Level Lawns

Description of Work: Failed to show up when I was told they would. The work was scheduled for today, and I received a call earlier this week that they would do it in the morning at which point I completely rearranged by schedule to be here to make sure a section of the yard was done that was missed the last time. I called after lunch today and learned that they planned to do it this afternoon. It started raining at 4:30 when I called again to see what the status was and the scheduler wasn't able to tell me when they would arrive, or if they would do to the rain. No one from the company bothered to call me today to let me know the work would not be done in the morning nor when they would be here.

Description of Work: The team that did the work were courteous and performed their task well making every effort to perform the expected service. My problem is with management. About a week or so after they did the work we had several days of rain including a down-pour minutes after they left. I noticed a lot of sand wash-off and I am that I still experience when it rains. As a consequence the part of the yard that was in the the most need of the service went back to the condition it was in just weeks after the treatment. I have called 3-4 times leaving a voice mail asking what could be done about this. They have never returned my calls. In addition my yard is overrun with weeds. My lawn service, my nephew-in-law ( a landscape architect) and Pike Nursery have told me it is because the river sand they use is not processed/purified to clean the weed components out of the material they use. Where as their competitor does.
