Mr. Jordan arrived at my home when I was told he would. He listed to my description of the plumbing problems in my home and made a careful inspection of the pipes under my house and in the kitchen. He gave me excellent advice and seemed to be most concerned with making sure he did work that would make me satisfied with how the plumbing in my house operates. He could not have been nicer, and I would recommend Plumbpros to anyone.

Sewer waste was not being disposed from commercial building. Michael Jordan used a fiber optics type camera to search the sewer line to find the blockage cause. He found tree roots growing in the line causing the problem. He make a videotape of the blockage so I could give to the plumbing company that repaired it three years ago. The previous plumbing company would not honor their work past 12 months. Michael returned later replaced the blocked section of line. He poured concrete around the new joints to prevent further root infestation. I witnessed the entire service. He did an excellent job and gave me a five year guarantee.

The technician called before coming as he said he would. He installed a new garbage disposal and cleaned up when finished. I was very satisfied with the service and professionalism of the installer.

His staff is friendly and helpful. Very responsive came out the next day and had us set up within two hours. He positioned the logs for us and cleaned up afterwards. We are very pleased with his service.

He came in the early half of the two hour appointment window. He had to return with the longer snake. He worked quickly. He cleaned up everything well and stayed within the estimate. I will use Plumbpro again.

I received excellent service from this company. They correctly diagnosed the problem over the phone and gave me an estimate of $250. I had called 3-4 other companies and received various estimates ranging from $500-$3000. Plumbpro was willing to come out for free to confirm the estimate. The work was performed in about 2 hours, and the problem was fixed correctly at the quoted $250 price. I would highly recommend calling this company before any others to get friendly service and an accurate assessment of your plumbing problem.

Michael did a wonderful job. We had to delay our appointment by one day because the faucet didn't arrive as promised. Even though he had an all day job on the day we needed him he volunteered to come afterwards. He arrived as promised, did a great job, and was both professional and very pleasant. Even though he had to go to the hardware store to get a piece that hadn't come with the faucet his charge was extremely reasonable. We highly recommend.

Diagnosed what I was afraid was a major problem. A previous company had quoted me a four-figure estimate to replace the entire water works from the street to the house to fix a leak. The Plumbpro plumber discovered that the problem was merely a worn out packing nut on a valve. He replaced it, and it's been dry ever since. He also fix a small problem with the water heater, which had been done incorrectly by the original installer. I was essentially billed only for the trip fee. I appreciate the straight-shooting!

I called Plumbpro to clear a slow draining bathtub. The technician was on time, courteous, and professional. He ran a snake down the bathtub drain a few times. The drain works a little better, but it's not optimal. Technician stated that the problem could be further down the line.
