Contacted them on 8/28 for some work I needed done. Filled out their online web form. Received an online confirmation and an automated email that day that someone would contact me soon. Still haven't heard from them and I noticed their website doesn't seem to be working anymore, so?

The experience was good. Andy on Call was very responsive and very good in following up with you to get your job scheduled. They also follow up with you afterwards to make sure you are happy. I've had many experiences dealing with contractors directly and it can be frustrating trying to coordinate schedules etc. Andy on Call took that headache away. I did find at first the cost was a little high. The Andy on Call discount helped put it back in line with what I felt was a fair price. I also felt the good customer service was worth paying a little extra. The contractor was very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. For someone who is busy and doesn't have the time or patience to deal with it all, this is the way to go.

Today was my first experience with Andy on Call Marietta I was extremely pleased with the service provided from the scheduling and details (Didi) to the great service provided by Brian. We will certainly be using Brian and Andy on Call Marietta n the near future and highly recommend to others.. Regards

Andy's work is excellent. The swing on the arbor is more secure than when I purchased it. And he repaired a hole in the soffet underneath the gutter. Looks great, can't tell it ever happened.

I don't have much time to elaborate but the gentleman was very professional and did a great job. He also cleaned up after himself very well.

We like the fact that we paid after the services were completed, nothing upfront. The contractor they sent out had been doing it for 30 or so. He's very detailed. He took his time to explain the process and the way it was gonna be done. It was a great experience all around.

Everything went well, and looks great. The handyman showed up on time, had to run out and get extra materials and still was able to finish in one day.

Crawford arrived on time and was very professional and friendly and communicative. Cost of work was what I expected from his estimate. Great experience.

I made an appointment with Andy-on-Call to have someone estimate cost for having a very small, ceramic tile backsplash installed behind my stove. Jeff showed up right on time. I explained what I wanted to have done and showed him the tiles, which included a tile mural with a subway tile border. The tiles included 6 mural tiles that were exactly 6 x 6 each and 18 subway tiles that were slightly less than 3 x 6 each. Within a few minutes Jeff gave me a written estimate, which was better than the estimate I had gotten from another tile company. On top of the lower estimate, I also got a discount for being an Angie's List member. I asked when he could do the work and he said he could start immediately so I gave him the go ahead. The whole job took about 2 hours, including Jeff going out to pick up some supplies. The finished backsplash turned out just as I had envisioned. I wanted the mural tiles to be centered right above the stove with a border of subway tiles surrounding it and the grout lines all lining up. Jeff had to cut the subway tiles forming the top border to properly place the mural scene above the stove and also to carefully align the border tile grout lines with the mural tile grout lines. The trick was that the mural tiles were each exactly 6 x 6 while the border tiles were slightly less than 3 x 6. Jeff accomplished all of my requirements and the end result looked perfect.

He was very professional and capable of using his wide range of skill sets. He had some unfortunate delays but kept intouch and finish the job. We later discovered the an expansion component was not factored or installed on the job. The owner wonderfully, did the right thing and came out and did the job with me just paying for the parts. I will use them again.

Price was high compared to several others. Went with another vendor who came from a personal reference

He was very prompt, came out an hour after I had called. He was able and willing, he even did extra work, which I paid him to do.

The man who came was very nice. The service worked out fine.

It went really well. I was very pleased with the work.

I first contacted them in February. After several appointments were cancelled, a man came out and started the work. However, the work was never finished. The drywall was replaced and most tiles were put back up, but the caulking was never done and the shower doors weren't hung. I and my tenants made several appointments to get the same man back in, but he kept canceling. Then after a few weeks, he calls me up and says he is leaving the company and he wants me to pay for the materials and labor already done, even though job is not done. Then Andy on Call sends me a bill and says I need to pay right away and assure me they will get the shower done. It is now May and it is not done. I called several times and they would tell me they would call my tenant and make an appointment. A couple of weeks would go by, my tenant would let me know they had not called and I would call again and get the same answer. The last time I called, I was told it would be several weeks before someone would get there as they were very busy. It did not seem to matter to them that I had already been waiting months on a job they did not finish and my tenants had not had a shower for months. They finally said they could squeeze it in the next day, but since it was short notice my tenants were not available. At that point, the receptionist said we were being too much trouble and that they would send me a partial refund and I needed to go somewhere else. She also said that the reason the job was never finished was that my tenants were difficult and never able to be there for the work. I find that hard to believe since while this was all going, the HVAC system in the house went out and I had two companies come out for estimates, then two days to install and several visits after to check on it and my tenants had no problem being there. And yes, I did start on getting the shower fixed first, I have a whole new heat pump system, but still the shower is not fixed. I think Andy on Call had a bunch of higher paying jobs and didn't want to bother with mine and have left me in quite a lurch. I cannot speak on the quality of their work as it was not done. Maybe if your project is more expensive, it will work out with them.

The repairs are still in progress. David was honest in his abilities and let us know where he was best suited. this included all of our repairs except a bit of small tile work. Overall the experience is pleasant!

Andy was very nice, prompt and professional. I would definitely use his service when we are ready to move forward!

They did exactly as I asked. They didn't try to up-sell me on replacing the track or window, though they did mention it could be done. They secured what was left of the track and made it look tidy.

It didn't go at all overall, because I didn't get any service. So I'd say their customer appreciation doesn't exist.

It was very nice. They were very dependable and did clean work. They were friendly and did professional work. They were trained old fashioned workers.

Very professional. They said what they were going to do, when they were going to do it, and they did it well. I am very impressed with everyone from the owner to the contractor who did the work. If anything needs to be done at my house, Andy on Call is going to get the work. Trust worthy, professional, competent and fairly priced.
