Mr Plumber

Mr. Plumber is a good company to have in case you need anything small or large done. They are always very prompt and careful with the area they work within. The prices are reasonable and I wouldn t mind recommending them to others.

Showed me what was wrong with the other unit installed by another plumber 4 months earlier. Excellent job. Showed up same day as my call to them.

They said what they were going to do before they even did any work. They were extremely professional. They were very quick and they did not entice us to do any additional work that was not needed. He just did the work we asked of him and we really like them and their service. They are very thorough and professional plumbers.

I commend them for the type of work they do. It seemed to be a messy job and they were good about getting the work done. Even though it was not something that I would do, they did a good job with this particular duty.

Their plumbing service was excellent, but not the best I've ever seen in terms of customer service. I did not care for the first worker that they sent out, but the second guy was great. I think it may have been a personality conflict with the first service man.

The pipe broke on a Saturday and Mr. Plumber specializes in emergency repairs, so they were out within an hour. The pipe had burst, spilling water straight into the dirt. They quickly decided on the right course of action, taking care of the drainage problem and then fixing the pipe. It was a big job but they handled it well.

Mr Plumber was very courteous when I called and the worker was right on time. He was knowledgeable and friendly and had both jobs finished quickly.

They were very fast and efficient. They answered any and every question that I had. They really knew what they were talking about. I have referred them to my family members who have also used them in the past. I think we will keep them in the family if we ever need more help on plumbing for as long as they are around.

Mr Plumber is always punctual and professional. I love the fact that they always come right away and when they arrive they set right to work and the job is finished quickly and right. I have always been very pleased with them and the customer service is just awesome!

I was very pleased with this plumber and I have since told others about them because they did very accurate work. They did not waste time. They cleaned up after themselves and they arrived just when they said they would. They charged a fair price and the work they did truly was excellent.

I like them very much and I was happy with their services. I thought that they were professional, they cleaned up well, and they were there on time. I did find them on Angie's list.

I would not hire Mr. Plumber again because they were not professional at all in terms of knowing what they were doing. They left off a piece to the toilet and they did not screw it tight enough, so my toilet was left leaking all weekend. I finally hired some one else that fixed the problem. The only thing I liked about this company were the prices, they were good about scheduling appointments and arriving on time.

They are very trustworthy and good plumbers. He came on time and did a good job. He did exactly what I asked him to do and nothing more and he did it in a timely manner. He was everything I expected from a plumber and I am very satisfied. The price was reasonable and I had a good experience with them. I would recommend them for a good plumber.

I have actually been using them for a while for other things. I like them a lot and they have great service. The quality of their work is great and they really care about customer service. I have never had anything go wrong while I've used them and they are very honest. They came and worked very neatly and cleaned up very well.

I was very happy with the job they did for me. They even did a replacement for free which I appreciated. The quality of their work is excellent and I consider their prices to be very fair for what they do and how they service us.

Here is just another misrepresentation of service. They came out to my house, spent about 10 minutes replacing a 15 dollar item, and then gave me a bill for over two hundred dollars. By the time I realized what had happened, I wasn t able to kick them out of the house before it was finished. I will never use this company again.

I liked this company because they seemed to be very knowledgeable and honest. They even came back out for free and reset the water heater at a higher temperature level. They were easy to schedule and came out on time to do the work. They were respectful of my home.

Mr Plumber was very professional and the job was done right. They arrived on time and were done quickly. They were also friendly and knowledgeable in answering all of my questions. My only complaint was the price was just a little bit high.

The price for the service was a reasonable rate. I did think that they were very polite to me and I appreciated the fact that they were on time. This was not the first time I have used this company.

From the first call to the completion of the work, everything went fine. Professional, polite and efficient. Plumber discussed and priced alternatives. Made suggestions but no pressure on choice. Kept appointment within 15 minutes. Completed the work promptly without incident.

My experience from start to finish was top drawer. I was called before the plumber came to estimate the job and told he might be a little late. He was actually right on time. He gave me a complete list of options and costs. We decided on an installation time and date right there. On the day of the install, the plumber was late due to a standing meeting. He apologized profusely, then he and his assistant got to work. They were professional, explained everything to me and cleaned up the entire area...in fact, it was much cleaner after they left than when they arrived!

He came out and charged $59 for a service call. He wouldn't even then, look at my tub, because it was 5 years old! The estimate that he gave me was very expensive. The employee wouldn't even put on the knobs, that I already had, so my kids could use the shower. When he got here he was on time, but he didn't even seem like he wanted to help. I feel like if they won't work on something that's more than 5 years old, they should notify you before they come out.

Tim arrived on time and presented me with his business card, then he preceded to survey the area that needed work. He probed the area to locate the old field lines and looked at the plat for the existing lines to determine the location. He explained the work that needed to be done in detail. He then wrote up an estimate and told me if my husband or me had any other question to give him a call.

Very professional. Carefully explained all work being done.

Was very pleased with service provided. Dave came in and looked at the situation, explained what needed to be done, proceeded to make the repair, showed me what he had done. He worked in a very professional manner, did not waste any time, but also did not appear to be rushing through the job.
