Mike is very professional and a kind and courteous person. We had just received the house and there was nothing, not even a bottle of water. When he realized that, he brought us coffee with all the trimmings. He completed his job and we were very satisfied with it.

They did a great job, came out quick, and had the job completed fairly quickly.

Master carpenter Chuck was brought in to complete a 5' gap in our wall length bookcase. Previously purchased Levenger high (6') bookcases were no longer produced in dark cherry. Chuck was prompt in arriving and giving an extremely accurate estimate in what he could do to solve our dilemma. He created a half height (3') triple portioned shelf that gave us multiple options on individual shelf heights and matched the stain perfectly. Only delay occurred because Chuck wanted to make sure the stain was completely dry before installation to avoid any lingering odor, and the wife wanted to be there for delivery. Was preferrable for both parties to do the job first thing the next morning; Chuck was there @ 8:00 am and gone in less than an hour. Payment accepted only after all work completed and to our total satisfaction. Done deal!

It took them a while to get someone to me on a Saturday and because we had a misunderstanding about when the contractor would come, but once David A. did come he was great. He was right on time and very respectful of my home. He even wore cloth booties on his shoes while he was in the house and surveying the work. David A. provided a clear estimate and thoroughly explained what needed to be done to resolve my problems. He came back the following weekend to perform the work. It took about 1.5 days to have the 3 jobs completed. David A. had to come back a third time after I noticed the window was still leaking. He got up on my roof and identified a few things that he believed would correct the problem. He capped some shingles where there was a gap with the gutters and did some more sealing. Just waiting for the next time it rains to determine if what he did worked.

Our refrigerator was leaking and we did not know it. By the time we discovered it the hardwood floors in our kitchen were buckling and the ceiling in our fished basement was damaged. Andy On Call came out the day after we called them and gave us a very fair estimate. They started the work the next day and did an excellent job removing the hardwoods and installing ceramic tile in its place. You can't even tell there was ever any damage to our ceilings either. We called them back for an estimate on installing our microwave over the stove and we accepted and they did it on the spot. I will definitely call them next time I need a handyman!

We wanted to put in an alarm system and realized that we needed to have the door to our patio fixed before we could have it put in. We had an appointment with the alarm company two business days away. I called Andy OnCall and explained my problem. They were there the next morning and two men worked on the door for over an hour resetting it and moving the lock components so we could close and lock the door. They were courteous. Gave us a quote before they started the job. And, they were totally competent.

The experience was totally professional from the first phone call to the payment at the end. The worker was prompt, worked diligently, and did a very good job.

Andy OnCall came first thing the next day to give an estimate and complete the work. They shuffled their schedule a bit to work me in as early as possible because the loose facia was a potential safety hazard. They were very easy to work with and friendly and the price was reasonable. I won't hesitate to call them again in the future.

It started out great. My handyman did a good job on the ceiling repair. But then it took him a week to come back and do the bathroom. Not a huge deal. Quality of work on the drywall repair and painting was average. The cost was way too high.

The job went very well. The handyman (Chris) did several small jobs that needed special tools and several big jobs that needed a man with strength and ideas. I am very happy and would call this company again to help with projects I've been putting off for lack of help.

The scheduling was easy and the estimator was prompt. He provided a detailed estimate and was very professional. We ultimately decided to go with another company, but would call this company again when we have additional work.

He showed up on time, purchased knobs to replace, sealed tiles and did great work. He even installed a panel in the closet to access the plumbing. Very informative and nice. Leak to basement from bath/shower knobs has stopped.
