Well, we had used their other service and we were pleased with how that had gone, and we felt that we felt comfortable that service would be as good as their AC and heating service.

I doing everything through Coolray, and they did a good job. It was pretty expensive that I remember. They were pretty thorough, and explained everything. They did it right, and I have had no problems since. The other plumber I had was cheaper, but he wasn't good. I'm still using them. I hope not anything in the future. I had a plumber in the kitchen, and he was apart of the renovations, and you usually don't do that. Just one guy who did the plumbing service.

They have done us a good job. He came out pretty professional and determined exactly where the leak was. The price was fine. The quality was fine. It was great. They came out pretty quick.

Price Gouger Really Disappointed In Mr. Plumber $560 bucks to have main sewer line snaked and could not un-clog 45 minute try ...Said you needed to send camera guy out same day to see what is up with blockage... No call never showed up...Called another plumber no run around came right out 200 bucks to snake pipe run camera and fix issue Game over Mr Plumber and Cool Ray. I might add the Other Plumber felt so bad about the price i paid he cut his bill to 100 bucks. Ps they say they have 24 hour service but that only means some one is there to answer the phone no one is ever available with plumbing or heating in an emergency. No fully stocked trucks had to make another Appt for guy with camera for line.... you would thing ever truck would have this

He had a tool that got it cleared out in 30 minutes after he was here. I have not had any problems since. He even honored an advertised price he was not aware of. Very professional and I would recommend them.

The price for the work done was way too high. I wasn't paying for this but if I had been I'd have sent Mr. Plumber packing when he told me it was $250+ to install a toilet. The real work was lowering the flange not installing the toilet. Installing a toilet is easy; set the wax ring down, place toilet over, tighten two bolts and then calk around base. Including the time it took to speak to me on the phone the plumber was in and out in under an hour. The other issue I had was the plumber tried to scare my wife into buying a whole new hot water heater. I never asked this plumber to go anywhere else in my house but he went looking for up sales. He told my wife that our hot water heater was 12 years old and that it needed to be replaced or it could explode and ruin our new floors. Are you kidding me?! This isn't the first time I've had this up sale issue on unnecessary work; the CoolRay side of the company does this too. Bottom line is these guys do good work and are very prompt but they charge too much even for the average over paid plumber, and they press really hard for up sales so beware.

I've been using them for 10 years. You get a 10% discount if you schedule online. They told me about this after the estimate and it worked. They are wonderful. For me, they're the best. They always fix it on the very first go around.

It went great. Very friendly. They wear booties and are very clean.

Provider is very prompt and professional. I have used them before for a new water heater install. I think they do a good job and I trust their work. I find them to be very expensive relative to other plumbing service providers, however, so I only call them when I have something I deem to be major and complicated, such that I want a particular level of expertise.

I would give them A's across the board. The sink started leaking and made a big mess and they came out right away.

Trent did a fantastic job. He was punctual and courteous. He explained everything that he was doing to me in detail. The price I thought was rather steep, but I have not hired a plumber before. We used Mr. Plumber because of our existing relationship with CoolRay.

Mr. Plumber does excellent work! Jason put in about 9 hrs. straight replacing the main water pipe in the ground in a home we own. He even stayed after he finished his part of the work, waiting for the City of Atlanta Water Dept. to show up to fix the leak on the adjacent sidewalk to the house. He didn't have to do that, but he wanted to make sure everything was finished properly before he went home for the evening. Very impressed with Jason's desire to make sure job was finished properly. His work was excellent.

Trent did an excellent job repairing my spigot. He was on time, very professional. I was quoted the repair price before any work was done. I do think the pricing was a bit high, but I am also not very experienced with using a plumber. I chose Mr Plumber because of my existing relationship with CoolRay. Will most likely use again, but may do some price shopping first.

They did it in a timely manner. The quality they did was good. For a big job like that I looked for someone whom was knowledgable. They gave me an estimate and it was perfect. They did exactly what they said they would do.

Looked for coupon on Angie's List but didn't find one. Saw that Angie did have Mr. Plumber-Cool-ray listed. Chose a technician that I knew that worked with us before. He is very professional and very fair, thorough and courteous.

This is the 6th time I have used Coolray / Mr. Plumber for different projects over the past ten years and 3 in different homes. Each and every time they have been prompt and professional. They have always been clear on the issue and what was needed to fix it properly and permanently. This time, I was replacing a vanity in a guest bathroom and realized mid-installation that my water supply lines were nowhere close to where I needed them to be to fit the new vanity. I'm pretty handy, but a plumber I am not. Rather than risk broken pipes and a flood, I called Mr. Plumber at 3:30pm on a Friday. The plumber assigned to my job, Brandon Thompson arrived just after 6:00pm, assessed what was needed within 5 minutes and got to work. An hour and a half later the job was done, cleaned up and ready to go. Nobody wants to have an HVAC or plumbing problem, but if you do, these are the guys to call. Their techs and plumbers take pride in their trades and take the time to do the job the right way. Take it from a repeat offender, call them first or you'll be calling them later. So glad I happened to call them 10 years ago on my first home. Thanks yet again Coolray and Mr. Plumber! Ryan and Kimberly

Setting up the appointment was easy and very professional. Same day service was offered, but I requested the following morning. Tim J. called ahead the following morning and showed up on time. After greeting our two pugs (nobody enters without saying hi to a pug!) he promptly reviewed what I needed done, provided options and addressed the "what ifs". We agreed to an estimate before he started work. He was able to take care of two problems with one repair so he reduced the cost accordingly. Tim was very professional in his appearance, cleaned up after himself and used shoe covers coming in and out of the house. He was pleasant to talk to and very helpful in his explanations. He advised me of a water heater special thay were having, but did not pursue any hard sale tactics. When he first arrived, he advised me of a very attractive special they were having on drain cleanings which reduced my costs significantly. I have used Mr. Plumber in the past with great satisfaction and also have a maintenance contract for our HVAC with their CoolRay.division.

Found within 2 hours, the finished basement's shower, toilet, and furnace drain were all flooding "black" water. We called Coolray, and they sent a plumber within two hours. He immediately assessed that he was going to have to remove the toilet to unclog the line. He did so, and recommended a camera diagnostic to see what the problem was. (We had guests arriving, Friday evening, basement beds needed for guests, of course.) We had a water mitigation service at our door first thing morning, that was recommended by Mr. Plumber. Monday morning we had the diagnostic camera showing us a broken pipe just outside the foundation of the house. The following day, dodging rain showers, and for $2400., we had the pipe dug out, replaced, and repaired. No complaints about the professionalism, response, and intelligence of Mr. Plumber. The $2400. seemed expensive, but the work was done efficiently and quickly. Would call them again in any plumbing emergency. They also are our air conditioning/heating company. EXCELLENT.

Job did not go as planned. The reason I chose them was their reputation AND their ability to re-line the sewer pipe. The main point was not to have to dig up the driveway and do as little damage as possible. They failed to ascertain the main sewer line diameter by inspection, and assumed it was 4and quot;. When it was discovered that it was 6and quot;, they did not have the required materials to reline a 6and quot; pipe. The agreed upon solution was to thread a 4and quot; PVC pipe thru the 6and quot; line. As near as I can tell, this solution should last almost as long as a re-lined pipe. They increased the warranty to match. Job appears sound and workmen were professional in all respects. I would recommend them and I would use them again.

I received same day service from Mr. Plumber after another Angie's list plumber left me in a lurch. I should have called Mr. Plumber from the beginning but I was trying to give a smaller outfit near the house a break. The water department had notified my tenant of excessive water use. I really like the fact that I can authorize repairs to my rental properties without being present. One of the plumbers I called required that I be present. With multiple properties and a day job, that is simply not an option. Thanks again Mr. Plumber.

He was okay and just about good. He was as professional as another guy from whom I got a quote for the same. There was nothing in particular that stood out to me. I had gotten a quote on a Reed water heater from another guy who bid. This company gave me a quote on a Reed water heater and a second water heater as well. The other water heater was a brand that he specializes in.

The experience was good and they did a really good job. They were very quick with their work and efficient. They were professional. The price was fair. The quality of work was excellent.

I needed a new water heater, but I needed the removal of the old heater and the installation of the new heater done in 2 different visits from Mr. Plumber. Tommy Jones from Mr. Plumber arrived on time on January 17, 2013, and analyzed the situation and removed the old water heater withour any problems. I explained that I had to finish the floor and finish painting the walls in the room where the water heater was before installing a new heater. We set a date for Mr Jones to return and install the new water heater. I finished my work and called Tommy Jones to inform him that I was ready for him to come on the spedified date and install the new water heater. On the specified date, Tommy Jones and George Copeland arrived right on time and began the install. Everything went smoothly and took less than an hour, and the room was as clean as it was before they arrived. Mr. Jones and Mr. Copeland are very excellent plumbers, very professional, and very courteous. I was chatting along with them, asking questions and they took time to answer them and explain what they were doing. I would definitely call Mr. Plumber again if I have a need, and ask for Tommy Jones or George Copeland.

I was very satisfied with them. They did an excellent job. Their salesman was not pushy and he was very knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time with me so I know what I was getting. Their employees who put in the unit were very polite, professional and clean. Their work was clean and they were clean too.
