This company was recommended to us by Arbor-Nomics. I called to schedule a spring service on our irrigation system. and they arranged a time within two days. Our system was inspected, adjusted, marked and timer set in approximately 30 minutes. The tech was friendly and professional. I was pleased with the service and plan to continue to use this service annually,

We didn't even get to discuss the project! We waited two weeks!!!! They wasted our time by cancelling at the very last minute on the day of the appointment and not showing up at all!

It went very poorly. I expressedmy concerns about their need to get the grading done well to avoid any future problems with dips or sinkholes. This work was tobe followed by installing of a new fescue lawn covering the entire yard and a new sprinkler system. We discussed it at length during the visit for the bid proposal. Their price was higer than others but they assured me that they did this all the time and that they were a big company that stood behind their work. Now less than two months later a dip has developed in the yard and I contacted them to take care of it. Their manager tony called and said that they will not do anything to address the situation because they really only do light grading. It was diifficult to understand him at all but in essence he said it is my problem and they are not willing to do anything at all to address the defect in their grading work. I asked if their was anyone else I could speak with and he said he would not give me those names. I want sprinkles to stand behind the work I paid for and correct the defects they created by failing to do the grading work adequately. From this phone conversation with Tony it appears that they are a company that does not care at all about customer satisfaction and whenever a problem follows from their work their focus is to argue with the customer and use intimidation tactics to avoid correcting for their errors.

Anthony came out as scheduled and he was very helpful and informative in his suggestions for my back yard plan. His advised the best course of action due to the budget and time frame for work needed. We will be scheduling some clean up work first and then moving on to getting our first phase of the back yard completed, with him. We received our quotes and were satisfied with the price. I cant wait to write a review once the first stage of work is complete.

Work crew arrived when promised, installed system and tested it exactly as planned initially. Finished in one day. Six weeks later, control panel failed, and company came back the day after we called and replaced the panel for free under the warranty without any hassles.

They are extremely responsive. I did comparative pricing and their price was competitive but the best part was I knew exactly what I was getting with them.

When the guy came out, he was only there to quote on adding a new part of my sprinkler system. I found out then that they don't do free quotes for repairs and the guy had to hand me over to a person from the office (over the phone) and she told me that theyhad to charge $95 to do that quote. I decided not to go with them because of this.

I have an older sprinkler system and I noticed water leaking out of 2 of my sprinkler heads in the back yard. So I called Sprinkles up on a Monday and they had a technician out to my house the following morning. The technician, Phil, was prompt and very courteous. He quickly assessed the problem which was a malfunctioning zone valve in the back yard. He replaced the valve and also several of the sprinkler heads. Phil also gave me a free extension on one of my front yard sprinkler heads so it would spray better over my bushes better. He said he had some extra pipe (odds and ends) left over from another job and instead of throwing them away, he was able to repurpose them for my needs. An excellent way to recycle and save our landfills! Phil did an outstanding job! His quality of work was excellent and he was a pleasure to work with! I greatly appreciated all he did and would definetly use Sprinkles again!! I highly recommend this company!!!

They came out within ten minutes of when they said they would. They got it done quickly, and cleaned up after themselves. The price was comparable. The quality of work, and professionalism was great. I would use them again in the future.

See - above. The only negative would be that they charge you $95 an hour no matter what + parts. That didn't bother me really - the only thing that I thought was a little bothersome was that they charged an extra 5% if you use a credit card to pay - a surcharge.

Tony came out at the appointment time, spent time getting to know us, our likes and dislikes. He was very helpful in making suggestions, however at all times listening to what we wanted to get out of the project. The team showed up at the agreed time and date, worked very hard so as to achieve exactly what we wanted. This group was very prepared, always conscious of their surroundings, doing such things as putting down plywood sheets wherever their equipment had to go across the lawn. The work was completed in a timely manner. They made sure that everything was cleaned up as though they had not even been there, except for the dramatic and wonderful changes that they achieved. Our expectations were met and exceeded. We would definitely recommend this firm to all of our friends and neighbors.

They installed an underground irrigation system using high quality equipment. State of the art machinary that allowed them to put the sprinkler system without digging up any grass or tearing up lawn. You can shut off the water for the winter or control the usage of the water. They did a professional and excellent job.

They are very knowledgeable and hard workers. They came out and worked very hard in order to get the job done quickly. They were able to complete the job in a couple of days. They were super professional and really great.

Arrived on time, worked diligently and through additional problems we didn't know about in advance to get it done. Speedy. $95/hr seems a bit pricey when the hours get past 3, but will save me countless hours trying to get a lawn going this fall - thus worth it. And, that pricing seems pretty standard for specialized help anyways.

All of the work was done and completed on the day and time as originally scheduled. After the installation was complete, the manager (Tony) reviewed instructions for watering schedule to ensure establishment of the new sod. Also, Tony gave me hands on instructions for the Timer as well as hand written schedule for changing the watering schedule going forward for the first month. I found the staff to be very professional and courteous. I am pleased with Sprinkles and highly recommend them.

I had a great experience with Sprinkles. They had done work in my neighborhood for years and everyone I spoke with seemed happy with their service. I was not disappointed. They were great to communicate with and were very responsive. The estimates were a good deal and they did exactly what they said they would do. Their team was professional and I would recommend them to everyone. They are an excellent company.

They treated me great and the quality of their work was terrrific. They withstood 103 degree weather for 10 hours to get the job done. They went above and beyond to fix some lighting that they had installed previously outside at no extra charge. Overall they were a little high on price, but I liked their work.
