I was satisfied with them. The handyman made a picture of the shelves and said that he should copyright it. He did a lot of different stuff. He was here about 3 or 4 different times. The first major job was $975 and the other jobs were like $100 or $200, which was like finishing up work. I called them and left a message. I then got a call back within 5 minutes and then somebody was here in less than 2 hours. So, that was really good. The price wasn’t cheap, but it was right on target for the quality of work. I can’t say enough good things. If need be, then I would definitely use their services in the future too.

I called Andy-On-Call on a Tuesday and on Wednesday Ron showed up as scheduled to do the estimate and was prepared to start that day. Ron spent as much time as was needed explaining the electrical set-up for the porch. Ron was working on the electrical installation for our porch when the cable was installed. He was able to offer assistance to the Comcast installer. Comcast wanted to pull the lines from the outside and go around the house to avoid going through stone (I thought that was a good plan too). Ron was able to show a more direct access from our basement to the porch to connect cable and avoid the stonework. Ron completed all the jobs that were scheduled on-time and as described. Kudos to Ron for a job well done and I will definitely be calling this service again.

Communication was good the day before and the day it was to be done. I was called by the handyman the day before to get a detailed description of the work, so he could bring the right tools. I liked the attention to advance planning. He called the day of the appointment when he was on the way. He had me show him where I wanted the fixtures and went to work. I liked the detail of the work he did and the careful straight placement of the fixtures with an eye as to centering them with each other and with the rest of the rooms. When he had finished we tested the dog door with the dogs and it worked perfectly. (Both actually came through at the same time . I still can't figure out how...)

the job was completed as the craftman said it would be completed. We were very satisfied with the service that this company provided and would highly recommend them. When I first called they stated that they did not service my area but after a little reflection they decided that they could stretch their area a little and go the extra 30 miles. I'm glad they did.

I called and left a message on a Saturday. They returned my call on Monday, and we set it up that they would call me and then come out on Wednesday to look over the work and give me an estimate. I rearranged my schedule to be working from home that day. They never called.

Daniel was in charge; we had to renegotiate the price. I decided to wait to do some of the things on my list. I could tell these guys knew what they were doing. They had all the equipment needed to do the job and did it in a timely manner. I was VERY pleased with the finished product, and thankful that the spot painting blended right in .

I called on 12/30 and left a message advising what I was wanting to have done. I received a call back on Monday, 1/3, from Steve saying he would let me know as soon as he had someone available to do the work. Later that day Steve called to say Todd would be available on Tuesday, 1/4! Todd arrived on time as scheduled, walked through the house so I could show him what I wanted done and then provided me an estimate. I thought the estimate was extremely fair and the best part was he could start right away!! I was so pleased with Todd's work and will ask for him again when I have other things I need done. I did recommend Todd to my neighbor and she is going to have him fix the wood header above her garage door, as well as fix nail pops and clean out the dryer vent. I'll be sharing Andy On Call to all of my neighbors!! What I also like about Andy On Call is they do not expect payment until work is done except for any materials they may need to purchase (with no mark-ups - you see the receipt for materials purchased), and their work has a one-year limited warranty. I would highly recommend this company for any work you need done around the house!

Mike was excelent to deal with. Gave me upfront pricing and kept me informed on the whole job. Came back to complete the work the very next day. The pergola was the most challenging item on the list. He evaluated the problem and came back with a unique fix for the issue and implemented without any issues. The Pergola is now standing pround again. I will use Andy On-Call (and Mike) again.

I was very pleased with the quality of work and professionalism. Due to the amount of work we had done, we qualified for the $100 off coupon, which definitely helped since the job turned out to be larger than originally anticipated. I would definitely call them for work in the future and would request Leonard, the craftsman we used.

AndyOnCall made contact with my tenants for the appointment. They told my tenants that the cracks are from the house settling. AndyOnCall told them the cracks would happen again until the house finishes settling. My tenants decided to bypass the repair until they eventually moved out. It would be a wasted expense to have to repair this over and over again. I appreciated AndyOnCall's honesty and my tenants too they both saved me some money!

I phoned the business on October 4, 2010, and described the job to Steve Keel. The job was for reattaching an undamaged 6 ft section of vinyl siding back to the eave of a 2-story home, above a daylight basement. Steve promised to see if he had someone to do the job. Most of his guys are too old to climb ladders. He said he, or the repair person, would call me back during the week of October 4th. October 11, 2010, I called back to ask the status because nobody called me back. Lynn answered and said somebody was supposed to call me. Bottom line: Nobody at Andy On Call will do the work. So, I wasted 5 business days on their "call back."

Everything went well and work was done professionally.

They did a good job. They were prompt. He called when he was going to be a few minutes late because of a nail in his tire. I really liked how professional the repair man was that cam out. He knew exactly what I was talking about. I will call them again when. My only problem was that I called them one day and then had to call the next week because the office manager was out. Steve, the owner couldn?t locate my information. I also used a $50 coupon from Angie?s List.

It worked out well. The owner of the company spoke highly of him. He seemed to know what he was doing. I would use them again. He was better than anyone else I used.

I didn?t us e them because they told me they wouldn?t get back to me for 24 to 48 hours, which they did. That day I went through the phone book until I found someone that could come out that day.

It turned out very well. I was very satisfied. They were very good and very thorough. I have not had any problems.

All of their work had been satisfactory. They are upfront with the cost do there is no hidden agenda. I like all of the people they send. You can request the same person that has been coming out.

I was informed a returned call would be made to schedule an after hours appt. After not receiving a call back within two weeks, a follow-up call was made. I was then informed my work order was still on their list and they would get back with me. It is now December 10th and that appointment was never made. It has taken me several weeks to locate someone not with Angie's list to perform this work. A return call to inform me they would not work within my time limits would have sufficed.

They were very good and helpful. I think their prices were reasonable. The man who came to my house to execute the work was very friendly. He was good at what he did. He was just a nice guy who came and fixed things in the house. He was not particularly well dressed and wasn?t very smart but he knew what he was doing. I will use them again in the future as I have several plumbing issues.

They charged a flat $75 to come out. They see what supplies or replacement parts they need and they go out and get them and install it. They show you the receipt for the parts and your pay only what they paid. They are really good people to work with and I had no complaints at all.

The dispatcher called me to set up a date for a handyman to come do an estimate. She was very professional and explained the process. However, the handyman arrived late due to getting lost, which I understood. We went through the house for me to show him what I wanted done. He explained that I shouldn't get most of the stuff done since I am selling my house anyways and that his price was going to be high so I needed to select what was most important to me to get done. But he went ahead and quoted me on everything I pointed out so I could decide what I wanted to have done and what to just leave as is. Needless to say, the quote was 2 to 3 times more expensive than other quotes I received. He was right; it was really high. So I decided not to hire him. I felt like he was definitely trying to take advantage. The prices could not even be considered reasonable for the work I was asking for.

the Andy OnCall handyman gave us an estimate for the work reminding us that we would receive a $50 discount and checked the fan in the box to be sure the wiring was long enough. He was personable and polite. He called to obtain scaffolding and gave us a price on that as well before leaving. He returned earlier than the promised time the next day to do the work. He completed a difficult job in a reasonable period of time with great attention to detail. He covered nearby furniture and vacuumed the carpet when finished. Due to a lower price for scaffold rental we actually paid less than the original quoted price. He kept us informed as the work progressed and did an excellent job.

Came out immediately; tho previous job ran them late, they stayed late to finish my job the same day. There was tree debris on the upper deck, so it was a major cleaning job. They also rented the pressure washer for me.

I had three individual shutters blow off the house during high winds -- two from an upper story. I searched Angie's List for someone who could replace the shutters and check others and finally found Andy OnCall. I have a total of five sets of shutters -- ten in all -- others appeared loose. I called Andy OnCall, and they promised to send someone the next morning. (Two of the shutters had blown off after I originally contacted them.) They checked with me in the morning to let me know Brian would be coming. I had already purchased the materials he would need. He showed up within an hour, handed me their policy, and checked out what was needed, and provided me an estimate. He spent 3-4 hours finding a way to repair one shutter that had cracked, re-installing the three that had blown off, and re-attaching others. He said it appeared that they hadn't been attached correctly in the first place. Several of the fasteners were broken off, but the original holes didn't appear widened at all. He added an extra bolt for each of the larger shutters to make sure they wouldn't provide a wind tunnel for future loosening. He answered all my questions and worked with me to make sure I understood what he was doing. He gave me a discount after the original estimate.

It took a long time for them to send out a handyman to complete the work. The work itself was great, but getting it scheduled was rather difficult.
