All of the work that were completed by this company were professionally done. They arrived on time, resolved the problems in a timely manner and gave good advice concerning any potential future issues. They displayed good customer skills, knowledge of the work, and excellent communication skills and were very professional.

The service was just what I expected. Installed valve exactly as I needed it.

I'm very pleased with Majestic and especially Todd. Not only did he shoot me straight with the line blockage, but he came inside and showed me how to fix a broken flange on my toilet I was having some problems with. He also gave me a hand and helped me load a stove into the back of my truck and did not charge me a cent for anything. I think it's pretty awesome Majestic doesn't charge for service calls like so many other places. I'll definitely be using them in the future.

Arrived on time and was very professional. I thought that the cost was way too high since I provided the toilet.

I called Majestic because of their high rating listed on Angie's List. They contacted me immediately and sent out a technician the next morning per my request (Saturday). Initially I was pretty much figuring I was going to need a new water heater but after listening to me describe the problem, the tech's diagnosis was that it probably just need an internal part. He called his office to confirm this with an apparently "more seasoned" tech. Although he was correct in his diagnosis, I appreciated that he conferred with another colleague. Additionally he told me where to buy the part and how to install it should I want to do it myself or he would take care of the problem entirely. Once again, I appreciated him giving me those options. He was very nice, professional, and took care of the problem in a very timely manner.

They were punctual, responsive, and professional. Their pricing was high though. It does appear that everything is fixed at this time.

Some genius architect decided to put the washer and dryer in my old house upstairs. When the movers tried to unscrew the washer hose from the faucet, the faucet ended up breaking off and flooding the entire house, upstairs and down, before we could get the water cut off. These guys came out and not only fixed the faucet, but they went back to the hardware store to get another part I didn't know was needed, and they installed it for free! Wonderful!

I called Majestic Plumbing and they sent someone out in two workdays. I have a tenant that lives in my basement and the cold water faucet in her bathtub just quit working. Since I was so happy was so happy with Majestic the first time, I called them again. I was not home when they came but my husband said they went down, fixed the problem very quickly and my tenant has not had any more issues. The plumbers that do the work truly seem to know what they are doing.

The two men who arrived at my home spent a great deal of time assessing my problems and educating me on their processes for remedying them. Because raw sewage backed up into the master bathroom's tub and shower of my home, they had to clean out my drain out sewage pipe. While doing this, they showed me what they were doing each step of the way, and allowed me to ask questions. This gave me comfort because I could tell that they weren't trying to cheat me. They also placed a camera down into the pipe in order that I could see the source of my problem, and understand that it required the amount of work that they were performing. The guys even referred me to an Angie's list coupon that I had forgotten about, and this allowed me to save $70 off of the work. While replacing the pressure valve, they allowed me again to watch them each step of the way, and explained in detail things that I would have never known about water pressure safety.

They were professional and fulfilled their contract! I was completely satisfied with their work.

Majestic Plumbing showed up on time, and worked with me for all my small jobs and did not charge extra or work to go over the coupon deal. The work was completed and the guy that came out gave me a couple of options on my outside line hookup, and had a great deal of knowledge about where/how best to get that task done. He included the shower head change for no charge and that was a bonus! He did not end up completing the dishwasher change out, as there had been a re-flooring project in the house by the previous owner that now requires, either the counter top being removed or the flooring torn up to remove the old dishwasher and installing the new one. Since a kitchen over haul is in the works, it was decided to do the dishwasher install at that time. He also provided an estimate and outlined howto change a laundry room closet space into a powder room (again, for future work). I enjoyed working with Majestic and would use them again for any of my plumbing needs.

They were very responsive on the phone and prompt about arrival. Service itself took an average amount of time. The technicians were very messy however, leaving grease streaks on the tub, sink, globs of lube on my carpet in the hall, muddy footprints/leaves in the hall. The cost however was outrageous, even with the coupon. Overall would not use them again because of cost and cleanliness.

Chris was again great and very professional and had the tools and skills to complete the job. But I feel 421 to install a dishwasher is to high.

I have to say that I was very pleased with the service that Majestic provided. Joseph H was the plumber who responded to our service call and he arrived when he said he would. We explained several problems we were having (leaking drain and clogged drains). He looked at the problem areas, provided a couple of different options for handling them and gave us an estimate of the time and cost for the fixes. He needed to call into the office for help with pricing and even got the cost reduced from the first price that the office quoted. Joseph was knowledgeable, efficient and professional. He fixed a difficult problem and did so at a fair price. I will definitely use Majestic (and request Joseph) on another plumbing problem we have at a different property. I would highly recommend them to others.

We had a big mystery at our house. We were told when we purchased it that it was on septic. In fact, in the home owner notes it said that the septic had been pumped a few years before. But we couldn't figure out where it was, and we had some odd pipes way in the back of our yard. We wanted someone to come and find the tank before we had any problems with it. It was very hard to find anyone in the metro Atlanta area who could help us out - seems not a lot of companies do septic work any more, at least not in Atlanta. A friend referred us to Majestic Plumbing. We explained the problem - that we had no idea where the septic tank was and we needed to find it before there were any issues. They sent out Chris the same day and he couldn't find it. He spent a good amount of time poking around and looking at the structure of the house and the yard. He said the best thing to do would be to get a camera into our pipes and find it that way. He gave us a very reasonable quote to do so and we scheduled the work. We were not charged for his first visit since they don't have "Find missing septic tank" on their rate sheet. :) Chris came out promptly on the day we scheduled and started his search. He removed the toilet in our main bathroom and snaked a camera down. Because there was originally a pool at the back of our house we assumed the septic tank would be further out from the house than normal. We also all made the assumption that the sewer pipes would not be installed under the basement floor. Chris was there for almost 4 hours before confirming that yes, the sewer pipes did indeed go under the basement floor to the front of the house where 11 feet down they continued in terracotta to the city sewer. So we did not have septic! And the good news was with the camera view we saw that the cast iron pipes were in excellent condition, and although there were some minor roots in the junctions of the terracotta overall things were in pretty good shape. We did not have to get those replaced just yet. Because they are 11 feet down the work to replace them would involve a trench box, but we got a very reasonable quote to do that job, which we will probably do in the fall. Chris was a trouper. It was really hot, and our property is relatively large, but he wanted the mystery solved as much as we did. Majestic Plumbing quotes by the job, not by the hour, so we paid what we had been quoted originally. Everyone we dealt with at Majestic was awesome and we will most definitely be using them from now on. We still don't know what the mysterious pipes in the back of our yard are for - they go down over 20'. But they are not part of the sewer system so we're not going to worry about them.

This was my second time using Majestic Plumbing. This time David performed the services. Majestic has proven themselves to be consistently responsive, professional, and capable. I called for a non emergent job and still had someone to my house within 3 hours. David was courteous and got the job done incredibly quickly. I would highly recommend them.

Upon calling Majestic Plumbing I was provided with an appointment to evaluate and estimate the cost of my shower/bath issues. The person that scheduled the appointment, Angie, was polite and gave me an appointment as soon as possible. Chris arrived at my home on time and presented himself in a neat and professional appearance. He evaluated the problem and explained to me the options available to correct the problems and provided me with an estimate of cost to perform the repair. I agreed to the estimate and Chris performed the repair. My reason for not rating the price as excellent is only because of the time it took to make the repair and the few minor parts necessary. This is merely a matter of perception. However, I prefer to highlight that Chris and Angie represented their company both politely and professionally and I was completely satisfied with the service that I received. Based on this experience I would recommend Majestic Plumbing.

Joseph arrived on time; was very aware of cleanliness: wore booties and spread a drop cloth, and carefully cleaned up when finished. He gave me a estimate of cost (which was a little high, but reasonable and I was able to use an Angie's List coupon). He was very professional and even had to perform an old plumber's trick of stuffing bread into the line to soak up the excess water in the line and allow a good solder joint. He was extremely friendly and personable: a worthy representaive of his company and one I would gladly welcome to my home again.

Performed on time job was done right and David was awesome.
