Sunshine Window Cleaning

Everything was done well. I purchased deals for the gutter cleaning and driveway power wash. The cost to power wash the back deck was a little pricey, but they did a good job.

Way overpriced for a 30 minute job, leaving a skylight unwashed that I was charged for. It started off badly when the serviceman was working a quote up in his head, and informed hi of the deal from Angie's list. Less than 750sqft of decking and bottom of a garage door were pressure washed.

It went well. They came out and did an inspection. They cleaned my roof.

Contacted via Angie's List to set up appointment a few weeks later. Contractor called asking to come early, set up ladders, cleaned all of the windows thoroughly and left an invoice for payment. The invoice was fairly hefty, but perhaps to be expected for the number and height of our many windows. They deducted the Angie's List credit and asked me to mail in a check for the balance.

They arrived on time, worked very efficiently and were finished in a timely manner. Windows were very clean, no smears, no missed spots. They offered to return if I found any problems after they left.

I used an Angie's List Big Deal Discount offer for the inside and outside cleaning of all my windows. Before starting, my windows were counted, and some were counted as larger picture windows so my total window count came to 35. This was fair, the Big Deal offer stated that some windows may be counted as more than one. I paid $36 more for all windows to be cleaned; even my 2 glass storm doors were cleaned for the same price. Buka and Gustavo did a great job. They started from inside the house, and it was impressive to see the improvement when the film of dirt and dust was removed; and, that was before they cleaned the exterior window surface. They worked carefully, and it took the two-man team about 2 hours to clean all of my windows and screens. I was impressed at the difference the clean windows made for viewing out; and, for the total curb appeal of the house because of the shiny windows.

They performed a good job and remioved all residue.

Very happy with the pressure washing of my deck. The dingy gray weathered look was cleaned so well that the wood is now a golden color. My driveway and walkways are no longer the dusty gray and white. I can even see the pebbles that were part of the concrete in my driveway and walkways. As a real pleasant surprise two additional things were provided. 1. My mailbox cleaned of algae 2. Detection of my palladian window seals are broken and dust and small particles are between the glass. Exovations installed the lifetime guaranteed windows so tTerry Garmon came out and confirmed that the window would be replaced free. I probably would not have know of the broken seal if Sunshine had not informed me.

Chris and his crew did a wonderful job. They were punctual and cleaned all of my windows until they were spotless. This was a recently purchased home and I have no idea when the last time was that they were cleaned, plus we had had a lot of construction work done in the home, which created a good deal of dust. They were really, really dirty. When they finished, the difference was amazing. They left only one window dirty when I did the walk-through and I had to ask them to include that one at extra cost, but they did it for free. I have only good things to say about this company, I would use them again, and I will ask for Chris!

Rob and Derek showed up right on time, made an accurate count of the home's windows (as this was the first time having my windows cleaned) and let me know that I would owe an additional $18. My Angie's List Deal covered 25 windows and my house has 27. I agreed and they got right to work. I just recently purchased the home and it had been empty for several months. It also had quite a bit of renovation, so the windows where a mess. Derek and Rob did an awesome job. They where efficient and professional and really good at their jobs. I will definitely use Sunshine Window Cleaning in the future for my window maintenance and probably for gutter maintenance as well. Well worth the price!

The company went above and beyond to accommodate my requests to have the pool deck cleaned prior to Father's Day weekend, cinsce that is a special time for my husband to enjoy our family around the pool. I was so impressed with Sunshine's dedication in making this happen in a time frame that worked wit our schedule. The technician was excellent-friendly, courteous, and more than competent. We will definitely be using them again!

We purchased the 1000 sq ft deal from Angies List. We asked the provider to do 1000 sq ft - our walkway was no way more than 200 sq ft. They just argued and said that it is 1000 sq ft. This is a rip-off - they just come in and try to upsell with some kind of c*** and bull story.

They arrived when they said they would and went to work right away. They were very quick and efficient. We have a lot of windows in our house but they made quick work of it. We couldn't be more pleased and would definitely use them again..

The experience went well. The rep and his assistant were careful in protecting the shrubbery near the deck before starting the job on the deck proper.

Great service and very professional workers. Had an appointment at 8:30. They showed up a little early and unloaded their equipment and knocked exactly at 8:30. Worked hard and fast. Will use again.

They did an excellent job. We hadn't had our windows washed for several years and they more than made up for our lapse!

They used a buffer for both and it turned out fantastically! They also washed all of my windows and did a superb job. I highly recommend them for their professionalism, expertise and work quality.

Hugo and assistant arrived on time, inspected and reviewed work to be performed, and got down to work Men wore booties in the house (VERY much appreciated) and worked quickly and thoroughly and my widows have never looked better. I couldn't be happier.

I thought they were great! I knew that it was going to cost me a lot more than $100 since my driveway is long and I also wanted them to pressure-wash my house - 3000 sq. feet - so the money angle was about what I expected (a little higher). Initially - this company called me back right away after I signed up for the Deal. (not so with some of the other "deals" I signed up for!). Since both of us were really busy at sign-up and I wanted the house done too - we set it up for 6-3 since we were both good with that date. The 2-man crew came right on time and reviewed the house and drive and walkway and wrote up a quote for me for all of it. I accepted. They got right to work and finished the job in the time they gave me - about 3 hrs. They did a fabulous job - so thorough - and the house and all looks fantastic! In fact - the house looks like I had it painted! I am very pleased with their work and their work ethic. They were both very nice and friendly. I would definitely use them again.
