Excellent! They were very thorough with all of their work. They completed the bathroom and laundry room in a predetermined time for the price we had agreed on. We asked them to add the gas line and a new hot water heater after they finished the 2 rooms, and they were more than happy to return to do this promptly. They were willing to work as long as they needed to get the job done in as few days as possible. They even stayed after business hours to get the job finished. The always kept us updated on what they were doing. We are very happy with the work they did for us.

This is an excellent company! These folks got me into their busy schedule because I had a slight emergency. Caleb was early to the job, and made certain to call before he arrived, He gave me a dead-on accurate estimate before he began working and was very polite, pleasant and professional. I will use these folks again for sure.

I had a mixed experience with PlumbPros and can't recommend them. When I called, I described in detail the projects I had. Ruby, who answered the phone, told me PlumbPros could do the work and scheduled a time for my appointment. Caleb, the first plumber, arrived late, did not know the scope of the work I had requested, expressed doubt that he could do it, and actually left in the middle of the project so he could get to another job. He promised to return later that day but never did. I had to call Ruby several hours later to find out that I had been ditched. Michael came a day or two later to finish the work. He's clearly good at his job and personable, and when a defective faucet broke during installation, I was impressed with his tenacity in getting a replacement free of charge from the manufacturer. He fixed a leaky faucet free to make up for all the inconveniences. Still, even Michael showed up hours late for a follow up appointment without calling.

I left a phone message and e-mail on Sunday. At 9 am Monday they called and scheduled the work for between 1 pm to 3 pm the same day. Michael showed up at 1:30 and was finished by 3:30. The job was completed and the clean up was thorough. Michael was very pleasant and explained just what he was doing to correct the problems. I have used this company on an earlier plumbing problem (shower water control) with equally stunning results. I did not even call another company - because of my earlier experience with PlumbPros.

Michael came out, fixed the problem and figured out some other esoteric plumbing problems. Everything people said about him on this list is true, he is smart, courteous, and professional. We will never use a different plumber!

I left a voice mail message in the morning. By mid-afternoon, I hadn't had a call back, so I called again. Someone answered and told me they could have someone out between 4 and 6pm. They would call when they were on the way. The rest of the experience was flawless. Caleb called when he was 20 minutes away. He quoted me a price and that's what I was charged. He was polite and professional. This was a very positive experience.

Mr. Jordan is wonderful! He arrived when he said he would and quickly did the work. He asked how we heard of him and gave us the Angie's List coupon/discount without us having to ask. Unfortunately, he missed one of the leaks; we called him after-hours that night (Friday) and decided not to leave a message. However, he called back immediately and told us he would be there on Monday morning. He was courteous and professional and arrived Monday morning to take a look. He fixed the remaining leak for no additional charge. I am very impressed with this company and its representatives; to give such attention to a relatively low-cost repair shows great customer service. We will definitely use this company again!

I needed a leaky sink fixed fast to pass an inspection for a rental property. These guys got to the house early fixed the problem and checked the rest of the bathrooms for problems. This was helpful to me, because these minor problems could have cost me big later down the road. It is good to have a reliable plumber's number on speed dial when you are a section eight landlord.

Great! Very professional, when he saw that there was a factory defect with the drain for the tub, he told me about it and came back to install a new one at no charge. Highly recommend!

Caleb arrived on time for the estimate. I felt his estimate was fair and that he knew what he was doing. I asked them to do the work and they scheduled me for 3 days later. Caleb and his assistant arrived on time at 9:00 a.m. They worked until about 8:30 p.m. which was fine with me. The job actually came in $60 under estimate, even though they worked so many hours. They were very professional and complete. I would use them again.

Michael is very pleasant and professional and goes about his work very efficiently. He took time to explain some helpful things in operating the garbage disposal. He cleaned up the area under the sink and left everything neat. This is the best and most honest plumber I have ever had do work for me. Thanks for a job well done, Michael, and thanks, Angie's List, for this forum that is a blessing to consumers.

Excellent. Michael arrived at 12:30 p.m., within the 11-1 time frame I was given, on the same day I made the request, and even apologized (unnecessarily) for not arriving sooner. He found, explained, and repaired the refrigerator leak immediately, then repaired the toilet, too, in a matter of minutes. I give him high marks for timeliness, quality of work, quality of explanation, and price. I will use the company again when I next have a plumbing problem (though not soon, I hope!).

Michael is a excellent plumber. He is patient, considerate and business-like. We appreciate the great job he did for us. We will recommend him to everyone we know.

Overall, it went great! Caleb fixed the broken copper water line, but he found another hole, which he did not charge us and we were glad, because we thought $214 was already a bit pricey. He is such a nice guy!

When my in-line ice maker water filter stated leaking, Michael made an appointment to come to the house the next morning. I also told him I was unhappy with the accessibility of the shut-off valve for the filter line. He removed the old waterline and replaced it with a new line with a much more accessible and easy-to-operate shutoff valve, and replaced the filter's nylon fittings (where the leak had occurred) with brass fittings to decrease the likelihood of future failure.

I called PlumbPros after finding favorable reports on Angie's List. Michael asked several questions to survey the problem. He was pleasant and reassuring. He told me he would come in about an hour and a half. He was very prompt. Michael was thorough and found the problems: A rusted bolt that needed replacing and rebolting and the need for a new flapper in the other toilet. He explained everything needed and quoted a price for repair. He worked quickly, and repaired them. He cleaned the area after completing the work. Both toilets are working well.

We have wretched poly pipe and it finally broke in the front yard. The leak was slow and it took a while to discover. It was leaking at a rate of about 100 gallons every 24 hours. I found Plumbpros on Angie's list; it came up on the top of the pile and had 15 reviews so I called them. This was Thursday night at 7PM. Michael answered the phone and we scheduled for them to come out on Saturday morning. Caleb came out first thing Saturday morning and the whole process took all of an hour and 15 minutes. He was professional, knew what he was doing and the job was inexpensive. They also gave us a very reasonable quote to replace the whole thing and are willing to discount it if we do it in the next several weeks. I will not use anyone but Plumbpros in the future and will recommend them to everyone I know.

Michael arrived on time and was very kind to my 80-something parents who live with me in my childhood home. I had made a list of needed repairs and items to be checked for preventive maintenance, he looked at all the items, did an inspection and gave me an estimate that he came very very close to. The added dollars were for parts and a few extra things that we discovered while he was on-site and doing the other work. He was gracious and advised me of what work would have to be done in the future due to the age of the house and also, most importantly, he keep things in perspective as to the value of the house and any future resell value of the older home. It was fair in all regards. He tidied up any repair messes, worked efficiently and with confidence. This is a great plumbing outfit and I highly recommend them. I have tried 3 other plumbing services since returning home...and this was the first that made me say "Yes, THIS is how a professional service should be done!"

One evening we noticed that we had a lot of water near our patio. We thought it was coming from a hose that had not been turned off completely. Instead, it was coming from beneath the house! We checked inside the house in the basement where my son had noticed that the Wall looked like it was sweating profusely. I checked out Angie's list & found Plumbpros. I called the phone number expecting to get an answering service. Instead I got Michael who asked how much water was leaking, etc. He came out the next morning as promised. He determined that the water was coming from the pipe coming into the house from the main water line. He dug down into our flower bed without even having to remove a prickly bush that was in the way. When he was done, you couldn't even tell that anything was dug up. Best of all he stopped the leak! Michael was professional & very very nice! The cost was much less than we imagined, too. We will definitely call him again for any plumbing issue.

The technician was on time and was very upfront about everything he had to do. He did have to go to Home Depot to get a part, which I didn't expect and he hadn't mentioned, but it did not change the price of the job. He had some trouble getting the instant hot water dispenser to stay in place and left it a little loose, but it set in place overnight. Overall, his time estimate and work were both good, and we are satisfied.

Wonderful, beginning with Ruby who took the call. I had just found out the there was a possible problem and I had tenants moving in the next day. I was scheduled for the next afternoon. Michael came the next day as promised, found the problem, and took care of it.

I looked at PlumbPros website and saw that they answered the phone 24/7. I called and talked to the owner, Michael Jordan, at 10:20pm on Sunday night. He said he would have someone here to fix the problem at 9:00 the next morning. Caleb was here at 9:00 and it took about 3 hours to fix the connector, including digging a large hole to get to it, and of course refilling it.

I contacted the company about 8am and the technician returned my call promptly and was at my residence by 10am. After assessing the situation, the technician left to purchase a new water heater which took longer than expected (due to problems at Home Depot and then Lowe's). This step probably took about 1&1/2 to 2 hours total. He returned with the new water heater and the installation with updates probably took about 3 hours. He did a good job of cleaning up the area and was completely finished by 3:30pm. I was pleased with the work performed and the price. My only complaint is that they originally told me the whole job would be done in 2-3 hours and it took about 5 & 1/2 hours, so I missed a day of work.

I called them in the morning, and they said they would have someone out after 4pm. The plumber called me about 5 and was on the way here. He arrived about 6 and had the drain unclogged and the leaky pipe fixed in about 1/2 hour. The man was professional and clear in explaining the problem and what he needed to do to fix it. Then he did exactly what he said (There was no, ''Oh by the way you also need this or that''). This was about a week ago, and things are still operating well. I would definitely call them again. (But hope I don't have to call any plumber any time soon. LOL.)
