After some trouble scheduling the appointment, Terry came on a Sunday and went above and beyond to get the job done. Love the new water heater!

Bill was very curtains and professional. He tightened a few leaky faucets free of charge.

UPDATE - A few days after posting the below review I received a call from the owner. He was very apologetic, owned up to the problem, offered me a full refund and asked if there was anything he could do to make it better. I obviously wish the service call had gone better but mistakes happen and one can't really expect a better or more professional recovery than that. I have used Plumbpros before and had a good experience so take this with a grain of salt but my last experience was very negative. We had a kitchen faucet that was leaking and told the technician we thought the hot water supply line needed to be replaced. He took a look and said he just needed to tighten a nut. Great we thought! We just saved a lot of money. Fast forward a few days and it was still leaking. The tech came back and said the faucet needed to be replaced and he would need to take it with him to order a new one. My wife, not wanting to be without a faucet for a couple of days, suggested he might just write down the model number instead (hello...perhaps he could have thought of that). He did and left to order the faucet, which he said should be ready in a few days. He called 2 days later to say it should arrive the next day. We called the next day and he seemed a bit agitated and said it should be there that day. Well, 4 days later we still had not heard from him and so called the office. They were very nice but said a faucet had never been ordered. So, 10 days after our initial call to them and still with a sink with with no hot water, and having paid $40 for a service call we ended up having to call another plumber. I would have thought at a minimum they would have refunded the service call but they didn't.

The technician showed up at 2:30 for a 1:00 pm appointment. We did not receive the advertised $20 discount for a new customer despite this being the first visit to our home. This discount was also discussed with the main office when we first made the appointment. The technician was considerate of our home, polite, and professional. The work performed was exactly as needed. He did attempt to get us to sign up for an annual 'service contract' to eliminate special after hours rates if we had to call in the future. I am inclinded to provide another company the opportunity when we next need a plumber.

They have done excellent work, and I feel comfortable calling them back. They do quality work.

Scheduled the visit at a time convenient for me, actually showed up a bit early. Didn't have all parts, but wasn't gone long getting what he needed. Overall, finished the job quickly. Problem solved. (Offered a service contract, but no pressure at all to sign it.)

I was having a problem with sewer drainage. Todd from Plumbpros came out and did a great job, timely and professional on 11/19. He also showed me what the problem was (roots) and where the problem was located. He gave me an estimate on repair of the affected section of pipe as well as an est. for replacement of the whole line since he was unable to pass the camera beyond the roots. I did get a second estimate from another company, which was right in line with the estimate given by Todd. I decided to have the entire line replaced. Todd and his colleagues did a great job, and cleaned up the mess as well. I would definitely recommend Plumbpros to friends and family.

They were way over priced and so I didn?t end up going with them once I got the estimate. I checked the estimate with my dad and another plumber. It seemed like they were way over priced on every single point. They were over priced by $100 or more. The estimate was itemized since there were different things to be done. The plumber was very professional when he was here. They came out for 30 minutes to do the estimate and I never had any other interaction with them. As far as calling them and setting up an appointment was fine. They were a little bit late for the appointment. The plumber wrote down everything to give me the estimate and so that part was fine. However, I wouldn?t use their services again because of their price.

They came out the day I first called and found the leak. They were suppose to come back the next day to replace the pipe. They did come the next day but only 1 crew member was present. It was on the 4th day that the job was totally completed. The service man went to get another crew member from another job to complete it on day 3 but the other crew member did not want to work overtime. I feel like they did a good job however it did seem that they were short of crew people. I was grateful that they told me up front that if I was getting estimates, the charge would be approximately $29.00. By day 2, the new pipe was connected and the leak was stopped which was good. . I called the water company and they said the price I was quoted was a good price. The crew members that were present on day 4 were very professional.

How did it go? It was GREAT! No, really, I mean it. I can't think of anything that could have been better, unless maybe I'd won a contest and gotten the work for free. Starting with the appointment for the estimate and continuing through the job, Terry and Dan were wonderful: prompt, professional, courteous, and friendly. It can be uncomfortable having strangers in your house for days on end; I never felt uncomfortable having these guys in my home. Terry and Dan are a great team. They were so considerate. I was working online much of the time that they were here, and they worked quietly and calmly, never disrupting my work. I have pets that are skittish with strangers and hate loud noises; they remained calm and quiet through the whole job because Terry & Dan were considerate of them. Lots of service workers leave doors standing open and don't consider the needs of pets, but these guys were really careful! They kept the noise and commotion to a minimum at all times. They worked hard; there was no wasted time. They made sure that when they left for the day, everything was cleaned up and put away. Terry made some recommendations for changes that will serve me well in the future. For example, one outside hose faucet was in an inaccessible location. I was so concerned about the water leak that I never gave a thought to that faucet. Terry recognized the problem and suggested relocating the faucet to a better position. I'd purchased a couple of new showerheads and asked Terry to install them while they worked on the shower plumbing. Other plumbers would have charged me extra for that; Terry didn't. It may have been a small kindness for him but it made a huge impression on me. Terry cares about making his customers really happy! I have never before recommended a plumber because I've never been particularly happy with the service I've received. That has changed. I can wholeheartedly RECOMMEND Plumbpros to my friends because I know they won't be disappointed!

I called to have a gas log set installed. I called at 8AM in the morning and was greeted cheerfully and in a professional manner. I asked if they could install that same day and after they checked, were able to arrange a technician to come out at 10AM! Caleb showed up and knew exactly what to do and did it with class. I would strongly suggest using them for anything gas related and we will call them for our plumbing needs as well!

The plumber and his helper did excellent work in hand digging a trench for the new water line amongst many ornamental trees and plants in the front yard. They were very careful in the digging resulting in minimum disturbance of the gardens through which the line was to run. They recognized that copper piping at the connection into the house had badly corroded and would probably start leaking soon so they went ahead and replaced it and the shut off valve at no extra charge. The plumber and his assistant were industrious and very professional.

i scheduled the appointment on Wednesday. Bill came out on Friday. He called beforehand and was punctual. He had a company shirt on and put protective booties over his shoes. He was very friendly, explained his estimate in detail and quoted me a very fair price. (I did my research online ahead of time). I asked him to perform the work, which he did very well. He cleaned up when he was finished. A completely professional job from start to finish.

Bill arrived on time and gave me an estimate to repair two outdoor faucets and to replace a side spray in my kitchen. We agreed that he would repair the two outdoor faucets, but I decided to replace the side spray with the original manufacturer's part which did not require a plumber. He also explained to me how to pull out the drain stop in another bathroom so that I could clean it (at no cost). He began work on the faucets on that day. After working more than 1 hour, he determined that a mason would be needed to remove some stones around one the faucets. He did not want to damage the wall. We agreed that he would return once the masonry was removed. A week later, I was able to set up an appointment easily for him to return. He was right on time and finished promptly. I would have given an A for quality, but he did do some minor damage to a wall that I will have to have repaired.

They were supposed to call me 30 minutes before they were coming to my house-they did not. The plumber apologized for them not calling. Later that day the dispatcher called to follow-up and I asked why I was not called as promised. She said she was busy and could not call anyone that morning. She did apologize. I gave the plumber a list of things I wanted done at another property. He said he would call me back in a day or two with a quote. I never heard from him and that was two weeks ago. I will never use them again nor will I ever recommend them.

technician was to show up between 9-11am. He got here at 8:50 and got right to work! I had had a water main break right at the foundation. The technician dug out a huge hole by hand, busting through rock and roots, to get to the problem. He showd me why it broke (age and stress) and ran copper pipe through the foundation wall to the existing pipe. One week later no leaks, no problems and I was relieved the problem wasn't worse.

Plumber showed on time and on the scheduled date. He was very professional, courteous, and informative. The price charged was almost exactly as the estimate. Excellent work; excellent service. I will use them again for my plumbing repair needs.

I called PlumbPros about a clogged sink. They were able to come out same day. The office assured me they would call 30mins before coming on-site, but they showed up without calling. The plumber took care to protect our hardwood floors before bringing in the equipment. He was able to clear the blockage quickly and did a good job of cleaning up everything.

I expected to give them an "A" rating until the repair work failed and I had an unsatisfactory experience getting them to fix it. I liked the plumber and was happy with the work. Unfortunately, a few days later, the drain started leaking again heavily due to a misaligned seal on the repair. It was an honest mistake but it became a big problem on a Saturday afternoon. By pure luck there was no added damage to the walls/ceiling below. When I called to report, I was told I would have to pay extra for weekend service. I understand that policy for new problems but this was a repair to fix a mistake they made. In the end I fixed the seal myself. To their credit they followed up a couple days later to see if there was still a problem. My guess is my experience was unusual and they are a decent company. I hate to give a sub-par rating but reviews are pointless if they are not candid and accurate. If they had just fixed the problem without charge when I reported it I would have been happy with the whole experience. UPDATE: Plumbpros followed up with me after I posted my initial review. There wasn't a practical way to resolve my original issue but they showed a good faith/non-confrontational effort to understand the mistake, etc. Usually a sign of a good company. My experience was mixed but may have just been bad luck, I'd give them another chance if I need plumbing help in the future.

The plumber was great, but the office was terrible. When I called to make the appointment, the company would not give me an indication of price - said the plumber had to look at the job. If I didn't like the price he quoted, I would have to pay a $30 charge for the visit. The plumber came with a price list, which he used to show me the quote! The management is not upfront about pricing.

Master Plumber Terry Finnan made service call at no charge & gave me a complete estimate. We scheduled the work for 5/14,, to be completed 5/15. Terry arrived promptly on both days, was very courteous and communicative throughout, and was surprisingly quiet given the type of work required. All of the work was done perfectly, on time & with complete cleanup. He was patient and kind to our curious kitties. Having spent my own career in construction, I was very impressed with PlumbPros and would definitely use them in the future.

Very well. They promptly contacted m in response to my email and sent Terry out the next day. Work was done 2 days later (needed to get the utility line marked or they would have done it the next day). They had to take down my "occupied" blue bird house and they reinstalled it with all the baby bluebirds and parents happy!

Plumber was highly professional, prompt and explained everything in detail. Price on the regulator replacement was exactly what I expected, but thought the toilet repair was expensive. Plumber also quoted a price on replacing hot water heater, which we know is due for replacement. Company even sent in a second plumber to get the job done faster since they were slow that day.
