Norman and his team did a great job. They sanded and stain my old hardwood floors and they now look brand new! They were very professional and I could not be happier with the results. I even accidentally scratch one of the floors right after they left and they came back to fix it no charge.

Good. The deodorizing 'extra' only lasted a few days, I wouldn't order that again. Professional, friendly, hard working young man!

Worker refuse to do the job because the three rooms I selected to have cleaned were not right next to each other and refused to perform the job and stated that he had another job to go to. Absolutely horrible service.

He did an excellent job and moved some things that I did not think he would do. Top notch.

Very professional and courteous service person. However, I would not do it again because the method used is not really pulling out the product from the carpet and I did not know how they would address the Berber carpet.

Very well, and very professional. We really appreciated them calling the morning of the scheduled appointment, especially because we were unexpectedly out of town that day. They graciously offered to reschedule and were on time for the new appointment. Very pleased with the service.

Alex came the very next day, so professional and courteous. A true artist in his profession. So pleased with his work, took his time to clean our carpets the right way. We said he was a magician with a wand....the carpets looked great and all smelled very fresh and clean. Very happy! He also treated our carpets with the protecting spray, because of all the clay dirt and of course the doggies and little ones. Thank you Norman for scheduling Alex for us, it is great to find a business that does such a fantastic job!

Alex was great! Not only did he do a great job cleaning my mom's carpets but he pointed out some issues we had not seen and remediated them for free. I would highly recommend- very easy to work with and great personal touch. We will be using again soon!

Alex arrived right on time and thoroughly explained how Double N cleans carpets before starting the work. He was very personable and made it clear that his company wanted me to be a satisfied customer. Alex also told me about a couple of other services that Double N provides and offered to arrange estimates if I was interested (I was). In no time at all, Alex had the carpet looking like new--and I mean, like a brand new carpet! We had some significant problems initially with the first technician they sent out. He was argumentative, unprofessional and several hours late. This concern was brought to the attention of Angie's List and the owner of the business. The owner was apologetic and came and did the work himself, he did an outstanding job. It's unfortunate that the first technician was such a poor ambassador for the company given the quality of work that was ultimately done.

Not pleased with the overall service

The whole process was easy. Was able to schedule for the most convenient time for me. Service showed up on time and got right to work. Was done pretty quickly and carpet looked great! Would definitely use again!

These guys are awesome. We had them come stretch and clean our carpets in our home after living in Europe for 5 years. They are highly professional, super friendly and hard workers. I loved their work so much on my carpets that I booked on the spot for them to refinish our hardwood floors in 2 days. Highly recommend and will be having them install our basement carpeting and tiles once we are ready to finish our basement.

The technician arrived on time. Did a thorough job. Everything looked great. We purchased the $99 Angie's List deal. We did buy the up-sell to deep clean for an additional $75-100 (can't recall the exact price). The carpets looked great. One thing I must say is at first they wanted to schedule the service for Saturday, December 24th (aka Christmas Eve). As a fellow service industry business owner, I'm not fond of working technicians on Saturdays and especially holidays (even if it's "just" Christmas Eve and not Christmas Day).

I requested Emmanuel as he has been to my house several times before and is the best carpet cleaner I have ever used in my life and I have been married 33 years so that covers a lot of carpet in a lot of houses! He is so nice, so efficient and very professional! Even my mother, who is a clean freak, thought we had bought new carpet as he had done such a great job. I also appreciated that he was listening to me as we are going to need new carpet soon to put the house on the market and he let me know that this company also sells carpet! Thanks for the info!

Poorly. It was disappointing and frustrating to have a service provider not do service without any attempt of resolution. The owner was extremely apologetic for the worker and offered to do the work himself at a later time in an effort to make good on the deal.

Very well (extra fee due to type of carpet) Well worth it.
