Everything went well considering I already had the replacement parts. They were professional and punctual.

The technician called and asked to arrive early for his appointment. Once at our home he was extremely courteous and made the repair promptly and correctly. I highly recommend Majestic.

Overall Excellent service, flexible, dependable and professional by the office rep who I initially spoke with to confirm the issues I was having and appointment. I called knowing my deal had expired two months ago and without hesitation asked about my problems and scheduled an appointment for the same day. She communicated when the plummer was available and on his way to my home. She exceeded my expectations. Joseph Hartline, the Majestic Plummer arrived promptly and systematically checked and provided options for improvements/repair work. Joseph was professional, listened to understand the issues and his approach was to provide sensible options before suggesting complete replacement of my two toilets. He also provided professional advice on my spikets to ensure they don't freeze this upcoming winter. The washer machines cold water flow was very weak/slow and Joseph communicated all the potential issues and created a plan to find the root cause. Fortunately, the filter was clogged and required cleaning which resolved the problem. He finished with a review of the work performed and estimate for work to be done in the near future. He also informed me of the rebates available along with the expiration date for toilet replacements. I have every intention of having Majestic Plumbing return to do the future work and wouldn't ask any other plumming company based on the customer service I received and the on-site performance of Joseph Hartline. This went very well despite my anguish over having 2 leaks! When I called for an appointment, it was scheduled for a few days later since it was not an emergency. I have another bath that could be used while waiting. The dispatcher did check to see if this was an emergency, which I appreciate. The plumber (Joseph H.) arrived on time and worked very efficiently while explaining the reason for the tub leak to me since I was curious. He showed me that there had been a previous repair and the faliure seemed to be from the strain of a misaligned pipe and trap. He took the trouble to install a new type of articulated trap that aligned perfectly with the offset drain pipe. I had already scheduled a separate company to repair the drywall; but I appreciate the plumber's offer to cover the hole. Both aspects of this job, ceiling and sink, were potentially very messy. But Joseph used drop clothes and covered the floor. He carefully cleaned up and removed all debris. One thing that really impressed me was that he actually tried to access the tub drain from an attic crawl space in the garage to save cutting a hole in the ceiling. As an added bonus, Joseph was very polite and personable. Overall this was a great experience and I will not hesitate to use Majestic plumbing again.

Once the water pressure valve was replaced and tested, I did not experience any more loud noise and was very pleased with the outcome.

Cannot say enough about the professionalism! Joseph arrived on time wearing paper boots over his shoes and obviously knowledgeable. Our 20-year old cast iron sink is showing its age and asked Joseph how to keep the finish looking new. Told me cast iron sinks begin filming up with age and suggested a company that does a good job of refinishes sinks. Majestic doesn't charge by the hour, but by the task. I much prefer this method as it removes any doubt about the speed at which the work is completed. I will definitely call them when I have need of a plumber.

He was very knowledgeable and professional

Majestic Plumbing technician returned my call promptly on a Saturday evening when my water heater began leaking. They were at my house within about 3 hours. Cain, the plumber who did the installation, was very professional and did a great job. Will definitely use them again for any plumbing issues.

Service quality was great, pricing was too high. $500 to install a water heater that I purchased is just too much. Technician was very knowledgeable. He did run over a sprinkler head on the way out of my driveway and went and got a part to fix it. Their pricing is based on a lump sum model, not based on time spent per job. Looking at other reviews, would recommend using this service when repairs are needed, not replace/installations.

The guys were punctual and figured out the problem immediately. They did not have the part in the truck so they had to leave and pick one up but that was fine. Work was performed relatively quickly and I haven't had any problems so far. The problem is with their pricing. I decided to use these guys because I got an Angie's List "Big Deal" which was something to the effect of $160 of plumbing service for $40. Well, Majestic Plumbing has a set price list and apparently replacing a PRV was around $350 so I still ended up spending $200 out of pocket total which seems like a lot for what amounted to about an hour worth of actual work. I'm not sure if this pricing is just some bait-and-switch racket for the "Big Deal" or if it is their normal policy but I would advise that even if you think you're going to use one of the "Big Deal"s, you should get estimates from other plumbing services. That being said, the work and professionalism was very good and if you've done your due diligence or if price is no object, they will do a good job. Just don't expect some amazing deal on plumbing service if you are looking at this for the "Big Deal".

I have a home warranty but was fed up with the quality of people being sent out. I looked up Majestic Plumbing on Angie's List, saw they had a great rating and called. Very responsive and punctual. Chris (plumber) was extremely professional and a very good, do it right first time, plumber. Sure, it cost me more than I had hoped, but there were Angie's List discounts and I am more than please with the outcome and quality of work. It took time for Chris to track down replacements (couple of hours) but I can't rate his work and manner more highly. Excellent job.

The call was made at about 10:20 pm. After putting in the call to other Angie's List A+ Reviewed Plumbers and getting nothing better than what sounded like "Bubba's cousin" who was watching his cell phone and wasn't and wasn't competent enough to take down the spelling of my name after four tries; it was refreshing when I finally made the call to Majestic. I did receive a LIVE pleasant voice answering service who told me a tech would call me back shortly. Charles called back within less than 10 minutes and made me feel as though everything would be okay. One would think that because the call was made after hours and on a Friday night that the prices would be --after hour prices-- I was assured they would not be. Once Charles came to the house and did my inspection, he advised me of the "root" of my problem, no pun intended, and gave me ideas and suggestions on the best way to fix my problem. Thanks so much Majestic for top notch service from beginning to end. You now have a customer for life!

I was not fully satisfied with experience.

Charles and Jake did a phenomenal job replacing my sewage drain out. After sewage backed up into my home a few weeks ago, Charles and Todd (one of his colleagues) came out and did some work to temporarily clear the drain out. For the current job, Charles excelled my expectations. He repaired the drain out in the amount of time that he'd promised me; provided me with a video of him camering me the line to show that the work was thorough; provided me with a 15-year warranty on the work; removed the trees/shrubs that caused the drainout back up in the first place; and cleared an upstairs bathroom's tub drain free of charge. I called four different plumbing companies in metro Atlanta, and the price Charles quoted me was at least half that of every other company. Both he and Jake were very amicable, and they took time to educate me about everything pertaining to the work that was needed. Choose Majestic, and be sure to ask for Charles.

As well as can be expected. We had just bought this house and the guy we hired to help us renovate was a crackpot and put the plumbing in wrong so we asked Majestic to tell us what all was wrong and asked for an estimate to fix it all. They worked up a quote to do it ALL and we went for it. They spent 2 days under out house ripping out all the old stuff and putting in new stuff. It was heartbreaking to see what we had already paid for getting replaced, but this time it's done right :). The two plumbers we had here were GREAT. They were professional and tried to be as non-intrusive as they could be (I was home sick while they were working and they did their best not to wake me). (I gave them a "B" on punctuality do to they seem to run from one job to another and are often later than they promise to be. I think this is just simply that they are understaffed. I do not blame the two guys who were here, just noting for other people so you don't think it's personal against you).

It went well. Majestic couldn't work us in the day they ran the camera so he used his snake to get us up and going long enough for them to get back out. They came out on 07/31 with the machinery to dig out the line. They found tree roots in the city sewer as well so they go a hold of the city crew to come out and fix their end. Once the pipes were all cleared they installed a new rubber boot/connector and used salt and concrete to seal out future roots (hopefully). They did a great job leveling the dirt back out and the ground is actually more level now than when they started (a free perk :) ). (I gave them a "B" on punctuality because they seem to run from one job to another and are often later than they promise to be. I think this is just simply that they are understaffed. I do not blame the two guys who were here, just noting for other people so they don't think it's personal against them).
