Work turned out nice... And for much less than other estimates that I got. Joe was very easy to work with and did everything possible to make sure I was happy with the work. I’d absolutely recommend them to my friends and family.

Joe called me to talk about project. He seemed interested and went over to the location. Next day I received a quote. Once we fine tuned the quote, he started the project within the week. Very professional, courteous and polite. Easy to work with.

Joe provided several estimates to cover all the options I wanted to be able to consider. The first half of the project was the replacement of a crumbling retaining wall. I am particularly pleased with the neat curve his workmen did along the driveway. I also appreciated the fact that some small additional work was done without extra charge. The second part of the project was a new retaining wall with built-in steps behind the house. It was executed to my full satisfaction. I would like to mention that his workmen came back for some additional requests - after I had told them that everything was fine and after the job had been paid in full. Joe's attitude in all my dealings with him showed pride in his work and a true desire to satisfy the customer.

Joe was thorough, answered our calls and texts, and I can’t say enough about his customer service. Creekstone is fair, trustworthy, and operates like a real business, unlike most contractors. We wanted to make a few modifications to our retaining wall, and Joe knew immediately what we were thinking and made some great suggestions. The work looks great, and his crew was great. I had THE BEST experience with Creekstone Landscape. Joe was efficient, he communicated effectively, his quote and proposal was ideal to my request and the work was done in a timely manner. I even requested additional services while the job was being completed and he did it without re-negotiating. I had many old bushes removed from the front of my house and new bushes planted. Joe created an attractive walkway with plants and gravel on the side of my house and I love my shade garden! I highly recommend this company and would definitely hire them again!!

Joe and team went out of their way to deal with some unforeseen complexity in the istallation of my water system and never said a word about it. They just did the work at the originally quoted price without comment. A sign of professionalism not seen often these days. Their after service has been outstanding as well.

They did a fantastic job. We gave them a picture of how we would like our fireplace to look. They left the picture behind when they were done and it looked identical. Joe was great to work with.

I'm in sales, so service is always a really big deal to me. I spoke with four vendors before choosing this company and they'll be back at my house for the next project soon. There were a couple of hiccups along the way, but, as with any project, it's not the problems that count, it's the way you handle them. And Joe walked me through them with excellent customer service and at the original price. I'm very happy with the results.
