Mr William was very impressive and knowledgeable. He explained explicitly what the problem was and how he would fix it, then completed the changeout of thee contro valve in little time. He clean the area after he finished. Although we both accidentally failed to align or check the sprinkler heads, he agreed to return to do it for me later.
