They did a good job but it came up a little more than what I expected. I would have liked to know in advance in writing of how much it was going to be but overall I did feel the price was fair. I would use them again.

After discussing the offer and the work I wanted completed, we agreed that a refund was most appropriate.

For months I have been asking my husband to have our home painted. He insisted we have it pressure washed instead. I was hesitant, but it was soooo much cheaper. So, I thought why not? OMG!!! My home looks brand new!!! The work was excellent, extremely well priced, and they worked within our timeframe. We couldn't be happier. We will definitely have them come out every fall to clean the house. I just read they do wood treatment, too! Going to get a quote now for our fence. Thanks so much, Blue Monkey!

Excellent job, I would never have believed they would get that black and green mildew off the vinyl siding and soffits plus the staining on the gutters. They don't guarantee they'll get the gutters clean, but they did, nonetheless. I was surprised that the windows ended up that clean, as well, I thought they would be really streaked. The house has never been cleaned as well as they did it. Nice guys, too.

Jarrod, the owner came out and assessed the job very soon after I placed my request. He was professional, prompt and arrived on time. His knowledge was comprehensive and thorough. We agreed on a very reasonable quote and they pressure washed everything. My driveway and sidewalk looks excellent. The pressure washing made a significant difference in the appearance of my house. The deck was sealed and stained cedar about a week later. Another excellent job. It was finished on time and to specifications.

That did not work out well, I bought a pressure washing sealant so the pressure washing covered only a certain amount of my deck which was fine he charged me more because my deck is bigger than was called for under the terms of the transaction but when he got out here and did the work after the pressure washing he told me the sealant that I bought in the deal was not usable on the deck that I have. He also took off a lot wood, when you pressure wash a wood deck it takes off some of the sealant that's old but there was a lot of sealant removed so I'm gonna have to reseal the deck which it's been many many weeks since he did the job I haven't reverted to him so I'm not gonna go back to him an say look come and seal my deck I should have done that months ago but the window pass my issue was that I bought a two part service the pressure washer and a sealant but he did not apply the sealant because the sealant was called for under the deal could not be used on the wood that my deck is built out of. My deck was larger than that plus it got rails which is time consuming to wash. He was good he was a nice guy did what he was suppose to do but I think there was an issue with how the deal was packaged, he should have told me a head of time that look I can't use sealant called for under the deal at that point I could have made an informed decision as to hey do I want to pay this at all because I'm not getting the sealant part of the deal but that didn't happen. They came out they did the job they were punctual, responsive relatively timely as far as I can recall I remember I didn't have any issue with those factors but I didn't get what I paid for meaning the sealant.

Not good. Chemicals used left a residue that has not been resolved to our satisfaction and when the work was being done, the contractor ruined my outside motion sensor flood light. He will not stand behind his work.

Pressure washed vinyl sided exterior and driveway. They worked after their normal hours of operations; explained in detail everything that would be cleaned; did an excellent job in a short amount of time, and all at a very fair price. Jarrod and his crew are very nice guys. They did an awesome job, and I highly recommend Blue Monkey.

Jared was a joy to work with. He was efficient, polite and industrious. I would certainly recommend Blue Monkey Pressure Washing and Wood Care to anyone looking for a responsible job well performed. I'm sure all the service personnel are well trained, but I will ask for Jared again and again.

Jarrod took his good care when cleaning flagstone patio and equipment and spa area. He was cheerful and hard-working. It was a wonderful day that was made better with the sparkling clean results!

Jarrod the owner of Blue Monkey came out to pressure wash my house. He arrived early and called before coming. I had a coupon from Angie's list to have it done for 99 dollars. I wanted my screen porch pressure washed also, so he added 20 dollars to the price which I think was very reasonable. He assisted my house before starting the job and he answered my questions before starting. I was very impressed him and his work. He seems like a nice guy and did a professional job. He has it down to a science, because he wasn't at my house long. I will most certainly be using him again next year even without a coupon. In fact I have arranged for him to come back and pressure wash out subdivisions entry way fence. My advise is to hire him and you won't go wrong.

Our house, especially around the window frames, had a lot of dirt residue build up. Jarrod was punctual and very professional. His work was excellent. He even added on an extra job (our driveway) for a nominal price. We are very pleased with his work.

Jarred was very responsive to my request, coming to my house just a little over an hour after I contacted him. He was willing to offer me the same price as the expired deal that I had wanted to purchase but had not done so in time. I would use Blue Monkey again.

I simply found another choice; otherwise, I would have used them. All communications were prompt, professional, and friendly.

They did an excellent job cleaning the deck. I have not cleaned the deck for 2 years now. Its looks like a new deck. I also plan to have them apply Readyseal when the weather remain dry.

Power washed my entire concrete driveway, back patio & walkway at a great price. I had 10 years of stained concrete from my tree leaves, standing water & mildew. It looked great but I wanted to seal it. I agreed to have them back again to seal the concrete and it looks fantastic. The same labor charge applied but I got a great price on the concrete sealant. I couldn't be more pleased. DR

I was very impressed from the beginning. I placed the order on Angie's List late last Saturday afternoon. I received a call within a couple of hours acknowledging my order. They said they would call Monday to set the date/time for the appointment. I received the call Monday morning, and we agreed on Thursday morning for the work to be done. I told them I would not be able to be present, and they said that would be no problem. They called Thursday to let me know they were on their way. They sent some before/after pictures while they were working. When I got home to see the finished work, I was extremely pleased. I highly recommend Blue Monkey Pressure Washing and Wood Care. They are punctual, professional, and do great work!

I used Blue Monkey services to clean the exterior and lot in front of my office. The services were completed on the date we scheduled and I was very pleased with the results. The building looked like new again.

These guys were first class and professional. They did fantastic job on my house, deck and driveway. I'll be having them here again next year.
