Dave arrived when promised. He went up on the roof, took pictures of the problems, shared them with me, and wrote up his estimate. After I agreed to the estimate, he said that he could go get materials and begin work immediately, which he did. He worked all day in the hot sun up on the roof. I told him that he could come as early as he wanted the next day. He arrived around 7 AM and was finished by lunch time. I went up on the roof, inspected the work, and approved what he had done. He really did a great job in adverse conditions. He cleaned up everything, and presented me with the receipts for the materials that he purchased, and I paid him for the job. He was extremely friendly and courteous, and I would not hesitate to use Andy On Call and David again. This is the 3rd or 4th time I have used Andy On Call and have always had great results.

It went very well. He came out did a through estimate and came back quickly to complete the work. He was professional while onsite and cleaned up after he was done.

I was very impressed by Russ and his attention to detail. I was consulted on the materials needed to complete the job and Russ had the receipts. There was only a small charge for gas. I have already had neighbors asking about who did the work on my house.

When we called Andy on Call to schedule the appointment for the estimate, we told them that the holes were not visible from the ground and that the person doing the estimate would need a ladder that was at least 30' tall to reach the area of the roof where the hole was located. We were told this would not be an issue. David arrived to do the estimate within the time range that was specified, but without a ladder. He attempted to look at the problem from the outside, but as we communicated when we scheduled the estimate, nothing is visible. He then went up into the attic and looked at the problem, but indicated he would need to come back the following day with a ladder to look at the hole from the outside. He also went back outside to take a picture of the side of the house because he indicated that if the height was more than 2 stories (22 feet) they would not be able to do it. I communicated that the height was easily 2 1/2 stories and that was why we had told them to bring a 30' ladder. David called back later that afternoon to indicate that they would not be able to perform the estimate or the work due to the height. A wasted afternoon off work to meet someone who couldn't even do the estimate when we had given them the critical information when we scheduled the estimate.

Work was performed while we were out of town. As far as I know they were punctual and they did complete job on schedule. Photos were sent and I paid based on what I could see. I was told payment was required at end of job so I called in from out of town and paid by credit card. Upon returning home the following evening, we were very disappointed to see our family room covered in dust. It was on everything in the room. I took photos on the iphone and sent to contractor. I even wrote "dust" with my fingers on the middle shelf of a three shelf piece of furniture which could be seen on the photo. The contractor called to say things were clean when they left but dust must have settled and that dust was to be expected. They returned to clean the following day and within l0 minutes called me in to inspect. Less than half the items were cleaned. I pointed out several areas such as the bookcases by rubbing my fingers over them and showing them the dust. They cleaned the area. The paint on one area on the new wall looked different than the rest of the wall. They repainted the wall. Today I saw white paint spilled on my driveway in two places. Yesterday my wife informed me that our housekeepers had discovered pieces of broken glass on the floor in dining room below where andy on call replaced a pane.

He came out to give me an estimate but the estimate was much higher than I wanted to pay. Real nice guy, probably would've done excellent work. In hindsight, the price may have been right on.

I don't know if his estimate was high because I didn't compare his price to anyone else but I thought his price was quite reasonable. We ended up using a neighbor who does the same handy work and I think we got a lower price because we were a neighbor. I was satisfied and impressed with his professionalism during the estimate process and didn't have any complaints.

They did what we want to. They did a good job. They are very responsive. I would use them again.

This is a 6 year old house, and it had a couple of things I wanted fixed. I was really pleased by their responsiveness. The guy who came to my house was great! The service was a little pricey, but since I can't do it myself, I was happy to pay for it.

From the first call the company was very responsive. I had a handyman show up and give me an estimate the day after my initial call. The work started two days after the estimate was given and took two half days to complete. The handyman (Brian) was very professional, worked quickly and did a great job. The price was very reasonable and we will definitely call on the company in the future for other jobs.

They are actually our go to company for anything around the house. We originally tried through the Angie's List contact, and we have pretty much used them for electric, plumbing and several things. We are really very pleased with them.

Recognized the wood was rotted and replaced bottom step of three steps in same day at reasonable price.

We had another company scheduled to remove wallpaper in one of our bathrooms (based on a prepaid coupon offer). I had changed my work schedule to accommodate this, but the other company bailed on us at 8 p.m. the night before the appointment. We had taken apart the bathroom and had guests coming soon, so staying on schedule with wallpaper removal (so my husband could paint the bathroom and put in another countertop) was essential. We had used Andy on Call a month or so earlier for another task and were happy with the work. I called Andy on Call around 8:30 on the morning of May 15, and they had somebody (Corbin) at my house by 10 a.m. He looked at what needed to be done and gave me an estimate. It was more than I expected, but he was there and ready to work, and honestly, I hadn't been pricing this task because we had a prepaid deal for another company. For Andy on Call, I know for the future to ask if the estimate includes any supplies that might need to be purchased (that was about $25-$30 more; $361 was the final total). However, the job took longer than he anticipated, so I know we got our money's worth. Wallpaper removal isn't anybody's favorite task, but Corbin did a wonderful job and I appreciate how Andy on Call came through for us at the last minute.

Brian did a great job on my porch repairs and didn't mind me making revisions to the design of the railing in the middle of the project. We've received numerous compliments both on how good it looks and the quality of the work.

I called late Wednesday evening and left a message. Around 8:00 Thursday morning I received a phone call asking about what needed to be done. (I don't recall his name Steve or Sam? but he was very friendly and personable.) He said they would give me a call later that afternoon to schedule the estimate. Per his word, I received a call that afternoon confirming that Brian would be out at 3:45 to give me a quote. Brian was right on time and listened as I showed him the materials I had and what I wanted done. He gave me a very reasonable quote and said he could start in the morning around 9:00. He showed up right on time, completed the job within a few hours, cleaned up his mess and I am 100% satisfied with the entire experience. I would recommend them to anyone and I will use them again in the future.

He had a good demeanor and a professional disposition. He gave me the information that I needed. He recommended someone to me that could help with the work that he couldn't do. He got right in touch with me.

What professionals!!! Clean, courteous and they know what they are doing! What a delight. On time!

I spent $2000 on labor and about $1200 on supplies. The experience was good. He came and did his work. He was very professional. He cleaned up after himself and that was it. The job looks good. He showed up on time and did the work. He cleaned up, got paid and that's it. He did a good job. His responsiveness was good.

They did a great job and in a very timely fashion. The only reason I gave a B on the punctuality is because when the first estimate meeting was set up, someone goofed and didn't tell the contractor (Daniel), so I took off work to meet with them only to get a phone call 20 minutes after the meeting time telling me no-ones coming and they have to reschedule. But Daniel came out on a Saturday for the estimate and came to work that next Monday.

Got Steve on phone, who was very nice. Said someone would call me back for appointment to be set up in the next day or two.No one ever called me back. If they didn't want the job, which could have turned out to be small, I wish they would have just told me and I could have called someone else immediately instead of wasting a day waiting for them to call me. :-(
