Slow start. I had an 8 am appointment, and left the truck with them just prior. I was called middle afternoon that day that they had just gotten the truck into the bay and found the water pump issue. It would not be able to be completed that day (Friday) but would be completed Monday. On Saturday, they called me with a detailed explanation of everything found, pricing, and timing to get it done. I returned my rental car Monday afternoon and on the way to Aero, they called reminding me it was done. The truck drives very well now and I am happy with the work and pricing.

Everyone at the shop was very courteous and punctual. I indicated that I was on a budget and asked them if we could focus obn the most critical repairs and work together to determine items that might be reasonably deferred until later. They worked with me to assess these concerns and explained everything to me in ways that I could easily understand. I saved a great deal over the original estimate from a competing business. I will enthusiastically continue to patronize Aero Automotive.

They did an excellent job from the front end to the back end. I would recommend them to anyone. Very honest, punctual and performed the service as they said they would with no issues.

I scheduled my appointment online and received a call from the owner in less than an hour. He confirmed my appointment for the following morning and we talked about what I wanted done for my car, which included an oil change, tire rotation and having it looked at for the popping noise when I pull my steering wheel to the left. He said it sounded like the CV boots needed to be replaced. The next morning I took my car in at the appointed time and some guy was manning the front desk. I forgot what the guy's name was but he said he will try to "squeeze me in" even though I said I had an appointment. It was only after I mentioned the owner confirmed my appointment that he decided to move forward. He explained that the owner didn't tell him and he was just filling in for the morning. While still waiting for my car, the guy at the front desk said they put my car on the lift and everything looked good but that the noise was due to the steering rack, which will need to be replaced. He indicated it wasn't cheap but also hinted to call the owner to see if he would be able to knock off some of the price. After waiting for a little over an hour, my car was finally done and the guy explained what had been checked, based on a crude checklist of items. I paid for the oil change / tire rotation. I noticed in the checklist that they had checked off the lights when I know my driver's brake light was out. I proceeded to drive off anyway and after driving for a couple of miles, I noticed a knocking noise under the hood. I drove back to the shop and explained to the front desk guy what was going on and the mechanic took my car out for a test drive. When the mechanic got back, the front desk guy disappeared into the back and reappeared after a few minutes to explain that some parts in the car must have been loosened when it was put on the lift. I saw the car being driven off the shop again for another test drive. When the mechanic came back, he just said that I should be good now. No apologies whatsoever. I drove off and noticed there was no knocking sound anymore. Needless to say, because of the sub par work done on my car, I am not going back to this shop.

My entire elctrical system in my truck went haywire and truck wouldn't start. I found Aero on Angie's List and tried the out. They were extremely professional and friendly. They really seemed to value my business!

Turned out the Torque converter bolts were not tight and were the cause of the noise. However, my wife and I also noted an anti-freeze leak and were concerned the water pump was going on us...it was ! I looked at the serpentine belt and it was showing wear from the 75K miles since last replaced, so asked them to replace. Bottom line: they do not double charges for multiple work performed in the same area (most shops do and the customer does not know it). The water pump replacement meant they had to remove the belts so they automatically did NOT charge additional labor for for replacing the belts. I waited till the bill came out to see how they would handle. THIS COMPANY IS THE REAL DEAL!! No charge for putting on the new belt and tensioner since they already were in there to replace the water pump! Additionally, no charge to thghten the torque converter assy bolts (I would have been happy to pay too). Now I take all my cars and truck to them. I MOST STRONLY RECOMMEND AERO TO ANYONE WANTING quality work done, on time, and without fear of being double charged. Check them out...it is worth the drive.

They did an excellent job. They checked with the manufacturer to be sure they were using the proper types of fluids for my transmission, and used the proper type of oil. Work was done promptly.

I thought their service was great. They did the job like they said they would and were good about keeping me informed. The pricing seemed reasonable and I was very pleased.

I found them on the Internet and I was able to make an appointment with them online as well. I truly felt like they were honest with me and their price was reasonable and fair. They got me in right on time and I would definitely take my car there again.

I have been using their services for about two years now and I feel like they are very honest with me. I do not think that they ever try to take advantage of me by overcharging me, or performing work that is not necessary. I also love that you can schedule an appointment online.

I'm pretty happy with this place because they're very honest and they always return my car on time. I've never had any kind of problem with them and I will continue to take my car here. They're easy to work with and the owner is very nice.

Excellent, very knowledgeable and professional. Was quite surprised when I say my bill. I usually have the dealership service my car and I've never walked out of there owing less that $200.
