I had the part there for the provider to install and he opted to use the faulty part, when I specifically requested he install the new part. He came back in to install the new part and he did not install that part properly and it ended up breaking a week later.

Michael did a great job doing the above work. He came in on time, 9 am. It took him almost 6 hours to complete the work.

Worked hard and long to get everything right. Very pleased. Will definitely use them again.

The technician was exceedingly polite, arrived on time and seemed very knowledgeable. The receptionist who took my call and information was also very pleasant and easy to work with.

I have used Plumbpros on three different occasions. The first involved installing a new garbage disposal. The company owner, Michael Jordan, was extremely professional and courteous, and prices are very reasonable. The second and third times were for sink repair issues, and Patrick and Caleb were both great to work with on these projects. I called three different companies for quotes. I really felt comfortable taking with the owner, Michael, on the phone. He was very friendly and professional. He sent Caleb out to give me a quote. I decided to go with them over the other two companies based on the friendliness of their staff. They were all three pretty close in price. Caleb came out three days later and performed all the work agreed to. He was very professional and really did a quality job. This is a family owned business and they really care about quality at a fair price. I highly recommend PlumbPros.

Excellent service! An appointment was scheduled the day that I called. He diagnosed the problem very shortly, fixed it, and was on his way. Very professional and very nice!

Good. When I placed the call they were willing to come out that day. However, due to my schedule made the appt for the following morning. Installed disposal, contractor ran to a hardware store to get parts for water dispenser. Cleaned up afterwards. Did discover a leak after he left, but came back the following day to tighten and secure.

I emailed and left a message with PLUMBPROS the night of the problem. I got a return call from the office around 9:00 am the next morning advising me a plumber would be available between 1:00 and 3:00 pm. Around 10:00 am Michael Jordan called and said he could come to the house within the next half hour. He assessed the problem, quoted the price of the repair and got to work. When he was satisfied with the repair, he showed me what he had done and guaranteed it for 6 months.

They arrived on time, figured out great solutions to issues they encountered along the way in our quirky old house, and called in extra help to make sure the job was completed on schedule. A week later, they came back free of charge to follow up on an outstanding issue and made sure everything was done correctly. Not only will we definitely hire them again, I can't imagine we would consider anyone else.

This company is wonderful. Their customer service is excellent. They provided a good quote and were on sight on time. Caleb was very nice. He answered all questions, did a great job with the installation, and left everything neat and clean. I would not hesitate to use this company again and would highly recommend them to others. Excellent service. Called on Wednesday afternoon and scheduled for Friday AM. Got a call at 8:30 they were on the way. Looked at the job and gave me a verbal quote. He had to drill thru the wall and a cabinet to install. Looks great and works great. He did an excellent job. Cleaned the area after he left. The quote was right on the money. Ask for Caleb.

The agent was running late because of traffic but called well in advance. He gave me an estimate to install a bathtub and sinks for a bathroom remodel. He also made suggestions to correct my water pressure problems. Additionally a leak was discovered under my kitchen sink which he repaired. He offered to take the $65 from the overall work of the estimate he gave should I have the work performed.

Michael and a helper from Plumbpros showed up within the time allotted (range of time was 1-3PM, arrived at 1:30PM) and immediately gave my wife an estimate (orally) for the work to be performed - $150 to repair the sinks and $350 to install the tankless hot water heater. We authorized the work and within 15 minutes they had all the repair work completed. When it came to the tankless hot water heater, they had to go out for parts. Work seemed to progress at a normal pace. Around 6PM they indicated that they needed to go back out for more copper tubing. Work was not completed until shortly after 8PM. We were not informed that work would take this long. If we were, we would have rescheduled for another time. During this time we had no water and could not begin to prepare dinner. While the final bill was about what the estimate was, we expected a lower bill since the repair work only took 15 minutes. Also the $20 off for first time customers was not added to bill.

Michael picked up the toilet on the way to our house (he had to call to get the desired model number, even though I had given that information to someone else at the company when we scheduled the job. He installed the new toilet in the first floor bathroom and in the process scratched the hardwood floor in the bathroom which has just been refinished due to the old toilet leaking. He fixed the water supply line for the upstairs toilet, but had to go to the home improvement store to get different parts. He denied damaging the floor when putting in the new toilet and refused to pay for the damage.

I would call them again for another job if needed.

Excellent! We had several things that needed to be done but most of the issues were caused by another plumbing company who never could fix the issues and just complicated the situation more. Michael did a complete walk through and gave a clear estimate and the price remained the same (with the exception of a part that was understandably unforeseen). I would recommend this company to everyone.

I called Plumbpros at 8 a.m. on a Monday morning and requested a service call. They scheduled a service call for mid-morning that same morning. Michael Jordan from Plumbpros arrived ahead of schedule, identified the problem with the water heater, and installed the necessary part to correct the problem. He also replaced a stopper in my bathroom sink. The jobs were both completed within approximately an hour. Plumbpros was prompt, efficient, and courteous. I would not only use this company again, but I have also recommended them to others.
