They came late on a Friday night, to fit into my schedule.

The charge to hang a mirror only 4 feet from the ground was extreme. I think he saw the opportunity and ripped me off. I felt threatened in my own home. He was extremely rude and disrespectful to me. They had no regard to the cleanliness of my home. He was walking all over the place with his dirty shoes. It was just a horrible experience altogether. He would not give me a break down of the charges. I tried to ask if hardware was included or if it was the cost of the mirror and all he would say was and quot;noand quot; He wouldn't give me any explanation on the pricing. UPDATE Thank you so much and quot;Realand quot; Hangmasters for commenting. Please know that there is a company pretending to be you, using your identical loge/name, address, and phone number. I have an invoice and business card from the individual who was posing as an employee of the and quot;Realand quot; Hangmasters. The check issued to the and quot;Fakeand quot; Hangmasters was oddly cashed 45-days after the date of service. Which now makes this a FRADULENT case. Charges have been filed and the necessary steps taken for safe-guarding all accounts. Again, thank you and quot;Realand quot; Hangmasters and please be aware of the imposters.

I called Hang Masters and left a message about the work I needed to have done. They called the next day and set up an appointment for 1:00 Tuesday. I was at the office for the meeting but the tech did not show up. I called the company about 1:30 and got the answering machine again. The tech finally arrived at 2:20. He worked till 4:00 and then left. We were at the office till 6 so he could have finished. We decided we needed to all more shelves to the job so we set it up for him to come back the next day. He did not show up. We called and again got the answering machine. When the tech called us later that day, he said he was not coming back till Thursday. He showed up Thursday, finished 1/3 of the rest of the job and left. He told our secretary he would be back on the following Tuesday to finish. That is tomorrow and I don't have high hopes that he will arrive when scheduled. I have work at my home also which he was scheduled to do but I have decided I will NOT USE THIS GROUP AGAIN.

After moving into a new home, these guys came in to my home and in 2 hours hung pictures and other decorations throughout my home. I basically just showed them where and it was done - including my huge 3-foot by 3-foot octagonal wall clock! All in all they hung 27 items for me. All the proper hardware for hanging was included with the service

They did an excellent job and even made an and quot;emergencyand quot; visit when we had company coming. Not only did they do a good job hanging - they provided invaluable advice about placement, color choices etc. I would recommend Rick to anyone, anytime.

Hang Masters installed a LARGE framed pictured, that required an extension ladder. No problem at all, they handled it with the greatest of ease! I'm planning on using the again once my 65 x 65 inch mirror comes in! They are very professional and plan on using them many more times in the future!

I am very pleased with the experience and the quality of their work. However, I felt they were pricey. They were in my home for less than 30 minutes and I was charged $187.

Our experience with Hangmasters was great and I would definitely recommend them and I actually plan to contact them again to take care of some additional items. They are extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They do an outstanding job of hanging items and have a method where they can easily make adjustments if after the initial placement you ask them to change it. However, what makes them such a valuable resource is their ability to advise their customers to where items would look best and at what height, etc.they should be placed if you are someone like me who just doesn't have an eye for that type of thing. The owner is much more than someone who simply follows instructions as he helped me decide where to place everything and his recommendations were absolutely perfect! He is willing to try items in different spots to make sure you are happy with the end placement.

They arrived on time and ready to hang my art. I have an 8X10 rug from Romania. I had purchased brackets ahead of time. They measured and spent a couple hours making sure everything was evenly spaced and hung appropriately for the weight of the rug and supported with the wall studs. The guys cleaned up and were very professional. They did a great job and we've enjoyed seeing it on the wall and have had compliments from visitors.

I contacted the company to get an estimate of the costs to hang several pieces of art, a 100 lb. mirror and curtain rods and window treatments. I was told that they would be unable to provide an estimate without first seeing the items and the job; however, if we agreed on a price, they would be able to complete the job right then. I arranged for them to come out on a Friday morning at 9 AM. Due to the nature of my work, it was the only day that I had available. A couple of days before the scheduled appointment, I received a phone call asking if I would be willing to change my appointment day. Unfortunately, I was unable to, and I arranged for them to come earlier at 8 AM. The team arrived on time and completed the work in a little over an hour. They hung all of the art and accessories according to my specifications and even made suggestions regarding arrangement. They worked quickly and with care, demonstrating extreme professionalism and respect for my home and things. I have some addition hanging needs and will definitely call them as well as recommend them to my friends. They did a wonderful job!

The team arrived early and were dressed in official company polos. They assessed the job, gave me a quick estimate and completed the job in about 30 minutes. They measured, made sure the items could be safely hung where I wanted them to go and made sure everything was level, centered and secure. They were really nice and gave good advice about the location and position of the items. I was very happy.

The experience was very good. They were timely. They hung the picture as we wanted. They took our recommendation as to where it should be placed. They did an excellent job. Their communication was very good. They explained what they were going to do and did as they had said. I would use them again in the future if I needed a big picture or a heavy piece that needed to be hung. They were very neat and careful with the piece of artwork they were hanging up.

We are not close to their location so this may have raised the pricing and this was also a niche service. We have used them multiple times and loved their work. For what we had them do, I am not sure any one else would do. The jobs were not easy and they were open to changing and being flexible to my requested changes. I would refer them to anybody.

They were excellent. The job was $125 but we used an online coupon. They were come and gone in about a half an hour. I was expecting them to charge $200 and was thrilled when I found out it was only $100.

The two person team came and did everything to avoid moving furniture or marring the hardwood floor which they used as a drawing board for the artwork on the stairway wall. In all they hung or rehung 35 pieces of art. In the process, they solicited my opinion about which picture went where I wanted them. They even filled in several holes in the walls previously used to hang the pictures.

Great, fixed problems and went the extra mile e.g., tightened chandelier, replace bulbs in light fixtures that were 25" above floor level and dusted/cleaned hard to reach areas.
