Blue Monkey Pressure Washing and Wood Care

There were a couple of issues with the day and ultimately the time but I was flexible so it was fine with me. When they arrived - they immediately got to work after discussing what they would be doing and they worked hard for a couple of hours to get it all done. I am very pleased with what they did. I would certainly call them for future work. The owner was very nice and quite helpful. Since my deck was larger than 200 sq. feet - I had to pay more than the deal of $189

Terrific! Great alert system for arrival, and kind professional attitude. Wish they had said grill could stay on porch before we labored to move it, but otherwise, all was terrific!

They were so nice and polite but it was one of those afternoons that if anything could go wrong it did. They were running late but I did appreciate the phone calls to update me on their status. It was worth the wait for they did a really nice job and were so careful of the landscaping. Will definitely use them again.

I spoke to Jared and sent him some photos of my deck and the work that needed to be done. He gave me a price over the phone and I decided to have the company do the work I needed. They were quick to come do the work. Jamie did the painting. Lace spoke to me on the phone. All of them were extremely nice, thoughtful and very fair in the pricing. I would definitely hire them again....in fact I plan to have them pressure wash my house soon. I highly recommend this company...very professional and willing to work with the customer. Great company!

Overall a very good experience. The pressure wash work was excellent, the clear sealant was OK although I'm not sure it really did much as I don't see any beading of water after rains. He was late by 2+ hours, however he called me a couple of times to advise. Deck looked better after he came so I was satisfied.

It was okay. I had to pay $100 more for the deck staining. It was pretty good. They came on time and everything. The bill was significant.the stain was not included, I had to pay more for the staining. It was not clearly mentioned that the stain was not included and it was just for cleaning.

I bought a stain that is thicker and needs to be done by Brush. I had to pay little extra. It is justified as they had 4 or more hours.

These guys were awesome! The work was amazing to see the difference before and after. I've already asked for a deck stain and house pressure wash quote within the next month. I would absolutely recommend Blue Monkey and will use them in the future.

Everyone I spoke to in this company was so nice, friendly, and helpful. They were patient with me when I had to reschedule a few times. The deck looks great and the wood looks much healthier. We are very happy w the work

I have had this done before and while I think they did a great job, I was disappointed that so much water got into my garage. That has not happened before when I had my house pressure washed and my driveway was a mess with water mixed in with the dirt that accumulates at the bottom. That is the reason I won't hire this company again.

Well. A small amount of stain got on the front of the house and a knothole in the deck didn't get completely painted, but the rest of it is good.

Jarrod and Marcos were great! Jarrod took care of all the pressure washing and Marcos came back and stained our deck. They were very responsive, super professional and I would DEFINITELY hire them again and recommend them to anyone.

I think it's okay. He told me he's putting a oil based that should be off once it rains but it did not so now it's just less than a month I just looked up there and I got leaves on it already leaving marks on that so I need to call them back. Their service was okay.

They did a good job, but my deck had been previously stained and they couldn't put the clear seal on it so I had to pay an upgrade so I don't know if that was a good deal or not. I just don't know whether it was a good deal or not. The guy was good. They showed up when they said they would, and the deck looks good.

Very pleased with the finished product. Deck was cleaned then painting done a few days later to allow for drying out. Deck looks brand new and rear of the house is nice and clean. Jared and Lace were very responsive, professional and punctual.

We needed our home pressure washed quickly and had our call returned promptly by Jarod at Blue Monkey Pressure Washing & Wood Care. Jarod arrived in the window of time we had scheduled and was very courteous and professional. We walked around our home and reviewed what we wanted done. Jarod mentioned a few items to bring in while he worked (a hand painted cabinet and cushions). He did a wonderful job renewing our vinyl siding and shutters to their original clean state. Our window sills are so white again, along with the gutters! I would highly recommend Blue Monkey Pressure Washing & Wood Care. We already arranged for Jarod and his team to come back to wash and stain our fence. The amount charged was exactly as he told us ahead of time. Great job!
