Sunshine Window Cleaning

Brandon and Donny called to tell me they were on their way, arrived when expected, were courteous and professional, and did an excellent job. I couldn't be happier!

It went very very well. I have used them twice before and I would use them again.

Two men showed up at 9:30 and were here working non-stop until just after 5:00. They reviewed the work to be done and cost before they started, cleaned all window and door glass on both sides through the whole house. That required some tall ladders in the back. All windows were sprayed, scraped (if needed), rubbed with a soaped brush, squeegeed and then edges wiped dry. They also cleaned our ceiling fans at our request. Importantly, they count windows differently. The first two vendors I spoke with count every 6 panes as a window. Most of our windows are separate panes, double hung, 9 over 9. Competitors count that as 3, and Sunshine counts that as one. Therefore, the final cost was 50-60% less than other quotes that I received. Both workers were polite, hard working, clean, wore shoe protecters indoors, and left no trash or debris of any kind. They brought all of their own equipment and supplies. We offered drinks and food, and they took only one drink the whole day. I would use them again.

They were scheduled to be here in the morning but evidently had a scheduling conflict. They did call the day before to ask if it would be OK to change the time to the afternoon, which was perfectly OK with us. I appreciated that they called rather than just show up late and have us sitting around all morning waiting. The two gentlemen who came to the house did a great job. They took care to cover our front door so it would not be damaged. They were quick and thorough. We were very pleased with the results.

I just moved into my house this year, and I'd noticed that all of my gutters overflow when it rains. So I looked at reviews on Angie's list and got quotes from the top rated gutter cleaning companies in my area. I decided to go with Sunshine and I called to get on the schedule. The only time they had for me was two weeks out, but a few days after I made my appointment, one of their technicians called me and said he'd finished a job in my area early and asked if I'd like for him to come out now. I said yes. He called me once he'd arrived to confirm that he was at the correct house (I was at work). Once he completed the job, he called me to let me know that my gutters had been completely clogged with roof debris from construction work that had been done in the past, but that they were now completely clean and clear. He left the bill on my door along with the other quotes I'd asked for, and that was it. The bill was exactly what he'd quoted. A few days later it rained pretty hard and now my gutters work perfectly. I would definitely recommend them, and I will be using them again.

They did a great job. Everything looks the best it has in years. They quoted a price prior to the service being performed and they did exactly what they said they would do. Very happy with the results.

They are fabulous. They are a superb company. They’re very reasonable. The people are so polite and accommodating. They leave no mess. I wouldn’t have them back again if they’d not been good. I paid $300 for them to pressure wash the whole house, which is a good sized house. We have screens of our gutters and some of them had come off and they installed those. They’re just great. I may have them back before Thanksgiving. The price was a good deal. They did a good job.

In general professional window cleaning is expensive. However, there is a great satisfaction when the job is finished, it's done well and YOU didn't do it. After having my house painted, my windows had pressure washing gunk and light paint overspray on them. Sunshine, in this case Kenny and James, did a great job leaving me with a brighter house.(It helps to have an employee who is just a bit picky about clean windows.) My recommendation...let a professional - Sunshine - clean your windows once in a while. There are discounts available. You'll see the difference and, in my case, it was worth it. Nice job. Very responsive to phone calls, polite and professional. Had to reschedule but called early in the day to let me know. Workers called in advance of arrival and were punctual. Windows look great.

Spenser was the tech who performed the work. He was on time, courteous, and professional. All our windows, doors, and skylights sparkle and we would definitely use the company again and request Spenser

The 2-man crew arrived right on time and presented professionally (uniforms, protective coverings on shoes, equipment). Work done efficiently and quality was excellent. Will use them again.

They are professional and on time. The work was great. They did a great job cleaning my lawn chairs and did a gorgeous job on all their work. They lowered the rates a bit for me in the fall. The quality of their work was beautiful, and I just can't say enough for how happy they ended up making me. They were very punctual, and they called back to confirm appointments and make sure I was satisfied. I will be calling them back again soon to help with pressure washing my deck.

Excellent work, the windows had not been washed in many years and the difference was stunning. Prompt, very precise, did not waste time. Quote was pretty close to what I got on the phone. Will use them again. The sills of the house were particularly nasty and they did a very good job cleaning them. Came on time, no complaints other than don't we all wish the really good companies were a tad cheaper!

Pricing was very different, approx 35% higher than discussed on phone prior to technician's "firm" quote. Felt pressured to make decision NOW and they knew I needed for open house on the weekend. Overall acceptable, that's why the C grade, and nothing special!

To say that my gutters were overdue for a cleaning is an understatement. It was a tough job, but there were no complaints by the two-man crew or change in price quoted by their office personnel. Refreshing!

This is the third company we have used for gutter cleaning. I guess third time is the charm as we are very satisfied with the thorough and professional job done by Sunshine. Our bill was the highest we have paid for this job- but we feel it is worth it. .The crew came with equipment that thoroughly blew out our gutters - prev., crews were pulling out debris from our gutters by hand. Dirt was on the ground all around our home as they were finishing with the gutters - and it looked like enough dirt to start growing potatoes! We never have had our gutters emptied out so completely. Of course, before the crew left ,all the debris and dirt was removed. We will definitely used this company from now on. We recommend without reservation!

They were great. They were pretty inexpensive for a house of 6,000 square feet. They did a fantastic job. They got in, not a whole lot of talking went on, and they got out. All the windows are clean. One of our windows is fourteen feet off the ground; they had brought out a tall window ladder, got up on it and cleaned the window; that was really good. They were young guys too and to be that helpful at such a young age is really good. They were on time as well.

Office contacts and site crew were extremely professional. Crew arrived exactly when expected, worked diligently, moved and returned/replaced items as necessary to facilitate work, and just did a very nice job. May not have the cheapest pricing, but their work was excellent. Would definitely use their services again. And they gave a 10% Angie's List discount! This work was scheduled during their busy season and it took about 4 weeks to get on the schedule. Then lots of rainy days so we had to reschedule once, but that was handled very well and worked in as quickly as possible on their schedules.

They are excellent and they are expensive. I look at it this way, anytime you have people going up on roofs and ladders; you want to make sure that they have insurance. They are very good window cleaners. They are people that I do not mind having in my house. They are cautious. They take safety seriously. They did gutter cleaning in 2011. They are not cheap. The gutter cleaning is two to $300 and window cleaning is around $500. I think I get what I pay for. I do not mind the price. They do an excellent job and I will continue to use them.

They were very quick to respond to my request for a quote. Everyone I spoke with on the phone was very friendly and helpful. On the date of service, the guys showed up and showed up on time and were quick and efficient. It's nice to be able to see out of my windows again!
