Joe and his team did a great job on rehabilitating our front yard. He addressed all of our concerns and completed the project to specs. Also, he did a good job providing guidance on tree selection. The team was a little slow to make progress; however, after a few calls and emails, Joe got them back on track and communicated the delay with me. I would've preferred more proactive communication, but the project was completed nicely.

I'm in sales, so service is always a really big deal to me. I spoke with four vendors before choosing this company and they'll be back at my house for the next project soon. There were a couple of hiccups along the way, but, as with any project, it's not the problems that count, it's the way you handle them. And Joe walked me through them with excellent customer service and at the original price. I'm very happy with the results.

This project was quick and easy. They came out and provided a free estimate and the project was kicked off within a week and completed within two weeks. The sod installers were quick, professional, and did a great job. I would definitely recommend to others. My only nitpick was that communication regarding the scheduling of the project could have been a little better. But that also could be my impatience. :-)
