I called on my day off from work and was surprised (and thrilled!) to find that they had someone available that day. The workman (Bill) arrived right on time, called me before his arrival, as promised, applied shoe covers, diagnosed the problem very quickly. He replaced the faucets and shower head. He also noticed that our toilet tank was "running" and fixed that, as well, at no extra charge. He told me what type of faucet to select. But I told him it didn't really matter - it's our basement bathroom and decor isn't a major issue. So, since I was quite busy that day, he went went out and purchased the faucet for me. Reaching the pipes for the shower wasn't easy, as there's an air cleaner installed in front of it...so he had quite a job. I was impressed that he warned us before he turned off the water, and kept the water off for just a little while. I was definitely pleased with the service. I can't judge on what the price was since I've never had htis type of work done before. It seemed a little on the high side. However, given the ease of service and professionlism it was worth it. I'd definitely call PlumbPros again.

They were surprisingly responsive, repair the leak the same morning that I called. Bill was both professon and proficient and did a great job of cleaning up clutter.

Discovered I had a water main line leak between the meter and the house. My first call went to a well-known company who quoted me $2,400 to repair the break. My second call went to Plumb Pros who quoted me much less. I chose Plumb -Pros because the tech was very professional and took the time to walk me through the process. I was very satisfied with the work and will call this company first for any plumbing issues

All Plumbpros staff were very professional. Arrival time was prompt. Tech. (Todd) was knowledgable and craftsmanlike in his work. Cost of water heater appears expensive compared to what is available at HD. Difficult to shop h/w heaters when you need one asap. Overall experience was very good.

I had used PlumbPros Plumbing before and was very pleased with that experience so they were my first choice when I needing plumbing services again. Todd arrived as promised ( I recieved a call from PlumbPros when he was on his way). He walked through the house with me and I explained all of the issues I was having with the toilets. He told the what the cost would be up front and got right to work and fixed all of the issues. In addition, he also installed an new toilet seat for my and gave me some good advice about how to keep my plumbing working better. He was efficient, professional and friendly. I will definitely use this company again when I need a plumbing professional and I will recommend them to my friends.

We had a tech come out to check out our pressure relieving valve on our main water line. He found it to be malfunctioning and gave us a reasonable quote for it as well as replacement of our hot water heater expansion tank, which he noticed was showing signs of serious wear. As it turns out, our home warranty covered replacement of the PRV, so we didn't end up using PlumbPros for that, but we are still considering bringing them back for the expansion tank replacement. The PlumbPros plumber who came out was very nice and took time to explain things in a way that gave me confidence he knew what he was talking about. I felt like he treated us honestly and would be pleased to have him do work in my home in the future. I also felt the main office was very accommodating when I called to make the appointment in the first place.

They were upfront. They gave me a price and stuck with it. They worked well and fixed some flaws that I had found.

I called PLUMBPROS based on Angie's reviews. I told the lady (person, not a computer) who answered promptly, how my sink was sometimes leaking and apparently, had been going on unnoticed for awhile. The plumber, Todd, was punctual and courteous. He asked me a few questions and promptly went to work. He replaced the basket strainer and tail piece. (The old iron tail piece had a small crack in it that cracked even more when I ran my finger over it! ) He cleaned up after himself, presented the bill, which by the way, had a 1 year parts and labor warranty with it. I will recommend this company and will use them again, if I need plumbing help. Oh yes, He told me that some days all their customers are based on Angie's List!

I received a call from the office staff advising that the technician would be at my home within the next 30 minutes. The service technician arrived at my home about 7 minutes before I did. However, the office staff called me again and when I said I was within 5 minutes of my home I was assured the technician would wait for me. He was professional and courteous from the very beginning. He gave me his business card at the point of introduction. He used the blue coverings for his shoes before entering my home. He quickly identified the problem and gave me an estimate of the price for the work which I agreed to. He then left to go and purchase the part. When he returned he told me the part was not available at the local Home Depot and he went to a plumbing specialty store for the part. It didn't take him too long for this errand. As he worked to install the part he ran into a problem. He quickly contacted the manufacturer with questions and before too long he had completed the installation in a timely fashion. He gave me all applicable discounts. Although I would have liked to pay less for this service, I do believe it was a fair price for the work done. I was very pleased with the service I received today. I have already recommended PlumbPros Plumbing to a friend who is in need of plumbing services.

I called and was told someone could come out that afternoon. They did good but I was unprepared for that and did not have everything broken down of what I wanted for the project. Everything came out just fine though.

They were prompt and provided an estimate that ended up being the price I paid. It went very well!

I had a confirmed appointment for a plumber from Plumbpros to arrive between 1-3 PM on Saturday. I needed a specific time because the condo above me was leaking into my unit. Plumbpros suggested this time due to their schudule. So, I had made arrangements for the tennant above me to be there to be able to turn on their water to make it easier to find the lead in my unit. On Saturday about 1:15 PM, Plumbpros called to advise that they were not sure if they could meet the schedule. I explained the situation to them again and that their plumber had to be her before 3 PM. They did not arrive it. I have received no followup from them. I consided them to be unreliable.

and gave me an estimate of $2100.00 to completely replace the line.........we breathed a sigh of relief. He also suggested that we think about replacing our water line since the yard would be dug up anyway and it's original piping.....only $500 more. We gladly took him up on it and we're happy we did. He showed up on the work date on time (actually early!) and got straight to work......he even offered to replace the old spigot on the outside of the house that was leaky. Not only was he done in a timely fashion and was super courteous, but he came in UNDER budget! A big thanks to Terry and Plumbpros for making a tense situation much easier........you now have a customer for life!

I highly recommend this company. My experience with them is a 2-part saga. The first visit came after I contacted them using their site email. They responded to me promptly. I described the problem and they were able to schedule a plumber for me the following day, December 20th. The plumber, Terry, arrived on time and ready to go to work. Turns out my garbage disposal had a big crack in the outer casing. Terry obtained the correct disposal and installed it quickly. The outside leak was a tougher issue. I live in a townhouse development where it is not easy to tell where all the piping goes. Terry excavated the wet area and did some investigating. Based on what we could see, the leak appeared to be coming from my neighbors unit, not mine. He offered to come back the next day at no charge to meet with my neighbor to see if the problem could be fixed. Long story short, after more investigation, the leak turned out to be mine, after all. I called Plumbpros back to tell them and they could not have been nicer or more apologetic. They returned the day after Christmas and completed the repairs at no exta cost. They replaced all the landscaping and you can't tell that it was a big wet pond just a short time ago! Everyone I talked to from Plumpros was professional and courteous and they all went out of their way to get my problem fixed. I've used them once before for a minor issue and will use them again the next time I need a plumber! Great job.

I called Plumbpros for a short list of non- emergency plumbing needs. A late afternoon appointment was set for the following week. In the meantime I received a huge water bill and had the meter reading checked. When Terry, the plumber, was going to be only a few minutes late for the appointment, he called -- how refreshing is that?! So when Terry came, the new main project was to find the water leak. It was determined to be between the house and the meter, so Terry immediately set up a temporary bypass to stop the leak from being read by the meter, but allowing me to have water usage overnight. He returned the next day after dealing with some other appointments and replaced the pipes in a manner that did the least damage to the yard and skirted the roots of a 100+ year-old oak tree as much as possible. I really appreciated that care, rather than just doing the easiest thing. He returned the next day, Saturday, to finish up in the yard and then to handle all my original list of projects! On a personal note, I had lost my husband a few weeks earlier and Terry offered to help with any heavy lifting or high-up jobs that I needed. I didn't need any help just then but I really appreciated his compassionate concern. Overall, the work was excellent, the price was quite reasonable and the plumber was super!

Plumber arrived on time, very professional. Explained what he had to do and the cost. Replaced leaking tank with a new one. One year warranty on parts and labor. Very impressed with the quality of the work. Was given a window (between 3-5) for the appointment which was met. Would certainly use this company again. Used $20 first time customer coupon on this repair.

This was the first time I used Angie's List and PlumbPros. I called PlumbPros based on the Angie's List ratings. The office staff was very helpful when I called to schedule my service. Bill, the plumber who showed up, explained what the problem was in detail, showed me where the problem was and explained exactly what work he needed to do to repair it. He quoted me a price, and that was the price I paid. He was prompt, worked quickly and was professional and polite. It was a great experience, and I will definitely call PlumbPros again for any future plumbing problems.

We had read the reviews on Angie's list (our first experience) and selected Plumbpros to call to discuss the time frame to get someone out to perform these services. When I spoke with them, they indicated that they could get someone out the same afternoon! The tech arrived on time, replaced the three water tank parts, cleaned up all his discards and trash and was out in about one hour! Could not have asked for a better experience! I called the company first thing in the morning. Luckily there had been a cancelation so they were able to send a serviceman out within an hour. He explained what he needed to do and the cost. He drained water and cleared the clog. He cleaned as he went along so there was no mess. He offered several helpful tips to prevent future problems. Overall he was friendly, efficient, and professional.

This was the first time I had used Angie's List or the plumber but the entire experience was very simple and enjoyable. I would use this plumber again if the need arises.
