Sunshine Window Cleaning

Sunshine Windows did an excellent job. Windows never looked so good. They we very professional and even made a road trip to Home Depot to pick up cleaner for the pressure washer. Great company and we would definitely use them again.

I purchased the special angle's list deal which was 25 windows for $225. Unfortunately, I didn't read the fine print and realize that this was for interior and exterior cleaning of small to average sized windows, and I only wanted exterior cleaning done. The technician was very professional and we worked out a deal to have the exteriors of my windows cleaned after a number of conversations back and forth over the phone. Overall, the work was fine, nothing spectacular but acceptable. My biggest complaint is the pricing for the service. I want to stress that the technician was professional but I felt that after the service was completed that I had overpaid. I take responsibility for my mistake in not reading the fine print of the deal and I would caution future customers to not make the same mistake I did. Be sure you know what you're getting or you will end up like me, over paying for an average service.

The young men who did the work were so polite, very professional, and cleaned up after they were done. We were quite impressed with their work and their personal manner. Two of our neighbors also had work done, and both were extremely pleased. We highly recommend.

I contacted the serve provider before purchasing the deal. I spoke with Natalie. I asked if they came to my adress and she said yes. I went ahead and purchased the deal, and through the deal I contacted the service provider. I got a message in my inbox from David saying that he could not come to my area. But their listing says that their service area is the entire area. I let him know that as well and no service was performed. There was misleading information on the deal and their page. I am dissatisfied at the inconvenence of purchasing the deal in saying that they cannot service my area. I was verbally told by one of their employees that they could.

They arrived on time, were professional, and did a great job.

Also elected to have power washing of sidewalk, walk way and patio done, which I had not even thought of. The results were wonderful! The crew was informative, worked well and we were overall very pleased with the service. I would definitely use them again

Excellent. This was a great choice for my work. They arrived on time evaluated what I wanted and honored my Angie's deal pre purchase. The employees were very professional and courteous.i asked for extra services in addition to the pressure washing and the immediately agreed to my request saving me another service call. They even gave me an additional 10% discount. They went right to work and did an excellent job. Siding and windows look great. I would and will use this company again. I give them an A+ recommendation.

Very well. They kept me informed about being a little late. Did a very good job. Windows are sparkling.

They are very good. They also told me that they would come inside and do chandeliers if your need them cleaned. I found their price was reasonable but they have flat fee. They were very professional, very willing to work, suggesting other things to do if you wanted it done like we went and had the power washing done which we had not thought. Now we know whom to call.

I believed it was too high, but they are such great window washers, I caved in. They did great work, but missed the screens, which he did the next day, even though it was a holiday. I appreciated that. I always recommend Sunshine for windows, but now I would pressure washing, also.

It went great. The person was very knowledgable and gave me a fair price for the work performed. I would recommend highly to everyone on Angie's List.

Marshall was my technician and he was punctual, professional and excellent. He did a great job and it's amazing the difference the cleaning made ...the house looks great from the inside and out. Marshall made a suggestion that I remove the steel screens and I took his advice. He was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. I had to wait for my appointment but it was worth it. I'll definitely use this company again to do some pressure washing in the future as well as window cleaning.

Great service. I called they were busy and booking out for almost two weeks away. I asked to be put on a cancellation list to get them here sooner. They called me the next day and got it done right away. They did a great job cleaning the gutters (can't believe how fast they did it) and cleaning outside of the windows. They charge by window and didn't pressure me to do the downstairs windows which I planned to do myself. They even gave me a recommendation for a company that installs gutter guards when I asked about them (even thought it is probably not good for their business).

They did a good job. They were a little expensive than other people though. I was not even there. I just came home and it was done. I actually had a lock box in the house and they came in.

I do not appreciate that this company made me feel like I had put them out by asking them to wash my windows. When I made the appointment, I mentioned that my shutters where mounted inside the window sill. I was told "no problem." When the crew I arrived on the scheduled day for cleaning, I also told them about the shutters. They said, no problem. Once they started cleaning the windows and realized that the screens would need to be handled differently, it was all of a sudden a huge problem. I was told that there would be no way they could get anything done that day. I was also told that the screens would "never" come out even after I assured them they would. I showed them how to take the screens out which took me less than 10 seconds to do. So they agreed to do one floor that day and I would have to reschedule the rest. I was also told that it would cost me an extra $150 bringing my new total to $400. I agreed and let them proceed. They were there maybe an hour and completed two entire floors. So I rescheduled the third floor today. I was told they were here maybe 30 mins and left me the following note: "Original price was $400 due to job difficulty. Next time job would be $600." Again, I am so sorry that I put this company out. I assure you there will not be a next time. The note was completely uncalled for and I refuse to pay $300/hour.

The crew arrived on time and cleaned all windows inside and out as well as screens. The windows sparkle like they never have before and there is much more light in the house. The men wore foot protectors inside the house and they worked quietly and incredibly fast! They pressure washed lots of mildewed stone work outside, which now looks new. They were careful not to dislodge old mortar and were meticulous working around the 20-year-old boxwoods bordering some of the paths. This company is now on my annual maintenance list, thanks to this crew's great work.

Came out for estimate, G Lit less expensive, but Angie's list was deciding factor. Called to set up appointment came out and work, arrived early, worked quickly.

they ran an hour late, but were very apologetic when we called them. Our porch skylight windows are tricky to clean and have two exterior surfaces which they cleaned with their usual high professional standards. This is the third time we used Sunshine for window cleaning and usually book when we receive the winter/spring coupon. we will probably continue to use them based on the quality of their work and our fear of using ladders.

Marshal and his co-worker showed up on time. Marshal was very pleasant and explained what they would be doing. They were fast and efficient and the windows look wonderful and clean! They picked up after themselves and did a fantastic job. I will use them in the future.

Excellent service. Showed up promptly, very personable, and got the job done right and at a lower price than other companies even including their coupons. Very impressed.

So. Price went up. Customer focus went down. And no apparent care for job to be done in my home and on my furnishings. Also extremely annoyed that I waited for this appointment, willingly based on what & how treated by office personnel, only to discover there is a disconnect between office & crew -- price & service. Had to cancel the job!

I used them all the time for window cleaning, generally whenever having company. They have always been an excellent company for us. For 22 windows it was around $185, but that was several years ago.
