Description of Work: In November 2009, Plumbpros replaced the main water service from the meter to my house after it was found that water was leaking. They were very responsive and did very good work. Later they also replaced my hot water heater and the pressure reducing valve. In 2012 I called and asked if someone could check a problem I was having with some other work that was being done in a bathroom. They came, explained the issue to me and did not charge me. I definitely recommend Plumbpros.

Description of Work: The plumber they set was rude and dismissive. He did not complete the job. When I posted my review on Angie's List the owner called me and was practically abusive. He told me that he couldn't allow a negative review and Angie's List would allow him to rebut it and take it down. That's exactly what happened. I discontinued my AL account and would never use them again

Description of Work: Our water heater was leaking. I called PlumbPros because I had dealt with them before when we had a leaking toilet. Chris came over a couple of hours later. He diagnosed the problem as being a rusted water heater. He recommended a few different types of water heaters and I chose one. He was able to get it that day. He installed it in a couple of hours and we have had no problems with the work that was done. I have to admit that I don't know much about water heaters and what they normally cost.

Description of Work: very, very professional people. pricing was a little high, but it's plumbing, so that's to be expected. they brought most of their team to my house to help get us up and running as soon as possible, and even took the time out to show me how certain things worked, and what to watch out for. I will definitely use these guys again.

Description of Work: Replaced a leaky kitchen faucet with a faucet I purchased. It went great and I would use them again.

Description of Work: Plumbpros visited house (right on time) to provide suggestions on how to replace existing electric instantaneous water heater with gas; our intent was to hire them for the work. They seemed to do a thorough job of locating all the components and looking for the best ways to accomplish the task. They suggested an alternative, interconnecting the system in question with the existing gas water heater located at the other end of the house and adding a hot water circulating loop. We asked for estimates for both options. After more than two weeks, we still did not have an estimate so we called. We waited another week and called again. We then received a very cursory "ball park" estimate for each option, plus or minus $1000; nothing more specific. We could not proceed on that basis.

Description of Work: After receiving notice from the water department that I had a slow leak and confirming that my water bills were dramatically increased, I called PlumbPros to investigate the leak. Their rep came out and inspected first for the most obvious silent leak, the toilets. He then went to the meter and advised me that he had found the source of the leak. He started digging and found a crimp and break in the line to the house approximately 2 feet beyond the meter. He inspected the pipe to ensure that it was not a defective type material, assured me that this was a better, newer type product and he proceeded to repair the pipe. He was efficient and professional and took the time to explain the process. I am very satisfied with the service I got from this company.

Description of Work: I had a scheduling issue with them on this visit. They missed our committed time and we spoke about why they did. Michael is working on correcting the problem and we have scheduled another visit. Looking forward to having the problem in my home looked at.

The price was reasonable and the water heater was replaced in a couple of hours. The repairman and his assistant were courteous and professional -- exactly what I've come to expect from PlumbPros!
