Description of Work: A tree root compromised the sewer line from my house to the street. Plumbpros came out the next morning, on time, and 3 hours later, all was fixed and flowing. A very decent firm to work with.

Description of Work: We used PlumbPros multiple times. First, to rough in two showers prior to tiling. They came and did the rough in work very well, then returned after the tile was installed to finish up. No issues at all and they accommodated our schedule and needs. | |Next up they installed a garbage disposal which I would have done myself, but there was considerable work needed to fix the drain lines which had double p-traps and simply needed to be replaced entirely. | |Lastly, they installed a new toilet flange -- previous iron one was rotted out and in the concrete slab, so again something I just didn't want to tackle myself.

Description of Work: Have not used them since they bought out the Woodstock-Roswell Plumbing business. Leaking toilet started Friday PM (naturally) so called them on Monday AM and was given the 11AM-2PM time slot. Got a call prior to arrival and the service technician was very professional. Immediately told me the water intake line needed to be replaced - cost, $250 and he had one in the truck. I took the easy way out (he was there & could fix right away). Later, I looked up the expected cost of such repairs and saw that this was on the VERY high side. Will not make that mistake again and will definitely either get additional estimates or call another plumber first. |Bottom line: prompt, courteous, professional and high-priced.
