We had a terrific experience with Plumbpros and Michael Jordan. We needed to replace the polybutylene pipe in a large house (a big job) and so got three estimates from competing firms. Plumbpros gave us the best estimate and had high ratings on Angie's List, so we decided to go with them -- and are we glad we did. Plumbpros did a great job. They realized quickly into the job that they had underbid but still honored the price that they had quoted us -- the sign of true professionals. Even better, everyone who worked on our house from Plumbpros was a fully licensed and trained plumber. We had had an unfortunate experience on an earlier job with a plumbing company that sent out an expert out to do the estimate -- but when it came to the work, an unskilled person with hardly any tools or training showed up and did such bad work that we had to demand that the manager come out two more times to repair it. Plumbpros does not send out such workers as a policy. And, after the job was done, when there were a few minor follow-up problems, Plumbpros came out to the house promptly, always the same day and often within an hour, to correct it, at no extra charge. We cannot recommend them highly enough. Don't work with anyone else.

They were excellent. The thing I most appreciated about them is they responded immediately to my urgent need. They also have high quality workmanship and very thorough.

I purchased a home built in 1988, located in Marietta, which contained Poly-Butyl piping. I contacted several companies to get a price on replacing the piping with new copper plumbing. Bob and Michael did a great job on getting the old piping removed and replacing it with new piping. This was a very big job since this house has 3 floors and 4 baths, however they got it done within 4 days and managed to minimize unneeded damage to existing sheet rock. At the end, everything worked as it should and they also recommended relocating a toilet in one of the bathrooms to a better location, since there was already access to the piping, and to correct some issue with how it had been installed. I hadn't thought about doing these but was glad to get it done know instead of later. I am very pleased with the work and professionalism and would definitely recommend these guys to those looking for quality plumbing work.

This is the second time I have used this company (Both times I have called it has been for service at my work). They are lightning fast in responding to my request for service and in repairing the problem. The staff that take the initial calls as well as Todd, the service tech, are really nice. I will definitely use them again for work and home repairs. I have even forwarded their info to other people in need of a reliable plumbing company. Thanks again for great service!

Asked service person to verify sewer pipe not broken in wall of half bath and to provide estimate to replace a small section of copper pipe in basement where an icemaker attachment was leaking. He cut into dryway to check connection of sewer drainage line. Almost cut electrical line to range on other side of wall with his saw in the process. That part luckly turned out ok. but his estimate to splice and insert a 2 inch inset for correcting an ice maker attachment hole leak was almost $400. When questioned about the cost, he said it was high because he had to turn off the water to the house (which was merely closing a valve about 8 feet from the problem. I refused the fix and went to home depot, got a new icemaker set valve for about $7, turned off the water to the house at the previously mentioned valve and fixed it myself and there is no more leakage.

I think they were punctual and I would absolutely use them in the future.

Plumbpros sent out Todd Barth who fixed the problem quickly. He came out same day, did a great job, cleaned up behind himself, and checked out the other bathroom without me even asking him to. All in all, a great service experience.

It was alright. They ended up having to come out again to redo the roots in the line, but generally speaking everything was fine.

This company is great. Prompt, courteous, professional and very reasonably priced.

After identifying a root infested sewage drain line 4 days ago, Plumbpros came out to replace the line as I requested. (I am including a photo of the root system they were dealing with.) I quite honestly, have never had such great customer service. Once again, Sharon (on the phone) kept me updated and in touch with the plumber Caleb who would be coming out to do the job. Caleb and crew came on time as scheduled, coordinated the work with the concrete company (who would be replacing my driveway) and finished the job just as they said they would. These people are so very professional, flexible, and friendly. I would absolutely recommend Plumbpros and will use them again.

The man who came to give us the initial estimate was very professional and reassuring. He came right on time, gave us a reasonale estimate and said the work would be no problem. However, the man who came back to do the work, a different man, was less experienced and didn't have the knowledge or confidence that the first man did.; He had to make several calls to his company and at one point almost left without doing the work because the model number to our gas grill did not match up exactly with the model number to the converter - -even though the two devices were manufactured by the same company and fit just fine. We had to contact the manufacturer of the grill while he waited to get their OK, and then he made us sign a waiver of responsibility since he was going by the book. We had no problem with this; we weren't too pleased by his attitude, however, or by the fact that his demands and stubbornness dragged a one-hour job into a three-hour one.

I woke up to find that my toilets wouldn't flush and (eventually) sewage backed up into my bathtub. Sharon at Plumbpros worked to see that someone could come out the same day. Caleb (the plumber) arrived as scheduled. He was kind, professional and confident. Even though it took extra effort and time (in the cold rain) on his part, he stuck to his original quote. I paid $205 because they offered a $20.00 discount for first time customers. I am very pleased with the work and the results. I will use them again.

I liked the guy that came out. He was very nice. He went under the house into the crawlspace to look at what it was. When he figured out that it wasn't really a problem, he asked if there was anything else that I needed and I told him that I was having a problem with a toilet. He looked at that and cleared a drain. The drain from outside was blocked and he gave me recommendations on how to fix it more permanently.

When they replaced the sump pump, it went fine. They didn't explain to me the scenario I was involved in, and instead of just replacing the sump pump, the whole thing needed to be replaced, including the canister it sits in.

Terry did a great job getting the plumbing done while extensive renovation was going on - he was able to coordinate with carpenters, HVAC, and electricians to complete the work in a busy space. He was excellent about calling about any schedule changes. He always displayed a positive attitude and called when questions came up - as they often do when renovating an older home and surprises are uncovered.

Overall, it was a pleasant surprise having a plumber come in who doesn't take you to the cleaners!!! : - )

I tried Plumbpros after getting no response from two other plumbing firms on Angie's List. They were extremely courteous on the phone and were able to set up a convenient appointment. Bob arrived exactly as scheduled. He diagnosed the problem, explained what needed to be done, and wrote up a repair estimate. I agreed to have the work done that day and he was finished in about 2 hours. He was very knowledgeable about what he was doing and did an excellent job - from preparation to cleanup. The downgrade on price was not an indictment of Plumbpros specifically but of the plumbing profession in general.

Everything was fine. The first time they came they assessed the problems, the second time they performed the work, and the third time they came to follow up and readjust the pressure again. They only charged us for the visit during which they actually did the work. They were pretty professional, and they even sent us a thank you note when the work was completed. Their prices were competitive, and they explained everything thoroughly. They were very prompt and we would use them again. I would recommend them as well.

I have a bath and one half and the toilet in the half bath was running constantly. I had shut off the water supply to this toilet and had intentions of calling someone when the weather warmed to fix the issue. Needless to say, things don't always work out the way we plan them and during our icy weather the toilet in the full bath decided to clog! This was on a Saturday. I called PlumbPros and spoke to Ruby. I had a very pleasant conversation with her and she gave a window of time when help would arrive. The plumbers arrived sooner that I had expected and were very courteous and neat. In a very short period of time both toilets were working and Terry alerted me to some other possible issues that will need to be addressed soon. He was also willing to answer questions about replacing old fixtures and approximate costs of replacement. This was very helpful to me. I have never had to use the services of a plumber before and had no reference for pricing other than comparing reports on Angie's List. I have since talked to others and have been told that the price I paid was very reasonable. All in all I was very pleased with the service that I received.

Overall, I am a satisfied customer and will use this company again

We had a smelly drain in a shower and a leaky toilet in our master bath. They were unable to diagnose the drain issue but they did fix the toilet by replacing the flush and float assembly.
