Great customer service and a job well done.

This review is long overdue, sorry Troy. We were moving into our new house, which is beautiful, however the carpets were disgusting. They are a very light cream color and looked like they were years old and had never been cleaned. Stains every where. We decided to have them cleaned professionally before we moved in. We didn't hold out any hope for the stains being removed but at least we had peace of mind knowing they had been cleaned. The plan was to replace the carpets as soon as we could afford to. Troy showed up to clean them a few days before we moved in. He cautioned that he would do the best he could but that we shouldn't expect too much due to all the stains. Troy worked really hard. He was alone and was using his professional vac, which was hooked up to his truck. When he got to the stubbornest stains on the carpet, he would get down on his hands and knees and scrub them by hand. The end results was, carpets that looked brand new. Not one stain or spot. Not one!!! He saved us thousands of dollars we would have had to spend replacing the carpets. It's been a year now and the carpets still look good. I will always call ServicePro for my carpets. Btw my house is 4,000sqft with carpets upstairs and down. It's a huge house for one person to clean alone, however, Troy did and we could not have wished for a better outcome.

Stated he would be at our house on Weds between 1-3. He showed up today and due to the condition of the carpet and moving of furniture it would be a charge of $269. The gentlemen and the crew he had were very rude to my wife and I. I would not recommend them in the future nor will I use them again.

They arrived on time. I let them know that I would be adding services to my existing order. They gave us a great deal. We were moving out at needed to see if our carpets could be cleaned or if they needed to be replace. We have 3 small children that spill absolutely everything everywhere. By time that they left the carpet looked band new. They save us thousands so that we could put our home on the market. We are so thankful for this service. I highly recommend them . There were a couple of rooms that we did not even have then attempt to clean because they were so bad. I was so imppressed that I will be calling them back for the remaining rooms.

ServicePro did a fantastic job on cleaning our carpets in the high traffic areas of our house. Troy and his helper were very professional, courteous and on time for the appointment. They pointed out problem areas and also performed pet contamination cleaning. We would highly recommend ServicePro and we will be using them again in the future.

Came on time. Got right to work. Brought the 2 rugs back after 1 day. They were nice to my yapping schnauzer! Two good guys. They set me up on a 6 month program and will be back 9/15. Jimmy and Pat Kennedy.

Excellent. Arrived on time. Went over job with us. Only difference in price was an additional job we added after they arrived. very polite and professional. Will definitely use again.

It went well in spite of some challenges due to the location. Troy had to work out an arrangement with my mother's assisted living facility to get the chairs to a location where he could run his hose without leaving any exterior doors open or running the hose across the floor creating an impass for the elderly residents. With everyone working together, this was accomplished and the chairs were exceptionally well cleaned.

We were very pleased with what they did. Their ad looked good. They were fine. They were great. They were on time and cleaned up after themselves which has been an issue with some services that I've used; they don't clean up very well. They did a good job and I was very pleased with the finish product. They did a good job for me and they could come and look at my floor.

It worked out really well. He was very helpful and he was on time. He was really good and did a great job. When I called them they were available. There was no problem with getting up the right date. I just thought that they are really good and professional. They were right on time.

The service turned out fine. It took them 4 hours to clean a 1500sq foot property. They were fine. 2 or 3 people had come out. I have used them for 2 years now. I used them the year before last as well.

The scheduling for the service was very easy. The thing that stood out about them is that they came in and did what they needed to do quickly and easily and it was done. I will tell a friend or neighbour about their works. My tile floor and white grout, everything was much better after they did the job.

The service turned out wonderful. I didn't dislike anything about them. I have had them before, and the gentleman who came was wonderful, I liked him a lot. They were very efficient, and they did a good job. There were absolutely no problems. I felt the price was fair.

There was no additional charge. It wasn’t exactly what I expected. I didn’t know until they got out here that they didn’t do tile walls and the floor was the only thing they did. They did both of the bathrooms and they did pretty much a good job. They cleaned the grout and it looked better when they left. They didn’t do exceptional work nor they didn’t do poor work. The price was reasonable.

I bought an $85 big deal for this service. They advertise for three rooms and a hall, but when they came in they told me my room was too large and wanted to charge more than the big deal price. So I did not do some other areas in my house. They also charged me about $100 for a protective layer.

They did a good job. They were very professional, very organized and very clean, that's what I like about them. There's nothing that I don;t like about them. They were on time. They did everything exactly as what they promised. They treated the customer very nicely. I will definitely use them again.

They arrived on time and were very nice. I told them they didn't have to move the large furniture (grand piano and king size bed for example), but they didn't move anything, just went around it all. One man did the work while the other engaged me in explanations about pet stains etc. I didn't realize what had been missed until they had left. Please note, this was just before Christmas and I was expecting 8 guests for a week. I just didn't have it in me, or have the time to call them back. The cleaning of the traffic areas was adequate. Part of their ad said that they move furniture for the price listed. Although there were up charges for spotting, pet pee and larger rooms, the entire square footage of the rooms was not cleaned. I think they squeaked by with doing as little as they could as quickly as they could.

Great. This carpet had not been deep cleaned in a long time. They treated and cleaned - carpet looks almost new again. Fabulous job!!

Servicepro carpet cleaners did a great job on a very nasty carpet. They arrived on time and were very professional. They were one of very few services that could do a job on the fifth floor. I would use them again and I would recommend them to friends.

They're really good. I moved the furniture before they came. It dried pretty quickly. They had a slight price increase since the last time I had the service but because I wasn't aware of it and I've used them in the past, they gave me the same price for this time than they did the last time. They just reminded me that the pricing had gone up so next time I'm aware of that.

I have marble and not tile and there is a lot more involved with cleaning marble and I don't feel comfortable with doing it right now.

He is wonderful. He is efficient and nice. He owns his own business. That's why I keep going back. I have used them twice. I will probably use them again. The big deal price was $99. They will come out and upcharge us if we want to put protection on our carpet. They are very specific about measuring the square footage. If our rooms are larger and they say three rooms; it's not three rooms, it's by the square foot. So we need to be careful when we are buying it. I tend not to mind paying the extra money because he does a good job. With regard to price, they are good value. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

They were fine. He called beforehand and explained everything. We talked over phone and also had email exchanges. I was happy with the service.

Great customer service. They did a great job removing spots on my carpet. The carpet looked like new. Very Happy with the results and customer experience. I remember paying an extra $ because I added an additional room that was not part of the initial offer. The $140 is a an estimate of what I paid but it could be less.
