He's excellent; he's superb. He is one of the best I've ever seen. He is responsive and very professional. His method seems to be very successful. He seems to get out a lot of spots that other people can't get out. He is attentive and he gives us good instructions on maintenance after he leaves. He is a really good guy. I've used him 3 times and I've haven't had any bad experiences with him. I am quite a distance from his home base and he still accommodates me and gets down here. His price is better than most. He comes right on time. I am going to use him again and I have recommended him to several people.

Joel Link cleans my carpets every 6-8 months. He is always on time and very professional. Joel does quality work and I would not use anyone else. I have 2 small dogs and he is able to keep my carpets smelling fresh.

Joel did an excellent job. There was one room that I had planned on replacing the carpet in because it was stained but Joel got it cleaned up enough that I will postpone that decision. Overall everything went fast and efficient and the final result exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!

I thought it went well. Joel cleaned up and wisked everything out the door without one drop on the kitchen floor. He is a "workin' man." He did the whole job with energy and good humor. I thought the price was competitive with any company with comparable equipment. We chose this method because it is required by our carpet vendor to keep the warrenty on the carpet.

This is a family-owned business. The owner is Joel Link. He worked extremely hard because my carpets were in really bad shape. He even helps me over the phone regarding how to get stains out. His customer service is excellent.

If there were any spots, they got them out and it looks fantastic. I am very impressed with the quality of their work and they were finished quickly as well. I would recommend them highly. They did a really good job and the price was reasonable too for such a big job!

Not well, took 5 days before I received a response to my email, I had a small job (2 rooms and a small hallway) when finally contacted (job had been completed) was told there was a $150.00 minimum. So much for small business, guess you can't believe all you read on Angie's list.

I called The Carpet Link twice but didn't leave a message deciding to email them instead. No one responded to the email, but Joel surprised me with a call when he noticed my number on his caller ID. Joel answered my questions, and we scheduled a date for the next week. Joel gave me a two-hour arrival window, but got held up at the previous job. He called me to let me know he was running late and arrived at the new projected time. Joel was very personable, did a walk-through, and got right to work. He had to set up his big machine on our wooden kitchen floor and made sure to place towels down to protect it. He pretreated the carpets, then cleaned them giving extra time to the high-traffic areas. He got more of the stains out than the previous company. He finished up with the Scotchguarding, cleaned up his equipment, and dried the kitchen floor (although he missed a wet spot). The carpets took longer to dry than Joel said they would but not unreasonably longer. My carpets look great!!

Our experience with Joel was exceptionally good. He arrived as expected, and was very pleasant. He worked quickly and was very thorough. Some of our carpets are older and really need replacing but he made them look good. Very reasonably priced.

I called and they scheduled me in 2 days later. Joel did a great job. He arrived on time and was diligent and efficient. The machine he used was noisy, steady hum--my 2 year old slept through the whole process even when Joel cleaned his room. He was patient with my 4 year old who was fascinated by the process. I will use them again.

Extremely satisfied. Joel took the trouble to come on the Saturday before Memorial Day and drove further than his normal route. He was courteous, attentive, very thorough. Worked persistently on 2 small spots and tried repeatedly to get them out. The finished product was excellent. We are completely satisfied. The outcome was actually better than when we have used much more expensive services. We have paid 6 or 7 times!! what we paid Joel and not been as satisfied. We strongly recommend LINK Carpet Cleaning without reservation. Also, Joel does all the work himself so no fear of different people from the same service showing up and having different outcomes.

I called on a Wednesday and asked how soon I could get a Saturday appointment, expecting that it would take several weeks. I was told I could be worked in for an 8:00 appointment that Saturday and I booked it. The woman who took my call was friendly, professional and answered several questions I had. I was told I would receive a call on Friday evening to confirm the appointment, and I did. Joel showed up at my home promptly at 8:00 Saturday morning. He was very polite, courteous and worked very hard on my carpets for about 2.5 hours. He did a very thorough job and even spent extra time on a couple of stained areas. He gave me good advice on how to treat stains in the future to prevent setting them and was very knowledgeable about his profession. Joel was also very kind and patient with my 3 year old who was fascinated with what Joel was doing.

Joel Link does his own cleaning. He gives you a two hour time frame and he arrived at my home just a few minutes after the beginning of the time frame. He went right to work and did a wonderful job. The carpets look beautiful. Joel is a very personable, reliable person. This is the second time he has cleaned my whole house and I have already scheduled him for next year.

Joel was professional, arrived on time and the price was very reasonable.

He always shows up right on time and does not mind the children milling about watching him. He will scrub stained areas and really work on the tough spots. He will put you on a schedule if you like and call to remind of your six month or whatever time period you specify. He also will take the phone call on Chrstmas Eve when someone spills red paint on your carpet and tell you how to get it out or come to your house to help.
