It's didn't go!

Lesley and her team are always prompt and professional. In the entire year they've cleaned our home the only times a schedule has had to change was because we requested it. Lesley is always willing to work with us if we need to move things around, within reason, and any time we've had any comments or concerns Lesley has always been quick to address them with her team. Over time, as with any recurring service, we did notice a couple minor things being missed, but after mentioning it to Lesley just once the issue was addressed and fixed. She's even willing to add extra time and effort when we have guests coming into town to make sure the house is extra clean. My husband and I have odd work hours, so it was really important to us to find cleaners who we could trust to come and go without us home. Not only have we never noticed anything missing, but I've never even worried about it. My mother recently had jewelry stolen by her cleaning crew in a very small town and letting people into my home is always uncomfortable, but I've never had to worry about the House Elves. They're even understanding when my dog acts bizarre. I have recommended them to friends and family and would continue to.

After meeting Lesley, who brought her young daughter, and doing a walk through, I told her that I had someone already who was cleaning my house, but they had some personal issues, and I may have to discontinue with them. Lesley said she would love to clean my house and that she wanted to get more business in the city of Atlanta. When I ended up calling Lesley back a few weeks later, saying that I wanted to start using her, she said she didn't know if she could come or work me into her schedule, and that I should find someone who lives closer to me. I'm not sure what proximity to me has to do with me getting my house cleaned since she came to my house and said she cleaned in my area. She said she would call me back with a date that she would come, but she never did. She was a complete waste of time since once she said that she wanted to clean my house, I stopped looking for another back up. Therefore, when she never called me back, I had to spend a lot of time looking for someone again, when she should have said that she is not able to take anymore business and that she really doesn't work in town. She does not seem to be a reliable housekeeper and she lacked professionalism.

I have only used them one time. It is a smaller company. There were a couple of small things that I mentioned that they had missed, but I e-mailed her and told her. They seemed to be a lot more thorough than the other company. I think they really care, but we will see if they really do by how it works. One time is not enough with house cleaning. It is easy for them to come in one time and do a fantastic job, but lose interest over time if they have your business. In six months, if they are still doing well, I will be thinking that it is really great. They charged a little more than I had been paying, bus a little less than some others charge. I have decided that if they do the job as well as they did the last time, that will be great. They did miss some miner things. The floors were clean and shiny. They even moved the cat litter box instead of cleaning around it. I felt that they did a good job. They are going to send the same team from time to time, so I will get to know them. I would tell people to try them. They seem to actually enjoy cleaning. The owner is trying to built her business with people who are more personable and who like to clean. The price is average, they are not the cheapest or the most expensive. They were definitely responsive. They were here when they said they would be here.
