I called to get the services provided and the service provider stated that the deal was not for spraying the roof only for blowing the leaves off and if I wanted the roof sprayed it would be extra. I then asked how much extra and that is when he stated that he needed to get with his boss to look at my house on google maps to see how much extra and have not heard back since.

The service was great! They were professional, thorough, and efficient. I am very happy with service.

Called to schedule an appointment and they were able to come out the same day. Did a good job. I would use them again.

I was very please with the service. They came on time,explained to me what they were doing. They moved all the stuff that was around the house, pots, flags, wreaths,chairs. The job was well done . At the end they explained to me minor problems they encounter (the garage door was not wash properly because is lacking paints, the trims need to be painted not later the next year.) Fortunately I got the deal on Angie's list for 249$ but they told me the price for my house pressure wash was around 400$. Very happy. I will use them again.

I had been disappointed by another pressure washing company who did not show up. After talking to Angie's List, I booked service with Sunshine Window Cleaning. I was amazed when they were able to come the very next day. Daniel Miguel and his co-worker arrived as promised. Both were friendly, well dressed and professional. They asked what I would like to have done and when I inquired about washing the windows as well as the deck pressure washing he gave me a good price for hand washing the outsides. Both men went to work quickly removing furniture from the deck carefully. They did everything I asked and more. When they finished, everything was cleaning and sparkling and back in place better than before. This was a very good experience and I will use Sunshine again!

The 2 men, Anthony & Vonne, did a spectacular job on my windows. They were professional, courteous, & considerate of my belongings. They took care to do the job right. You don't realize how much a dirty window affects how it looks, it's like I have HD windows now that they are clean!

This was my first Angie's List experience and it went well. David was prompt in his responses, professional and flexible enough to tailor the deal to meet my needs. He made it extremely easy to earn my busy. Anthony and Chris called as they were enroute and arrived 10 minutes prior to our scheduled appointment. Both men were great communicators, friendly and sincere. We walked the property to discuss expectations and to make sure that we were all on the same page. Anthony assured me that they would exceed my expectations and delivered on their promise. They paid attention to every detail and left no stones unturned. I have been in my home 20 years and this is by far the best pressure washing service to date. I would highly recommend this business/team.

Sunshine did a great job. They inadvertently broke a pane but sent a professional out to replace it at their cost. Very happy with their service.

The ad specifically promises a roof cleaning, then I'm told it's not a roof cleaning. "Thanks for contacting Sunshine via Angieslist. Please contact our office 770-422-7405 to ask any questions and schedule this service. There has been some confusion in the past regarding this product. This is an "INSPECTION" not actually doing any work other than inspecting. *****************We are not cleaning the roof******* (other than blowing off the leaves on the roof) or gutters. I just wanted to make certain that you know this." This is the exact bait and switch I hoped to avoid with Angie's List. I have to question the integrity of the site.

It went well. They are a good company or else I wouldn't keep using them. Believe they are pricy, but you get what you pay for.

What they did was fine. I told them on the information sheet that there were some things that needed some repair but they were not prepared to repair anything when they arrived and they said that their boss will get in touch with me about getting it repaired but no one ever followed up.

They were very punctual and professional. They point out some issues that I have with some of my windows. Overall, I am quite pleased with the job.

These folks really do great work! They show up on time, they do a reasonable estimate (and stick to the price!), and then they get to work quickly. We were quite impressed with their attention to detail and the exacting methods they use in all the pressure washing and cleaning. They use care to protect plants and delicate surfaces. They have a very professional demeanor and are easy to talk with and to discuss the details of what they will be doing. They worked steadily for the entire time - not even rest breaks! The results are spectacular - our house looks like it was just painted - not only clean, but sparkling! The driveways and sidewalks look better than we were ever able to get them before with our own pressure washer. We highly recommend Sunshine Window Cleaning and will use them again without hesitation!

They didn't do a good job of cleaning the windows and also forgot a few windows.

Scheduling was perfect. We did have more windows than included in the deal and there were additional costs. Their pricing seems to be standard. The job was completed in a couple of hour and they did a fine job. I would use them again.
