Double N Services

It went fine. The additional charge was a disappointment for me. Overall, they were average. I would consider using them in the future. I appreciated their promptness. Their pricing was much different than what I saw over the internet.

Emmanuel, our technician, came first on Friday as we scheduled. We told him we were having a terrible time with constant dust in our house. Emmanuel immediately checked our fan blower in furnace and took a picture to show us. This is a hard location to service on the furnace. Emmanuel found this fan to be very dusty and dirty and had not been installed correctly by furnace company. This is a 2year old system. Emmanuel advised we call company that installed furnace and tell them problem. Emmanuel said to just call him after problem was corrected. Problem was corrected and Emmanuel come the next day to clean and sanitize duct system. He did a great job, was very nice and professional. In fact, we requested Emmanuel for complete furniture and carpet cleaning next week. Double N Services also sent a technician on same day to tighten loose carpeting. This company offers many services, and we will be using them a lot for various jobs. Cudos to a very well run, professional and friendly company. If all the employees are like Emmanuel, we look forward to a long service relationship. P.S. Ernest was friendly and fast as a scheduler for their services and needed appointments. Thank you

I wasn't too thrilled. When he got there he said, your carpet is very dirty, heavy soil. And it was. I agreed with that. Then he said and you have pet stains so he charged me quite a bit extra money. He didn't move anything at all. I understand they don't move heavy furniture but he didn't even move a desk chair that was on wheels. Just basically cleaned around the middle of the room. It looked pretty good when he left but within three days all the stains were back as was the pet odor. I paid $100-$200 extra on top of the Big Deal. I kind of got the impression when he saw the carpet he just wanted to leave. Considering it was just two rooms and a hall, I thought the price was a lot, and the carpets didn't come clean. If he had told me upfront that my carpet was hopeless I wouldn't have paid all that extra money. I would have just put the money towards replacing the floor.

They were very professional on scheduling, as well as coming over early to leave the necessary dehumidifiers. The rep who did the actual cleaning was extremely friendly and even helped the wife and I move some furniture as necessary. Would strongly recommend again.

Emmanuel was very professional and experienced in his field.....cut me a couple of deals...did my large ottoman for free. He spotted treated all the doggie accident spots and was able to remove all of the stains. My carpet looks brand new again. Emanuel was extremely pleasant and imparted his knowledge about the best way to maintain the carpets for years to come. I would highly recommend to anyone!

The service was provided on my rentals as requested by the tenant which I bought the deal on AL which for 4 rooms for $99. When I purchased the service I gave the phone number of the tenant to schedule the service. My tenant called me on the day he was expecting them to come and was asking why they have not arrived . So I called them up to ask why and said he was scheduled the following week. After a few minutes , Double N called me back to say they already informed the tenant that they have him schedule for next week, and that the tenant was the one who got confused. A few weeks passed by and got a chance to ask the tenant regarding the service and said they did really good and was impressed with their service. He told that there was a spot on the carpet where he tried to remove with different products available on the market and could not get rid of it . Double N was able to remove the spot and said the carpet looks new after they were finish.

When the operator came in he stated that he could not clean my rugs for that price. It would cost me $191.00 more because. I had walking soil by the entry of each doorway from everyday walking in and out of a room. My carpets were average in carpets that need cleaning. Thats why I called him. I had a pet stain in the living room and one in the office. However, I told him to do the best he could do (by the way, I did scrub out the pet stain) and I would be satisfied. He said if he didn't use his special cleaner to remove the pet stain, the smell would come back. (It was one stain in each room) so it would be an extra $191 in addition to the $88 advertised price that I had prepaid. I said I only wanted to take advantage of the special. Thank you and good bye. So he departed.

The man showed up with what looked like a buffer to clean a very expensive antique oriental rug. He cleaned it on top of my hard wood floors. Start to finish it took him less than 5 minutes to "clean" it. It had crumbs on it when he was through. I thought for the price I was paying they would scrub with soap and water and hang to dry. The rug look no different when he was done. Very disappointed.

Great work! Fast and easy, they were able to make the carpet brand new and my master had a few stains from raising a puppy.

The technician was on time, explained the process and worked very efficiently. He cleaned up after himself and showed me some vent covers that had rusted and needed replacing. As with most service providers, he tried to sell me additional services but was low key and didn't push back when I declined.

I needed last minute touch up cleaning to put my house in the market and called Double N Services. Once again the response time and service was outstanding !!! Norman and his team went out of there way to get my home ready to sell and I am forever grateful. My house is now sparkling clean thanks to this wonderful company!

The coupon said deep cleaning. The guy shows up and says it is basic cleaning in fine print. we paid $125 for 5 bedrooms so we could substitute the 5th bedroom for hallway and steps. Fine print says no. We pay extra $50 for steps and we pay extra $100 for deep cleaning whatever it is. My wife was not satisfied. there were two stains left on carpet.

Norman and his crew did a GREAT job with our hardwood and tile floors. They look brand new again! I am so thankful that I found Double N Services on Angie's list. Not only are they very professional but also very friendly. Norman went out of his way to get things done so that we could list our home for sale. This is a company that you can trust with your most valuable possession!

The technician arrived on time, and quickly went to work. He got me to add a carpet protectant, but was not too pushy. He did a good job. I would use this company again.

As I said, a good job was done the first time except for the faint cat urine odor. The second trip they did the deep clean on the carpet, which brought all the urine odor to the surface and it could be smelled though out the house. They also dripped black spots on my wool carpet down stairs. The carpet had to be removed and thrown away. They carried the area rugs to clean them at their shop. After 3 or 4 weeks they returned the area rugs, after 2 calls from me. I did not inspect the rugs, because I had them cleaned for my Mother's estate auction. The auction took place 9/19/2015. When we unrolled the rugs for the sale, we discovered that they were just as they were when picked up. Double N Services did not clean a single rug. We were unable to include the rugs in the sale since they had not been cleaned. I called Double N Services today to get the dates and amount paid. The dates used and the amount paid were provided by Double N Services. I don't think I paid quit that much, but that is what I was told. I would like a refund of money paid, since the carpet had to be removed and the area rugs were not touched by Double N Services, except to carry them back and forth.

did a great job cleaning carpet. We were moving out of my home, and turning it into a rental property. Electric company turned power off earlier than scheduled, but Double Services waited until I resolved the situation with no complaints (took almost 45 minutes to get power back on for them). Carpet looked like new when completed. Will definitely use again.

Went very well. Had some bad spots that ended up cost me an additional $59 for special treatment.

I bought a big deal for this service and it was fine. They did a good job on the carpet.

He was prompt and courteous, very through and professional. He took the time to explain what was wrong and made suggestions. I was very happy with his work and will use him again in the future.

There were some scheduling problems at first. They ended up doing the work and the work was okay. We were looking to get the carpet replaced, but they stretched it and repaired it and made it look good.
