They put in the equipment for our home initially. We just kept going with the people that installed our HVAC system. So far we haven't had any problems. They come out and clean the units and do things like that for us. They are really helpful. We haven't needed any repairs. They have a good deal on twice a year exams and they give you a special grade on that. It's nice. They've been very good about coming out and checking on things and what a lot of people don't think about doing. We like that. We both have problems with moving around so it's nice to have someone who will do that as a part of the regular checkup on units. They've been very good about keeping their appointments every six months. They do that quite faithfully. We haven't had any problem at all. They bring a filter and clean the exterior which is a big thing for us. It's very important to keep those clean and we can't do that. It's very nice to have that done. They've done fabulous. They are down to Earth. They always respond when I call and give me an appointment right away. They are always on time when they should be. I feel confident for them. They are guys that live in the area and it's a nice thing to have a connection and everything. They knew our builders and it's nice to carry forward with that. They tell you if something isn't quite up to par. It helps that they do that so you know to check on those things. I'll be calling them again to set up the next appointment.

This major job could not have gone more smoothly. We selected Dand L after getting quotes from 2 other "A" rated companies. They arrived on time, completed the work on time, and left our home just as clean as when they arrived. They were a pleasure to deal with and I highly recommend them.
