and the house. During this time I was also very sick with the flu. The roofer came and fixed all of the shingles and put up the metal. Sunshine came back out to install gutter guards and a few days later we had a rain storm and I had major leaks coming into my home in several rooms. I called the roofer and he came over and told me that someone had walked in the valley of the roof and it had cracked. The only other people that had been on the roof was Sunshine for the gutter cleaning. I tried calling Sunshine and they said something like "well we won't charge you for any further work." I then hired the roofer to fix the problem so there wouldn't be any further damage. Then I got a bill from Sunshine for the work that they did. I sent them back a note asking what that was for. They sent back another note stating that I owe the difference between what the roofer charged me and their work. The roofer charged me $800 and their bill was close to $300. So the difference is quite significant. I would like them to pay for all of the roof, drywall, and painting repairs in my house.

I called Sunshine because they were ranked so highly on Angie's List and was not disappointed. I have a new respect for the complexities of window cleaning and how every job may not be straightforward. Sunshine's crew was prompt, courteous and professional. They were dressed well and were quite respectful of my property, shoes were removed while they were inside the house.

Arrived on time, looked around, gave a more accurate bid/quote, we agreed and two guys had this done in approximately 45min. They needed to come inside for a few windows and they covered their work boots. Amazing how specialized their gear is, tiny squeegees and how competent they are. We are pleased with the work.

We are very satisfied with the work. However we did think it was a little pricey compared to similar services we previously had had done by another company.

The job of cleaning the gutters and windows took about 4 hours. They removed all of the stuff they blew out of the gutters from our yard. The windows are amazingly clean. Both John and Johnny took a lot of pride in the job they were doing. I would definitely use Sunshine Cleaning again!!!

This is the fourth time that I've used this company. The workers have always been professional and courteous. When the workers clean the gutters, they place the debris in a bag, rather than dumping it into the shrubbery. The house looks as if it has just been painted. Because I'm a member of Angie's List, I received a 10% discount.

I was worried about my landscaping and an antique sign on my barn. The men listened to my concerns and then were very careful to spray the plants with water before and after the cleaning and to avoid the antique sign all together. The house and decks sparkled like new when they were done. It was a little on the expensive side but worth it!

Excellent. I had an issue with my gutters, they came immediately and fixed it. Their response time was amazing.

It was smooth as silk. They were unobtrusive, fast, good-natured (even when up on a 25' ladder!) and thorough. The windows were sparkling when they left. They even washed the dog-door panel! Some people might think the price is a little high, but I have no complaints. These guys earned every cent. Only problem is, now I'm spoiled...I'd like them to come out once a week!

The window washers were excellent. They were quick and thorough. What I was really impressed with was that one of the technicians who was cleaning a very high window also cleaned the window blinds which I couldn't normally reach. This was way beyond the call of duty. I have used this company before. I love them.

The windows were cleaned to a brilliant shine and I can't fault the quality of the cleaning whatsoever. I thought $125 was a lot for this, and would like to look around to see if someone else to do it a little cheaper. I cleaned all the windows inside myself (except for the garden window and 2 small cathedral windows inside), and had to do the screens on any window that had one so that Hector could put them back up. I needed a ladder to reach 7 high windows so that is why I wanted some help, because my husband was having trouble with his equilibrium at the time and I didn't want him on a ladder. Hector was the gentleman who came out to clean and I must say he was professional, polite and friendly. If it weren't for the price for only outside windows, I would hire them again, but want to look around to find someone who might do them a little cheaper--or wait until my husband can do it. Except for the price for the amount of windows done, I would have given this company an overall 'A' . Maybe I just don't know how much it costs to clean windows nowadays; I do want to be fair.

The work was done very well, and I thought they were very professional and easy to work with. They communicated with me during the day about their probable time of arrival, which was very helpful because I could plan around this.When the two men arrived, it was in a company truck, and they had with logo shirts and proper ladders to reach our rather tall second story windows. They did a very good job of communicating with us about the work to be done. After beginning to use the new screws we had for the windows, Alex called me and showed me that these screws we had supplied would not give the best fit and appearance; we got a different size while they prepared other parts of the work. They finished the job quickly and the work looked great. At their suggestion, they also saved us money on the job by charging us by the hour, rather than by the window. This company was outstandingly easy to work with and I would certainly call on them again.
