Very well. We ran into a stretch of rainy weather so service was not done all at one time. They kept me informed about alternative dates and they showed up when they said they would. After the stain was applied there were several spots that needed attention. I sent them a text message and they were back the next day and addressed my concerns. I was very pleased with their work and the customer service they provided.

They did a good job - but there was a lot of fine print. Square footage was larger. They did a good job, but charged a significantly higher amount. Said that the stain that we had was not covered by them - so, I had to but the stain additionally. Said that moving the furniture out was not priced in, so, we paid them additionally to move the furniture, and they did not move all of it it/back. Overall, quality of work was great - but we ended up paying a significant amount more.

My house looked wonderful after it was pressured washed. No hidden fees or unwanted upgrades were pushed on me. They did exactly what they said they would.

It went great. They were able to pressure me ash the deck until it looked like new. They then dried it and sealed it all in one day. My house was on the market and many potential buyers thought it was a brand new deck. I would definitely hire them again.

Great! They removed the dirt and algae from the shady areas of the house and the upside is that the windows were cleaned also.

It was pretty good. The staining part and the clean up could have been better.

I didn't like the guy that came to help the second too much. They were having a little trouble. This one guy didn't always come when he was supposed to, but he eventually got here. That really wasn't their fault, I guess. They were going to fire him. I just wasn't sure when he was coming, but he finally did come through. That wasn't their fault. They were very helpful.

Although they were running a little late due to their earlier appointment taking longer than anticipated, the did keep me informed. They were professional in their interactions and efficient in their work. After their work, the deck looks new.

The amount of work was greater than the Angie's list deal included. Negotiated difference consistent with the original Angie's list rate. Deliverable as advertised. Two visits...one to pressure wash the deck, railings and pergola. Waited a week for the weather to clear then the re-staining job which took about 1/2 day. Good attention to detail and good follow-up deck maintenance advice. Excellent value for the money!

I was very pleased with the work that they did on my deck. I have used them in the past, 2 years ago and they were fine. It was more than $189. I thought it was a reasonable price.

very well! We decided to go with the color stain and got the stairs, railings, and support poles stained as well. We had to wait for the stain until we had a few days of uninterrupted rain, but Blue Monkey was great with scheduling and we are very satisfied with the work

Communicated well and came on time. A few long-standing dark streaks did not come out completely, but BlueMonkey spent a lot of time and effort on those areas trying diligently to get them clean. While faint stains remain in a few places, overall the house looks much better! We are satisfied and would recommend. A previous pressure washing left our windows cloudy, but BlueMonkey did not. Windows look fine.

Guys seems professional. After they went around the house once and washed it, they rinsed. They did not check to ensure everything was washed thoroughly. There were dirty streaks left on front and sides (raised ranch) I cleaned up myself after them. Will not hire them again.

Never came out. Paid for service. Never completed.

No called. Never showed any interest in doing the job PAID FOR.

Still have to come back to do staining of deck and fence. Washing and treating went very well.
