Very friendly and professional. Actual repairs ended up being less than the estimate! That's a first.

I had several problems - pipes that banged when I flushed the toilets and faucets that hummed when I turned them on. I had already paid two different plumbers to come out and fix the problem and although they charged a lot for their work, the problems persisted. Neither plumber #1 nor plumber #2 seemed to know what to do to get rid of the water hammer. When I called PlumbPro on a Saturday afternoon, I thought I would just leave a message. Instead Michael picked up and I explained the whole saga. Michael was very reassuring and told me he would send his most experienced plumber to my house. On Monday morning first thing, Alex arrived with his wife Rene. He took a look around and wrote up a list of repairs what would solve the water hammer problems we were having. He replaced the PRV (located in the crawl space) and changed out the ball c**** in 2 toilets. I opted not to replace the water heater due to the cost (we will do it in a month or two) and Alex was very respectful of my decision - he did not try to scare me into doing it right away or otherwise give me a hard sell. I really appreciated that. As I had explained to Michael, the problems I had were intermittent, so when the hammer returned a day later, I called and he scheduled Alex to return on Wednesday. The only snafu was that I thought I would be the first call on Wednesday, which did end up happening even though somehow I was put on his schedule for the 2nd call. On the return visit Alex changed out the ball c**** on the other 2 toilets and installed a water hammer reducer on the washing machine. So far it all seems to be fixed. I will definitely call PlumbPro again the next time I have a plumbing problem. I highly recommend them.

Showed up next day, ontime. Very professional. I felt it was a bit expensive, but overall a good experience.

Called before arrival and completed work in 30-45 minutes

This company responds very quickly and shows up on time. The job was more expensive than what I was expecting but he gave me the price before he started the work. The plumber was not too knowledgeable or experienced with water softeners so he had to figure out some things as he went along. Because of this there was a problem with the drainage that I noticed after he left. But I called back the next day and he came right back out and took care of it. For a water softner, you might want to try another company, but if I have any other plumbing problems, I would definately call these guys back.

It went great. I thought at first we needed to replace all of the pipe from the street to the house. This is a considerable distance. Michael gave me a quote and started the job. As with most things on this house things are not as they seem. Michael found someone had replaced the first 6-10 feet of pipe after the meter with black pipe. For those of you who do not know black pipe is used almost exclusively for gas. It is never used for water because it rusts. Michael could have replaced all of the pipe to the house and received a lot more money. I would have been none the wiser. Instead he informed me of the real issue and adjusted the price substantially downward. My water's clear now and I will definitely use PlumbPro again. They aren't the cheapest but I will pay more for trust and good work. BTW I've used PlumbPro before and the result was the same.

I called Plumbpro around 10:30 a.m. on a Saturday. They said they'd come between 1:00 and 3:00 that day. Showed up at 4:30, after I called at 3:00 to check status. I appreciated that they came the same day although I would have appreciated if they let me know they were running late. But note that usually they're approximately on time. This is the third time I've called Plumbpro and would definitely call them again.

Very well. Patrick was courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, and had the job done in a couple of hours. He was able to do the work the day after we received the toilets from UPS. (We purchased the toilets elsewhere.) For both the estimate and the installation, he called a few minutes before arriving, giving me enough to time (10 minutes) to get home from work before he got there.

The work went well and I thought they did a good job. They came when they said they would or called if they were going to be late. They were friendly and I would recommend them.

It was excellent. They came to my home and gave me an estimate, which is what I payed. They were very reasonable and professional. They cleaned up after themselves.

I looked for quotes on Thursday & Friday. By the time Saturday rolled around the leak got suddenly worse. I was still doing a bit of research and delayed in having PlumbPros get the water heater themselves (before noon). Since I missed that deadline, I had to get a retail heater. I had Caleb meet me at the store. I had delayed even at that and he worked around it. We loaded the unit into his truck and went back to install it. He worked quickly and neatly. He even answered all of my pestering questions. Excellent work.

I had a leak in my front yard and did not have time to oversee a vendor for the work itself. I looked on Angie's list and found PlumbPro plumbing. I call them on Monday morning and they were out there later that day and fix the problem. They're professional, straightforward, and did what they said they would do. I highly recommend PlumbPro they did a great job for me without me having to worry or take time off work.

It went very well. Plumber was punctual, polite. Explained problems in detail. Checked with me before taking steps to repair.

Jonathan Mitchel arrived on time, installed the kit in an extremely professional manner and charged what I thought was a very reasonable fee.

After toilet was removed, we were shown why it was loose and leaking and why a new float valve was necessary. The plumber was courteous and clean, having removed his shoes at the entrance. The work was completed without delay and the work area was left clean. We were happy to receive a senior discount. The toilet is functioning perfectly.

We called, got a quick response to our call, they were out within 1 day, they came when they said they would, they did the job, were clean and professional and the price was great. We did not have time to get estimates it was a necessary repair that was needed and our previous plumber had gotten so busy he no longer was available when we needed him. PlumbPros are great and you won't be disappointed with their work, it holds up.

They showed up on a Saturday, very promptly and without an extra charge for being a weekend. They explained what they were going to do and they did it. They had to go to a hardware store for a part and didn't find exactly what they wanted, but what they got was adequate to fix the leak. They were professional and courteous.

We had what looked like a leak from the kitchen floor through the subflooring down into the basement. We called Plumbpros first thing the next morning and Caleb came out to take a look. He found a pinhole leak in a nearby pipe in the basement that had been spraying and saturating the wood subflooring above the pipe. Caleb then replaced about 3 feet of copper pipe. He was prompt, very professional, and was able to fix the leak the same day he discovered it. This company really is outstanding.

They did a good job. They were close and they had the most recent reviews that were favorable. The gentleman was very experienced and he had to work very hard, which he did. The price was great.

The overall experience was good. Although encountering some problems, (original plan of pulling copper line through existing poly line did not pan out due to rock and roots in ground instead had to dig but was done with a satisfactory result) The replacement was handled in a professional manner. I would and will absolutely use PlumbPros again.

Patrick, one of their technicians, arrived on time and provided us with a very reasonable estimate. He told us how long it would take and what materials would be needed and the total price for all. Due to reasons other than the price quoted us, we decided to purchase an electric range rather than a gas range. I have however, placed this company into my address book for future use. I would also ask for Patrick since he was so very professional, courteous, and timely.

Employee arrived at time estimated by company, & he was polite and neatly dressed. Listened to my description, looked at problem, and gave me an estimate before he began the work. He was efficient and professional. I would definitely call this company again.

The first employee who came showed up very late and made several mistakes. He "re-built" one of our toilet tanks because the water was running constantly. The problem was that he rushed through the job and therefore built it wrong, so the water still ran constantly. We had to have the owner come back out to our house to fix his employee's mistake. Very time consuming. Also, the first employee that came told us that a squealing sound coming from our pipes was normal. When the owner came to fix the toilet tank, I asked him about the squealing and he said we needed a new PRV. He then made another (3rd) appointment to replace the PROV. All in all, the owner is very polite and knowledgeable, but the fact that the first employee who came to our house was not qualified or was too rushed to do things right cost us time and frustration. I would only use this company again if I knew the owner would be performing the work. It is hard to rate this company because our first experience was so bad, but the owner worked to resolve our issues in the end.

I called to set up an appointment to get an estimate for the job. The person I spoke with said that wouldn't be a problem and that someone could come later that day and if I agreed with the estimate, they could perform the job that day. Over the phone, I was told that it would likely cost me $250-275. As promised, the plumber (Patrick) arrived on time and confirmed that the cost would be as quoted earlier on the phone. The job was difficult due to the old plumbing and it took Patrick over 4 hrs to complete the job and he did a terrific job. The shower set works wonderfully and looks great!
