The plumber that can to my home was professional, did the job right, and answered a few other plumbing question in a direct and trustworthy manner. Highly recommend this company.

The pull-out sprayer in our kitchen sink was leaking and had flooded beneath the sink. We called Majestic and they expedited our service call since we had a wet floor. Chris arrived and said he could fix the hose for the sprayer, but that we might consider getting a new faucet since ours was 9 years old. We decided to go to Home Depot while Chris went to lunch and we picked up a new faucet. Chris returned to install it, but was short one adapter that would allow him to connect the supply line to our water filtering system. He returned with an adapter which proved to be the wrong one and left again to find the right one. This time it worked and he had everything installed and working. This took a few hours but the job was done well and Chris was very professional. The price above was for the installation. The new faucet was extra.

Upon discovering a leak in a pipe inside the basement wall we reviewed plumbing services through Angie's List and chose Majestic Plumbing. Majestic sent a seasoned plumber, James who know exactly what needed to be done. During the course of his analysis he discoved the reason for the leak was plastic plumbing and a house that had settled breaking the plastic. Not only that but there had been several repaires to the plastic pipes. Upon further review we learned there was plastic pipe all the way to the street connection to the city water line. We decided to fix the problem once and for all and have it all replaced with copper while James fixed the plumbing break in the wall. James and his crew did a wonderful job replacing everything and we are now certain our plumbing problems are behind us. The office staff was wonderful about keeping us informed and we now feel confident that if we have problems we will choose Majestic Plumbing.

Charles was fantastic. He had to come to our house several times. He took great effort to find fitting and appropriate shower handles and head.

They came to give a bid. Provider was prompt and courteous. Could have done the work right then but I wasn't ready. When I called back to schedule, they were scheduled quickly, came on time and got the job done quickly. Very kind and nice throughout the process

My tenants called to tell me that the downstairs toilet was leaking from the bottom, not the top and it was backed up. Then another call to tell me the upstairs toilet was doing the same thing. I saw a plumbing special from Majestic Plumbing come through my email and I called right away. They were able to come the next day. Todd arrived on time and looked at both toilets. At first we thought it might be a wax ring replacement so he removed the toilet and went into the crawl space to see if the drain was backed up in there. It was.Todd put the roto rooter machine down the pipe and found that a root had grown into the pipe under the sidewalk. The cost to dig 3.5' down to remove the tree root and replace the pipe was $1800. I haven't done that yet, but I will before the root takes over again.

Was very nice & helpful. Couldn't do the job on the Saturday as planned, but did return on Sunday as he was on call anyway. I just think the price was a bit too high for the work that was done.

Chris installed a water hammer arrestor on the dishwasher supply line. We're selling our home, and inspector said it was needed. Hated to spend the money, but Chris was awesome and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend Majestic Plumbing and Chris!

Majestic was very profession. Cain was on-time, profession, knowledgeable, and honest (admitting he wasn't sure where the problem was). The repair was pretty quick once he found the problem. I will use this company again if I don't have to use the 1-year warranty on this work (I'm confident that i won't)

They had to go in through the back wall and put a plate on the front. I haven't seen it myself yet, however my third party has informed me it was a nice job. They were on time and on budget.

Majestic was one of three companies I contacted to receive a quote to repair a leak in my basement utility closet. When I called to schedule the appointment, I was able to speak with a live person right away and didn't have to leave a message. A technician was available the very next day to come out. On the day of the service, I received a call to inform me that the tech was on his way. He arrived well within the window of time quoted. Cain, my technician was very polite and professional. After a brief inspection, Cain quickly discovered the leak was coming from my A/C unit and not my kitchen plumbing as originally suspected. At that point he recommended that I call an HVAC professional. As a final precautionary measure, Cain took a quick look at the plumbing under my kitchen sink just to make sure I didn't have any leaks there. He made a few suggestions for maintenance that I may need in the near future. I appreciate his honesty and would recommend this company to anyone.

The serviceman was timely and provided some good tips to prevent clogs in the future. I would recommend they to anyone.

They missed first visit schedule and were a little late for second one.

The process went well. They were prompt at responding to my request and were friendly and helpful over the phone. I was given a window of time for my appointment and they met that window. The tech came and checked things out and called me with an update. He needed to find a part and was able to quickly do that. He picked me up a few extra pieces in case there were issues again or with our other shower (I was charged but it was nominal and appreciated.) I thought the pricing is high for the simplicity/time of the job but I don't have a reference point of comparison to see if this is too high or not. They had a $50 coupon for Angie's List, which I had to present/email in. Overall, this went as I hoped it would and every staff member I dealt with was very helpful and courteous.

I had a water leak in my master bath that was leaking through my kitchen ceiling. I called Majestic Plumbing on Sunday and they were willing to send someone out that day but I explained that it had stopped so it was not an emergency. The dispatcher had the tech call me anyway and the tech and I agreed that it was not an emergency and he said someone would call me this morning to schedule regular service. They called me at 7:45 and we scheduled an appointment for this afternoon. The tech arrived right on time, diagnosed the problem (gave me a price for repairing it) fixed the busted pipe, cleaned up, explained the warranty and left. The tech was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. The whole experience was positive and I would use them again if I have any future plumbing issues.

Cain arrived on time and was very pleasant to work with. He provided firm pricing before I agreed to any work and performed all work to my satisfaction. I would actually say that he went over and above to provide great service for me. The only reason I graded the quality at B instead of A is that I have a few extra parts left over after the faucet installation. All seems to work well, so they obviously aren't essential, but they are not installed none the less.

Thee inspection I reall wanted was the hot water heaer to be flush but because my hot water heater was 5 years old he was unable to perform that.

After stepping in a puddle of water for which I couldn't explain, I discovered I had a leak in my nearby hot water heater. It was late evening, so I went to Angie's List to research plumbers in my area in order to find someone reliable. Majestic Plumbing had not only good reviews but a LOT of them. So I emailed them before I went to bed. First thing in the morning, the office called me and set up an appointment for someone to come give me an estimate. They sent Cain. He arrived earlier than scheduled, so he got an A for that. He was friendly and professional... another 2 A's. He examined my situation and explained what needed to be done. The price was a little higher than I was expecting but I understood the work was more than I realized at first. My hot water heater was FULL of rusty sludge so much so that the pump wouldn't pump the water out. My old heater was elevated and the new one would require different piping installation and flue extension. I also required installation of an expansion tank to bring the plumbing up to county code. The project was long, but I was fully satisfied at the end. Cain cleaned everything up and hauled the old tank, the boxes, etc. away. I would recommend Cain and Majestic Plumbing to anyone. He did a wonderful job.
