We (Paul) noted that a new receptionist was at the shop and she mentioned they were the new owners of Aero. Everything at the service shop went fair that day, untill billing. The receptionist said they were not members of Angies List and would not give Angies List members the 10% discount we used to receive from the previous owners. Later that day we noted the suggested average price for a brake flush was $101 on the internet. We paid $140. We also noted their NAPA web site that we were directed/connected to by the Angies List's link offered buy one/get one free (BOGO) for wiper blades. We (Jim) contacted Aero to discuss the charges and initially was advised if we are unhappy with the pricing we do not need to use Aero Auto. The man we talked to was just plain rude during this call! I believe his name was Mike. Mike called back later the same day to better explain their pricing. He professed they use better quality brake fluid and flush kit than typical repair shops do and the wiper blades BOGO offer was on the NAPA site created for Aero Auto and not their official internet home page. I suggested they have a conversation with NAPA about this situation because as far as the customer is concerned, it appears that the NAPA site is their home page and customers will expect the BOGO price. He also noted that the site had a disclaimer that not all NAPA dealers were participating in this BOGO offer, of which I responded not all customers feel they should have to read the small print everytime they look up an auto service shop. Bottom line is it was appreciative that Mike called back, but that does not excuse their behavior on the intitial phone interaction. As far as quality, I would not know the difference between a better quality flush vs. a typical approved flush for the price of $101. I hope the higher price we paid will make a difference, but I cannot make that judgement until a few years down the road. He also stated the Trico wiper blades were a better quality blade than usual. We paid $32 for the two blades. The oil change cost over $45 for 5W20 and a new filter. All this pricing appears to be excessive to us and along with the poor professionalism we will probably not return to this shop nor will we recommend anyone use this former Angies List Service Award Winner. Since they were so vocal about not being on Angies List, I would remove all the good reviews Aero has received in the past and let the new owners establish their own new reviews.

Great shop to get your car worked on. Very personable and friendly staff. Scott explained exactly what they did to the car and why they did it. Very upfront with that they were doing and provided a quote and finished the service in a very short timeframe. I will absolutely go back. His quote was $110 cheaper than a previous place that I think would have screwed it up anyway.

Scott checked out why the air conditioner was not blowing cold. There was a vacuum issue which lead to parts that had to be replaced. Not the compressor but other components that belonged to the air conditioner system. I brought the car in on Friday, it was fixed by Saturday noon. Scott was very careful to tell me what the check showed and why he needed to do the parts replacement. Later they found one of two cooling fans not blowing as well and they replaced it. I like this place, it is an alternative to dealership and they are very honest about what needs to be done and are good about giving an estimate on how much it will cost to do the work before they do it. I do have to admit their labor price is about what you would find at a dealership, but the quality of work is at dealership level and perhaps a little higher. This place will figure out what the problem is, and fix everything.

All work was completed on time and with quality workmanship. Beverly was always very courteous and went the extra mile by finding a part for this vehicle that we had been unable to locate. That is not our first experience with Aero Automotive and certainly won't be our last. I definitely recommend them because they are trustworthy and fair. Bill P.

Scott Holton is tops in professionalism! We dropped off the car at 8:00 AM. He was able to have the car's many problems dianosed within 2 hours and finished the repairs by 3:00 PM. He performed only repairs that needed to be done and then advised us of a couple of service jobs that should be done in the future, and one that may or may not be necessary to do. He discussed with us his recommendations based on safety, what the car was used for, how old it is, the overall quality of the model and what the reasonable value of the car is. You cannot beat that!! We will not hesitate to use Aero Automotive in the future or recommend them to our friends.
Description of Work: Diagnosed several concerns we had. Replaced front disc brake pads and rotors Cleaned and adjusted the rear brakes. Lubricated, filled fluids and bleed air. Replaced the serpentine belt and A/C belt and the thermastat. Diagnosed electrical problem with front bucket seat and advised of repair facility to fix. Gave an overall view of the 2000 Nissan Altima's condition and advised of a couple of problems that he recommended to watch for or fix in the future.

Hands down the nicest folks and most honest. This is not the first time they have worked on my vehicles; three in all. Basically the 2000 Explorer was having difficulties starting and at one point would not start at all. The could have said it was the starter but they were honest enough to state it was the battery. On a preview vehicle that belonged to my daughter they diagnosed the same thing that it was just the battery. They even took the time to take her to the car and show it to here so she knows in the future how to find it and take care of the problem. I had an oil change done on my 05 350z. Unfortunately, I bought a z that has oil seeping into a chamber. Aero was the first to recommend a product to me that, although doesn't fix the problem, it does help seal the cylinder for a bit longer.

I took my car in because there was a grinding noise. The owner of the shop called initially to tell me that my brakes seemed to be ok but my front ones were a little worn. I told him to go ahead and replace the front ones but that I was hearing a grinding noise and that didn't sound right. Further investigation by his technician showed that my brake pad on my back brakes had gotten stuck and was tearing up my rotor. He called me back as soon as he found out and gave me a new quote which I thought was very reasonable. The work was done by the end of the business day and he called me as soon as it was ready. When I went to pick it up, he had the parts there to show me why he had to change it out and what he changed out. He was very personable and I enjoyed my experience! I think we have found our new mechanic in East Cobb.

Went in, they did the service that day, even picked me up at the end of the day to get it back. The check engine light stayed off, I was able to get emission inspection done later (after running it about 100 miles to reset computer). the owner picked me up in a mustang convertible. I was very close, so he decided it was ok to do it at the end of the day.

Called them up at 3 PM to ask if they could take care of a tire real quick. We arrived at approximately 3:15 PM. They misunderstood and thought we were bringing the tire in, but when we told them we didn't have one, they still sorted it out for us. Everything was done, paid for and sorted by 3:45 PM and back home at 4:00 PM.
Description of Work: I needed a new tire and to have the tire installed on my vehicle. I didn't bring one in with me and they didn't sell any, so they actually had a tech run down the road and pick one up for us, then they charged us a tiny fee for installation and all of this happened in the space of about 30 minutes. They could have easily told us to go buy the tire and come back, but they went the extra mile. Very impressed!

Very good experience. Very clean establishment, very friendly and knowledgeable. The work was completed in a timely fashion and they even replaced my windshield wipers at no additional charge. They provide pickup service so I did not have to ask a friend to take me to get my car. They provide 2 yr/24 mo warranty on new parts and 30 day on used parts. I took my car back a couple of days later because the cruise control stopped working. It turned out to be a blown fuse and they replaced it at no charge. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future for any additional repairs needed on my car.

This is the second time I used Aero Automotive Repair Service; they did a brake job for me several months ago. Any business has to earn my loyalty every time I use them or I try another provider. They explain the repairs I need and all my options and they do only the service I approve. I originally found them on Angie's LIst. They cost far less than the dealer and the work is top rank and they are prompt. I would trust these guys with my wallet. The man in the photo at their web site is the actual owner.
Description of Work: My car failed emissions inspection. An oxygen sensor had to be replaced, and the air mass sensor could have been replaced, but they cleaned it instead (after they explained my options). The dealer wanted to replace it for more than a thousand dollars. After the repair, they took my car back to the inspection station and made sure it passed before I picked it up.

I called in the morning and got my old beater truck in immediately. I was having issues with it not running as it used to. Scott was more than pleasant to deal with. He was very responsive and available to answer questions prior to and after the service. Since this is a weekend warrior/project truck, he gave me a list of small items that I can handle repairing on the weekends. He did not try to gouge me on the price and was very fair and reasonable. I had some issues with the truck the following day, and he spent the time on the phone with me to discuss things i should take a look at and try out. Very friendly people, and available to discuss issues and concerns. I would highly, highly recommend this shop. It is not easy to find a mechanic or shop that you can trust. Scott and his team are trustworthy.

Dropped off the van in the morning and picked up later that same day. High quality work. They explained the fix, showed me the parts that failed and did a great job with the repairs. They aren't the fastest repair shop or the cheapest but they do a great job. They recommended some additional work but didn't push hard just said to think about it. We recommend them to friends and family. They are not cheap and they are not dealer price either. They ask a fair payment for their work. They fix what they are supposed to fix. If you have a problem, they fix it the first time and they fix it right. They have wi-fi, cookies, and coffee. If you are a frequent customer, they give you a discount.

I called Aero and had Gentry walk me through the type of service that's available. I took my Honda into the shop on a Saturday morning and told him that I'll be needing a 45k service and may need an alignment/shocks/struts because the car felt a little wobbly. Gentry and his crew were able to diagnose the issue that I had which was that I had at least 3 different flat spots on my tires, rather than having them fix things that don't need fixing and costing me more money. He also advised me that via their alliance with TireMonkey that I would be able to get replacement tires at a better price, which I did. I was able to get some nice Michelins for $30 per tire less than what Costco would have offered. So for those reasons alone (saving me money and being an honest garage), I'm going to continue my relationship with Aero. My Toyota's due for a 90k service within the next 6 months and I definitely know where I'll be taking it! Kudos to Gentry and his crew!
