Polite. Did not show up when promised however. Came on Monday, had promised Saturday .

Our irrigation valve leaked and JK Irrigation came and explained in great details how it could have leaked and what he will do to fix. Overall, I am very happy with the work done and would recommend JK irrigation to anyone.

Gilberto responded quickly and expertly repaired my system. This is the second time I've used J.K. Irrigation and will not hesitate to contact them regarding any future issues with my sprinkler system.

Was leaving town and needed emergency service on our sprinkler system. JK Irrigation came by the second day after my project listing and fixed the problem. Due to shoddy work on the initial installation he had to rework / replace the valves and manifold and did a great job in about 3 hrs at a fair price. Very professional and great work quality. I plan to have him do additonal improvements to my system in the near future.

Gilberto Rosales, owner of the company, called me right away and completed all work to perfection the same day, even though he and his assistant were working other jobs. Very personable and professional; he made a special effort to educate me on my options before any work was performed. After work was completed, he made sure I was satisfied with the installation and took the time to train me on using my new equipment before leaving. The bill was a very nice surprise--lower than I expected, for sure!

The service provider was prompt, extremely friendly, and had all the necessary equipment ant tools to take care of the problem expediently.

This was an emergency as a pipe had broken on our sprinkler system in the late afternoon and was flooding our yard. County turned the water off at street and Gilberto was there as promised the next morning to do a temporary repair so our water could be turned on and then returned as promised to finalize the job. I will recommend him highly.

Then he went to work, and in a few hours, he was done. At that point, he patiently walked me through the completed project to make sure I as customer was satisfied.
